连接基团链长度对季铵盐二聚表面活性剂C12-s-C12·2Br在水溶液中胶团化行为的影响 总被引:12,自引:1,他引:12
用电导法、稳态荧光法和粘度法研究了二聚表面活性剂C12-s-C12*2Br分子中的连接基团链长度(s=2, 3, 4, 6)对其在水溶液中聚集行为的影响. 实验发现, C12-s-C12*2Br的胶团生成能力远比其单体C12TABr强得多, 前者cmc值较后者降低一个数量级. 胶团聚集数N随表面活性剂浓度c的增大而增大, 其中当s=2时的N值在c=7.7 mmol/L后开始急剧增大. 计算结果表明, 此时胶团形状发生了明显变化, 形成了椭球形的胶团. 粘度测定结果也证实了这一点. 相似文献

采用密度泛函理论的b3lyp方法在6-311++G**基组上对15种分子式为N6H6的氮氢化合物进行了理论计算, 并且应用了自然键轨道理论(Nature Bond Orbital, NBO)和分子中的原子理论(Atoms In Molecules, AIM)分析了这些化合物的成键特征和相对稳定性. NBO分析表明N原子孤对电子到相邻的氮氮键的超共轭作用是影响氮氮键长变化的主要因素, AIM计算的氮氮键的键临界点电荷密度与键长呈反比关系. 而且, NBO的立体和超共轭分析表明立体交换排斥能和超共轭作用对这些分子的相对稳定性起了重要作用. G3MP2计算结果表明氮氢化合物的生成热均为正, 并且环状分子的能量和生成热都高于链状分子. 相似文献

An unequivocal synthesis of 5-chloro-7-methyl- (8) and 7-methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (10) from 2-amino-4-chloro-6-methylpyrimidine (5) through the corresponding amidine6 and formamide oxime7 was developed. It was unambigously shown by comparison of the chemical shifts and the magnitude of coupling constants that the compounds obtained by condensation of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (12) and ethyl acetoacetate (13) and some further transformations are isomeric 5-methyl substituted 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines1,9, and11.

Zusammenfassung Es wurde ein eindeutiger Syntheseweg für 5-Chlor-7-methyl- (8) und 7-Methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin (10) ausgehend von 2-Amino-4-chlor-6-methylpyrimidin (5) über das entsprechende Amidin6 und das Formamidoxim7 entwickelt. Durch Vergleich von chemischen Verschiebungen und Kopplungskonstanten konnte eindeutig gezeigt werden, daß die Verbindungen, die bei der Kondensation von 3-Amino-1,2,4-triazol (12) and Ethylacetoacetat (13), sowie einige weitere Transformationsprodukte, isomere 5-Methylsubstituierte 1,2,4-Triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine sind (1,9,11).相似文献

Intermolecular association and ion-pair formation, respectively, between a cationic chiral selector, viz. o-9-(tert-butylcarbamoyl) quinine (CQN), and the both enantiomers of anionic N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine, (R)-DNB-Leu and (S)-DNB-Leu, were investigated by affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE). Thus, binding constants of the both diastereomeric ion-pairs, (R) and (S)-DNB-Leu/CQN associates, were determined by different experimental setups and correction of nonlinear effects. A reciprocal setup was employed for the high-affinity (S)-enantiomer, and the experimental mobility data obtained for CQN at variable (S)-DNB-Leu concentrations in the background electrolyte were linearized and evaluated by advanced statistical model. A binding constant of KS=125.1 l mol−1 was afforded. The constant for the (R)-enantiomer, which is outside the range suitable for direct affinity CE, was obtained from indirect affinity CE utilizing the separation of the DNB-Leu racemate at a single appropriate CQN concentration in the BGE (resolution method) taking advantage of the known constant for the (S)-enantiomer yielding a binding constant of KR=2.51 l mol−1. Thereby, the so-called “constant time method” was adopted for the required precise measurement of the effective mobilities of the both enantiomers. A combined approach of reciprocal affinity CE with racemic DNB-Leu as additive and the resolution method confirmed the results. The resulting constants evidence excellent enantioselectivity of the tert-butylcarbamoyl derivative of the cinchona alkaloid quinine as chiral selector for N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl) derivatives of amino acids. 相似文献

The synthesis of three-layered titanates BaLn2Ti3O10 (Ln = La, Nd, Sm) in systems with coprecipitated hydroxocarbonates was studied. It was established that they are formed through

The heat capacity and the heat content of bismuth niobate BiNbO4 and bismuth tantalate BiTaO4 were measured by the relaxation method and Calvet-type heat flux calorimetry. The temperature dependencies of the heat capacities in the form Cpm=128.628+0.03340 T−1991055/T2+136273131/T3 (J K-1 mol-1) and 133.594+0.02539 T−2734386/T2+235597393/T3 (J K-1 mol-1) were derived for BiNbO4 and BiTaO4, respectively, by the least-squares method from the experimental data. Furthermore, the standard molar entropies at 298.15 K Sm(BiNbO4)=147.86 J K-1 mol-1 and Sm(BiTaO4)=149.11 J K-1 mol-1 were assessed from the low temperature heat capacity measurements. To complete a set of thermodynamic data of these mixed oxides an attempt was made to estimate the values of the heat of formation from the constituent binary oxides. 相似文献
