The oscillation characteristics of a single bubble and its induced radiation pressure and the dissipated power are essential for a wide range of applications. For bubble oscillations with high Mach number, the influence of the liquid compressibility is significantly strong and should be fully considered. In the present paper, the bubble wall motion equation with the second-order Mach number is employed for investigating a free oscillating bubble in the liquid with numerical and experimental verifications. For the purpose of comparisons, the revised Keller-Miksis equation up to the first-order Mach number is solved with the same conditions (e.g. the initial conditions and the ambient pressure). Through our simulations, comparing with the predictions by the first-order equation, we find that: (1) The bubble radius, the bubble wall radial velocity and the bubble wall radial acceleration predicted by the second-order equation with high Mach number are significantly different respectively, and the dimensionless differences increase with the increase of the Mach number. (2) The valid prediction range of the second-order equation is much larger. (3) The dissipated power predicted by the second-order equation with high Mach number is smaller. 相似文献

环境温度变化和振动会引起光纤马赫-曾德干涉仪两臂相差随机性变化,致使干涉仪输出不稳定.本文研究了自然条件下外界温度和振动对基于3×3耦合器干涉仪的影响,分析结果表明,温度和振动所引起的干扰主要集中于100Hz以下的低频成分中.为了消除这些干扰,设计了单臂补偿的反馈回路以稳定输出信号,并提出了一种利用象限判决方法来区分反馈正负性的动态补偿方法.实验中利用3×3耦合器3个输出端中其中2个进行光电变换、差分放大等反馈电路后驱动管状压电陶瓷,使缠绕在其上的光纤伸缩,动态补偿干涉仪相差的漂移,稳定干涉仪输出即3×3耦合器第三输出端口的信号.针对自然环境下温度和振动引起的干扰,本文研制了一种稳定的动态补偿装置,能有效抑制160Hz以下的低频干扰,实时补偿干涉仪两臂的相差漂移,干涉仪输出稳定的干涉信号,波动幅度小于5.64%. 相似文献

采用双并行马赫曾德尔调制器产生高斯脉冲一阶微分和二阶微分型超宽带脉冲雷达信号和光载无线电传输技术,通过仿真研究了两种超宽带脉冲雷达信号在标准单模光纤中的传输特性.结果表明,高斯脉冲一阶微分型脉冲随着传输距离的增大而不断展宽,而高斯脉冲二阶微分型脉冲则先压缩后展宽.经100km标准单模光纤传输之后,在传输终端采用色散补偿光纤对传输信号进行不同程度的色散补偿,可获得满足美国联邦通信委员会规范要求的不同宽度高斯脉冲一阶微分和二阶微分型脉冲信号. 相似文献

Results of a parametric study of steady asymmetric flows are analyzed. Three-dimensional unsteady equations of hydromechanics
for a compressible medium are solved by a time-dependent method. The range of the characteristic Reynolds number Re = 60–350 is considered. It is shown that a symmetric flow becomes asymmetric at Re = 90. This value can be considered as a threshold value for air. In the examples considered, the upper separation region
is always smaller than the lower separation region owing to flow asymmetry in the vicinity of the left boundary of the domain
of integration. The dependence of the separation region size on the Reynolds number is found.

We present a new scheme for the simulation of the barotropic Euler equation in low Mach regimes. The method uses two main ingredients. First, the system is treated with a suitable time splitting strategy, directly inspired from the previous study that separates low and fast waves. Second, we adapt a numerical scheme where the discrete densities and velocities are stored on staggered grids, in the spirit of MAC methods, and with numerical fluxes derived from the kinetic approach. We bring out the main properties of the scheme in terms of consistency, stability, and asymptotic behavior, and we present a series of numerical experiments to validate the method. 相似文献

Numerical calculations based on the Navier-Stokes equations are carried out to investigate the reflection of shock waves over straight reflecting surfaces in steady flows. The results for a flow Mach number of M0=4.96 confirm the recent experimental findings of Chpoun et al. (1995) concerning the transition from regular to Mach reflection. Numerical calculations as well as experimental results show a hysteresis phenomenon during this transition and the regular reflection is found to be stable in the dual-solution domain in which theoretically both regular and Mach reflection wave configurations are possible. 相似文献

An inductively coupled plasma is extracted into a quartz vacuum chamber through an orifice to observe optical characteristics of the extracted afterglow. The Mach disk, the barrel shock and the zone of silence, which are familiar in supersonic molecular beam experiments with neutral gases, are clearly observed. Axial profiles of the emission of various lines are measured with a photodiode array spectrometer. Intensities of ionic lines as well as atomic lines are stronger at the Mach disk than in the zone of silence.
