Without assuming the boundedness, strict monotonicity and differentiability of the activation functions, the authors utilize the Lyapunov functional method to analyze the global convergence of some delayed models. For the Hopfield neural network with time delays, a new sufficient condition ensuring the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point is derived. This criterion concerning the signs of entries in the connection matrix imposes constraints on the feedback matrix independently of the delay parameters. From a new viewpoint, the bidirectional associative memory neural network with time delays is investigated and a new global exponential stability result is given.  相似文献

The magnetic dipole term T appearing in the X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) spin sum rule can be eliminated from the analysis within the spin sum rule by angle-dependent XMCD spectroscopy if the effects of spin–orbit coupling are small so that Tx+Ty+Tz≈0. It is shown by the ab initio electron theory for the extreme case of a low-dimensional system, i.e., for a free-standing monatomic Co wire that this relation is strongly violated, indicating that the determination of T by the angle-dependent XMCD is possibly not very reliable for low-dimensional magnetic systems.  相似文献

传统的共振隧穿二极管的多峰值负微分电阻器件的峰值数目受到限制,由单电子器件和传统的金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)器件组成的多峰值负微分电阻器件在原理上具有无穷多个峰值,并且MOSFET使单电子晶体管(SET)的峰值和谷值电流大小受其源漏电压的影响减小.利用这种多峰值负微分电阻器件实现了多值存储器,该存储器原理上是无穷多值的.并且利用它的折叠的I-V特性,实现了一个4位的Flash A/D转换器,与传统的Flash A/D转换器相比,SET-MOSFET的A/D转换器大大地简化了电路. 关键词: 库仑阻塞 库仑振荡 负微分电阻 多值存储器  相似文献

The problem of nonlinear dynamical system modeling, considered in this paper, is motivated by restrictions arising in real-world tasks. The restrictions are that first, a system input cannot be entirely observed for one trial. Second, the system model must be subjected to the causality principle. Third, the input is corrupted by noise so that no relationship between the reference input and noise is known. Fourth, the model should have some degrees of freedom so that the associated accuracy can be regulated by a variation of these freedom degrees. We propose and justify new procedures for the nonlinear system modeling that are initialized by these motivations. The models are nonlinear and given by so called r-degree operators that can be reduced to a matrix form presentation. To satisfy the restrictions above, the matrices have special structures that we call the lower p-band matrices. The degree r of the models is the required degree of freedom. The rigorous analysis of errors associated with the presented techniques is given. Numerical experiments with real data demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

We propose the interesting results that a dark soliton pulse can be localized within a nonlinear nano-waveguide. The system consists of nonlinear micro and nano ring resonators, whereas the dark soliton can be input into the system and trapped within the nano-waveguide. A dark soliton pulse is input into a ring resonator and chopped to be the smaller pulses. The required pulse is filtered and amplified, which can be controlled and localized within the nano-waveguide. The localized bright soliton is also reviewed and discussed.  相似文献

With the progress of the semiconductor industry,the resistive random-access memory(RAM) has drawn increasing attention.The discovery of the memristor has brought much attention to this study.Research has focused on the resistive switching characteristics of different materials and the analysis of resistive switching mechanisms.We discuss the resistive switching mechanisms of different materials in this paper and analyze the differences of those mechanisms from the view point of circuitry to establish their respective circuit models.Finally,simulations are presented.We give the prospect of using different materials in resistive RAM on account of their resistive switching mechanisms,which are applied to explain their resistive switchings.  相似文献

心电信号分类是医疗保健领域的重要研究内容.针对大多数方法不能很好地降低样本数量少的类别漏诊率,以及降低预处理操作的复杂性问题,提出了一种基于改进深度残差收缩网络(IDRSN)的心电信号分类算法(即DRSL算法).首先,使用合成少数类过采样技术(SMOTE)扩充数量少的类别样本,从而解决了类不平衡问题;其次,利用改进深度残差收缩网络提取空间特征,其残差模块可以避免网络层加深造成的过拟合,压缩激励和软阈值化子网络可以提取重要局部特征并自动去除噪声;然后,通过长短期记忆网络(LSTM)提取时间特征;最后,利用全连接网络输出分类结果.在MIT-BIH心律失常数据集上的实验结果表明,该算法的分类性能优于IDRSN、DRSN、GAN+2DCNN、CNN+LSTM_ATTENTION、SE-CNN-LSTM分类算法.  相似文献

DGH方程作为一类重要的非线性水波方程有着许多广泛的应用前景.基于Hamilton系统的多辛理论研究了一类强色散DGH方程的数值解法,利用多辛普雷斯曼方法构造了一种典型的半隐式的多辛格式.分析了该格式的局部能量和动量守恒律误差,并给出了数值算例.数值算例结果表明该多辛离散格式具有较好的长时间数值稳定性.  相似文献

Hybrid systems with memory are dynamical systems exhibiting both delayed and hybrid dynamics. Such systems can be described by hybrid functional inclusions. Classical invariance principles play an instrumental role in proving stability and convergence of dynamical systems. Invariance principles for general hybrid systems with delays, however, remain an open topic. In this paper, we prove invariance principles for hybrid systems with memory, using both Lyapunov–Razumikhin function and Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional methods. These invariance principles are then applied to derive two stability results as corollaries.  相似文献
