微脉冲电子枪的初步实验研究

给出了微脉冲电子枪的模拟计算及其初步实验结果. 该电子枪采用铜铝镁合金作为冷阴极材料, 在以磁控管作为微波功率源的出束实验中得到了100mA/cm²的电流密度.实验结果与次级电子倍增解析计算和SEEG程序的模拟计算结果基本符合, 初步验证了微脉冲电子枪的基本原理, 为今后实验中得到更大的电流密度打下了基础.

本文介绍了利用喷油脉宽大小的变化来分析电控发动机电控系统、燃油供给等系统故障的一种方法,在汽车故障检测与诊断中有着广泛的应用。     

Spin-relaxation and magnetoresistance in FM/SC/FM tunnel junctions

The effect of spin relaxation on tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) in a ferromagnet/superconductor/ferromagnet (FM/SC/FM) double tunnel junction is theoretically studied. The spin accumulation in SC is determined by balancing of the spin-injection rate and the spin-relaxation rate. In the superconducting state, the spin-relaxation time τ_s becomes longer with decreasing temperature, resulting in a rapid increase of TMR. The TMR of FM/SC/FM junctions provides a useful probe to extract information about spin-relaxation in superconductors.     

北京自由电子激光最近进展──实现饱和振荡

北京自由电子激光(BFEL)装置于1993年底在10.68μm处实现了饱和振荡.输出激光能量为3mJ,饱和平顶宽度2μs.对应饱和振荡平均功率为210kW(宏脉冲),峰值功率约为20MW,比自发辐射高8个量级,单程小讯号净增益为24%,转换效率为0.45%,与理论预期结果相符.光束质量接近衍射极限.目前装置可工作于9-11μm.     

Complications of collagen injection of the vocal fold: report of several unusual cases and review of the literature

Injection laryngoplasty is one of the most frequently performed procedures in patients with voice complaints. Various biomaterials have been used to medialize vocal folds or to treat symptoms of vocal fold scar. The ideal biomaterial would be easily injected through a fine-gauge needle, well tolerated, and long lasting. Injectable collagen preparations fulfill at least two of these criteria, and collagen has been used widely for vocal fold injections. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We present a retrospective review of two unusual complications of collagen injection and a review of the relevant literature on the complications of medical use of collagen compounds. RESULTS: Two patients in whom collagen was injected formed firm submucosal deposits that interrupted the normal mucosal wave and produced significant dysphonia. Surgical removal of these deposits restored the mucosal wave and improved voice quality. Management of this unusual complication of human collagen injection in the vocal fold has not been reported previously. Other complications of collagen injection include hypersensitivity reactions to bovine collagen, local abscess formation at injection sites, and possibly induction of collagen vascular disease in some patients. CONCLUSIONS: Although collagen injections of the vocal fold rarely result in complications, physicians using collagen must be familiar with the types of complications that can occur. Proper diagnosis and prompt management of complications can result in good outcomes.     

NEPCⅡ新电子枪热结构分析与测试

北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(BEPCⅡ)要求其直线注入器提供更高的能量和流强, 为此必须设计大电流和小发射度的新电子枪, 以提高正电子的产额. 利用ANSYS对BEPCⅡ新电子枪的温度场分布及结构的热变形进行了模拟分析. 对于电子枪复杂的内部结构形态以及能量转换方式, 分析了传导传热方式对温度场的影响. 在此基础上进行了温度场与结构变形的耦合分析, 利用EGUN对电子枪形变前后束流光学特性进行模拟分析, 并对模拟结果与试验 测试结果进行了分析比较.     

The First Results of Supersonic Molecular Beam Injection in the HL-2A Tokamak

HL-2A tokamak, the first tokamak with divertor in China, has been constructed and put into operation in 2002. The main parameters are R=1.65 m, a=0.4 m, BT=2.8 T, Ip = 0. 48 MA. The divertor of HL-2A is unique, because it is characterized with a large closed divertor chamber. The device has double divertor chamber, but now it is operating with lower single null configuration to study the physics of divertor for the next step design of a divertor. Supersonic molecular beam injection （SMBI） system with LN2 cooling trap was first installed and demonstrated on the HL-2A tokamak in 2004. The first results of SMBI into HL-2A plasma are to demonstrate the function of the HL-2A divertor and to observe the cold pulse propagation during multi-pulse SMBI on HL-2A Tokamak.     

多巴酚丁胺的流动注射化学发光法测定

在盐酸介质中 ,高锰酸钾可氧化多巴酚丁胺产生化学发光 ,甲醛对该反应有较强的增敏作用 ,据此 ,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定多巴酚丁胺的方法 ;方法的线性范围为0.1～100mg·L -1,检出限为0.07mg·L -1 ,相对标准偏差为1.2 %(n=11,ρ=1.0mg·L -1) ;该法用于药物中多巴酚丁胺含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。     

流动注射原子吸收光谱法测定富硒天麻、葡萄及大米中的硒

建立了流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定富硒天麻、葡萄及大米中硒的方法。测定硒的线性范围为0．33μg/L-50μg/L，相对标准偏差小于3％，加标回收率为93％-106％。方法已广泛应用于实际样品中微量硒的测定。     

Application of enzyme-field effect transistor sensor arrays as detectors in a flow-injection analysis system for simultaneous monitoring of medium components. Part II. Monitoring of cultivation processes

Glucose, maltose, sucrose, lactose, ethanol and urea concentrations were monitored simultaneously during the cultivation of Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by means of enzyme field effect transistors (EnFETs) applying glucose dehydrogenase (GDH), maltase (MAL)/GDH, invertase (INV)/GDH, β-galactosidase (β-GAL)/galactosedehydrogenase (GALDH), alcoholdehydrogenase (ADH)/aldehydedehydrogenase (ALDH), and urease. These enzymes were (co)immobilized on the pH sensitive gates of an eight-FET array. The FET array was integrated in a commercial FIA system.
