A new approach to unravel the site symmetry of lanthanides in solutions is presented. The magnetic circular dichroism spectra of Eu3+ in the symmetries D3h, C4v and D2d are simulated. In these simulations, the main idea is to introduce the magnetic field along a 3-fold axis, being the resultant of the three equivalent X-, Y- and Z-direction of a cube. The enolate anion of chlorophyll b (Chl b) has been synthesized under deoxygenated conditions and its electronic structure characterized for the first time by 1H NMR and electronic absorption spectroscopy. The formation of the enolate anion caused a marked perturbation to the 18 π-electron [18]diazaannulene aromatic pathway of Chl b. This perturbation appeared as noticeable upfield shifts, exceeding 1 ppm, for the meso-CH protons of the Chl b enolate anion. Nevertheless, the enolate anion remained diatropic, maintaining aromaticity in its delocalized macrocycle. 相似文献

This paper reports the development of a treatment system, using animal chitin as a passive biosorbent, for removing U(VI) from aqueous waste streams. An integral part of this system is a model that provides for the optimization of the treatment system through simulation of U(VI) removal efficiency based on the characteristics of the influent waste stream. The model accounts for changing solution matrix conditions through the coupling of surface complexation and mass transfer models. Complexation of U(VI) by chitin surface sites was modeled using FITEQL. Application of FITEQL in the “forward” mode provided the sorbed and aqueous phase concentrations needed for the mass transfer model. The mass transfer model was derived for both batch and continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) configurations using Fick's Law, reactor mass balances and rate law expressions. The coupled model was successfully validated using CSTR data at pH 6.5 and rate constants determined from batch sorption experiments. The CSTR configuration yields a steady-state, eighty percent U(VI) removal for 1 μM influent U(VI) with a solution-phase pH of 6.5 and 3.9 g l−1 chitin. 相似文献

This paper reports the use of an on-line LC–ESI–MS/MS method for the identification and quantification of di- and tripeptides in champagne wine without laborious sample pretreatment. The identification of these compounds, in their underivatised form, is based on identical retention times and ESI–MS spectra to those of reference standards. The presence of nine dipeptides (Arg–Ile, Ile–Arg, Ile–Val, Lys–Phe, Lys–Tyr, Phe–Lys, Tyr–Gln, Tyr–Lys, Val–Ile) and the absence of two tripeptides (Phe–Arg–Arg and Lys–Met–Asn) have been evidenced in the matrix. Calibration curves for each analyte were established using Phe–Arg as internal standard. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range 0.1–10 mg L−1 with a determination coefficient, r2, better than 0.992. The accuracy for the calibration standard was estimated at between 92 and 102%. This method allows high recovery and satisfies the necessary requirements with respect to accuracy, repeatability and sensitivity. The first application of this analytical method to the measurement of di- and tri-peptides in different vintages of champagne wine is reported. In completely stereospecific [4+2] cycloadditions, the perfluorinated selenocarbonyls 1 and 2 react both with trans‐trans‐2, 4‐hexadiene and cis‐trans‐2, 4‐hexadiene to yield 3, 6‐dihydro‐cis‐3, 6‐dimethyl‐2H‐selenapyrans 3 , 4a and 4b . The observed stereoselectivity leads to the conclusion, that the [4+2] cycloaddition of perfluorinated selenocarbonyls follows a concerted pathway. An identical mixture of isomers was isolated when using the precursor for 2 , trimethylstannyl (pentafluoroethyl)selane, which reacts with both 1, 3‐dienes over several weeks to form a mixture of syn‐2‐fluoro‐3, 6‐dihydro‐cis‐3, 6‐dimethyl‐2‐trifluoromethyl‐2H‐selenapyran ( 4a ) and anti‐2‐fluoro‐3, 6‐dihydro‐cis‐3, 6‐dimethyl‐2‐trifluoromethyl‐2H‐selenapyran ( 4b ) in the same ratio as found for 2 , thus proving the intermediate formation of Se=C(F)CF3 ( 2 ). Complex 2D NMR experiments were used to distinguish the isomers 4a and 4b and to assign the 1H, 13C and 19F NMR data of the selenaheterocycles. 相似文献

We developed a simple and reliable analytical method for the quantification and the characterization of ceramides extracted from biological samples by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled to electrospray ionisation tandem mass spectrometry (ESI/MS/MS). The chromatographic separation of analytes was carried out in a RP8 column, eluting with a methanol-water mixture in gradient elution mode. The separated lipids were detected by total ion monitoring and characterised by MS/MS spectra; quantitative analysis was performed by integrating the extracted ion peaks obtained in the negative ion mode. Good repeatability was obtained for retention time (0.3-2%), peak area ratio (A(S)/A(IS), 2-8%), as well as limit of detection (LOD, 5-26 pg) and quantification (LOQ, 13-53 pg). The method was validated for the analysis of N-palmitoyl-D-erythro-sphingosine (Cer16), N-stearoyl-D-erythro-sphingosine (Cer18), N-tetracosanoyl-D-erythro-sphingosine (N24:0, lignoceric ceramide, Cer24:0), and N-tetracos-15'-enoyl-D-erythro-sphingosine (N24:1, nervonic ceramide, Cer24:1), giving good results. Convergent syntheses of the 9‐(3‐X‐2,3‐dideoxy‐2‐fluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranosyl)adenines 5 (X=N3) and 7 (X=NH2), as well as of their respective α‐anomers 6 and 8 , are described, using methyl 2‐azido‐5‐O‐benzoyl‐2,3‐dideoxy‐2‐fluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranoside ( 4 ) as glycosylating agent. Methyl 5‐O‐benzoyl‐2,3‐dideoxy‐2,3‐difluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranoside ( 12 ) was prepared starting from two precursors, and coupled with silylated N6‐benzoyladenine to afford, after deprotection, 2′,3′‐dideoxy‐2′,3′‐difluoroadenosine ( 13 ). Condensation of 1‐O‐acetyl‐3,5‐di‐O‐benzoyl‐2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoro‐β‐D ‐ribofuranose ( 14 ) with silylated N2‐palmitoylguanine gave, after chromatographic separation and deacylation, the N7‐β‐anomer 17 as the main product, along with 2′‐deoxy‐2′‐fluoroguanosine ( 15 ) and its N9‐α‐anomer 16 in a ratio of ca. 42 : 24 : 10. An in‐depth conformational analysis of a number of 2,3‐dideoxy‐2‐fluoro‐3‐X‐D ‐ribofuranosides (X=F, N3, NH2, H) as well as of purine and pyrimidine 2‐deoxy‐2‐fluoro‐D ‐ribofuranosyl nucleosides was performed using the PSEUROT (version 6.3) software in combination with NMR studies. 相似文献

采用双向凝胶电泳技术优化分离蓝斑背肛海兔(Notarcus leachii cirrosus Stimpson, NLCS)口腔神经节(Buccal Ganglion, BG)蛋白质组, 并获得约300个蛋白质斑点. 用组合基质辅助激光解吸电离化飞行时间(MALDI-TOF)质谱技术和胶内酶解技术测定BG蛋白质组中的96个蛋白质斑点的肽指纹(Peptide mass fingerprint, PMF)图谱. 经数据库检索与比对后, 发现96种蛋白质中仅有4种蛋白质可获得较高的匹配率, 它们分别是微管蛋白(Tubulin)、 肌动蛋白(Actin)和两个1,5-二磷酸核酮糖-羧化酶/加氧酶(Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, Ribulose), 均属于神经细胞骨架蛋白质; 同时还发现一种交配信号肽前体(Peptide mating pheromone precursor). 利用LOCtrees软件和分类法对56种蛋白质进行亚细胞定位与分类. 相似文献

New indides SrAu3In3 and EuAu3In3 were synthesized by induction melting of the elements in sealed tantalum tubes. Both indides were characterized by X-ray diffraction on powders and single crystals. They crystallize with a new orthorhombic structure type: Pmmn, Z=2, a=455.26(9), b=775.9(2), c=904.9(2) pm, wR2=0.0425, 485 F2 values for SrAu3In3 and a=454.2(2), b=768.1(6), c=907.3(6) pm, wR2=0.0495, 551 F2 values for EuAu3In3 with 26 variables for each refinement. The gold and indium atoms build up three-dimensional [Au3In3] polyanionic networks, which leave distorted hexagonal channels for the strontium and europium atoms. Within the networks one observes Au2 atoms without Au-Au contacts and gold zig-zag chains (279 pm Au1-Au1 in EuAu3In3). The Au-In and In-In distances in EuAu3In3 range from 270 to 290 and from 305 to 355 pm. The europium atoms within the distorted hexagonal channels have coordination number 14 (8 Au+6 In). EuAu3In3 shows Curie-Weiss behavior above 50 K with an experimental magnetic moment of 8.1(1) μB/Eu atom. 151Eu Mössbauer spectra show a single signal at δ=−11.31(1) mm/s, compatible with divalent europium. No magnetic ordering was detected down to 3 K. 相似文献

A new spectrofluorimetric method to determine epristeride (EP) has been developed, which based on the EP has a strong ability to quench the intrinsic fluorescence of bovine serum albumin (BSA). There was the relationship between the fluorescence quenching intensity of BSA (ΔF = FBSA − FBSA-EP) and the concentration EP. The quenching mechanism was investigated with the quenching type, the association constants, the number of binding sites and basic thermodynamic parameters. The method had been successfully applied to the analysis of EP in real samples and the obtained results were in good agreement with the results of official method-HPLC. 相似文献
