Summary In this paper, a new theory of the adaptive growth of biological materials is presented. The theory is derived from the basic
laws of continuum mechanics. The material is described as a classical mixture of solid material and fluid. It will be shown
that several well-known models of the adaptive growth are embedded in this more general theory. In addition, it is clarified
on which material assumptions these models are based. Finally, a solution procedure for the new theory is developed, and several
examples are given.

研究了急性粒细胞白血病(AML)和慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者的骨髓淋巴细胞、粒细胞和红细胞的傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)。结果发现:(1)这三种细胞FTIR存在着差异性。(2)AML与CML之间淋巴细胞和粒细胞的谱图差异性不明显,但红细胞的谱图却存在可识别的差异性。与CML红细胞相比,AML红细胞酰胺Ⅰ带较宽,AML红外细胞蛋白质二级结构中α-螺旋结构的含量较低;1540cm^-1与1084cm^-1吸收峰面积的比值较低,范围较窄,该结果提示,AML和CML骨髓血红细胞中核红细胞的数量分布不同,同时提示骨髓红细胞的成熟可能与白血病细胞的增殖有关。 相似文献

Red long lasting phosphorescence(LLP) was firstly observed in LaAlO3:Eu3+ phosphor synthesized by solid state method at 1773 K. It reveals that the Eu3+ ions occupy the asymmetric La3+ sites, resulting in the orange-red emission of Eu3+. The LLP of the optimum LaAlO3:0.6%Eu3+ sample can come to about 2000 s according to a definition of 0.32 mcd/m2. The LLP decay curve can not be fitted even by a function of three exponential terms, due to the complicated retrapping process of carriers. The result of a classical multi-peak fitting method on thermoluminescence reveals that the excellent LLP performance of LaAlO3:Eu3+ material originates from the rich distribution of shallow traps(E=0.7875 eV). 相似文献

The concurrent upward two-phase flow of air and water in a long vertical large diameter pipe with an inner diameter (D) of 200 mm and a height (z) of 26 m (z/D = 130) was investigated experimentally at low superficial liquid velocities from 0.05009 to 0.3121 m/s and the superficial gas velocities from 0.01779 to 0.5069 m/s. The resultant void fractions range from 0.03579 to 0.4059. According to the observations using a high speed video camera, the flow regimes of bubbly, developing cap bubbly and fully-developed cap bubbly flows prevailed in the flows. The developing cap bubbly flow appeared as a flow regime transition from bubbly to fully-developed cap bubble flow in the vertical large diameter pipe. The developing cap bubbly flow changes gradually and lasts for a long time period and a wide axial region in the flow direction, in contrast to a sudden transition from bubbly to slug flows in a small diameter pipe. The analysis in this study showed that the flow regime transition depends not only on the void fraction but also on the axial distance in the flow and the pipe diameter. The axial flow development brings about the transition to happen in a lower void fraction flow and the increase of pipe diameter causes the transition to happen in a higher void fraction flow. The measured void fraction showed an N-shaped axial changing manner that the void fraction increases monotonously with axial position in the bubbly flow, decreases non-monotonously with axial position in the developing cap bubbly flow, and increases monotonously again with axial position in the fully-developed cap bubbly flow. The temporary void fraction decrease phenomenon in the transition region from bubbly to cap bubbly flow can be attributed to the formation of medium to large cap bubbles and their gradual growth into the maximum size of cap bubble and/or cluster of large cap bubbles in the developing cap bubbly flow. In order to predict the N-shaped axial void fraction changing behaviors in the flow regime transition from bubbly to cap bubbly flow, the existing 12 drift flux correlation sets for large diameter pipes are reviewed and their predictabilities are studied against the present experimental data. Although some drift flux correlation sets, such as those of Clark and Flemmer (1986) and Hibiki and Ishii (2003), can predict the present experimental data with reasonable average relative deviations, no drift flux correlation set for distribution parameter and drift velocity can give a reliable prediction for the observed N-shaped axial void fraction changing behaviors in the region from bubbly to cap bubbly flow in a vertical large diameter pipe. 相似文献

测定了去卵巢大鼠骨元素含量和血清相关激素和细胞因子含量,分析了去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱的机制。将健康4月龄SD大鼠18只随机分成3组:正常对照组,假去卵巢大鼠组和去卵巢大鼠组。结果表明,去卵巢大鼠骨Ca、Mg、S、Mn、Zn等含量显著降低,P含量显著升高,血清E2、P、CT、GH等含量显著降低,IL-6、FSH、LH等含量显著升高。提示去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱是雌激素水平下降与其他因素共同作用的结果。 相似文献

用锥形腔量热式激光能量计,测量了在不同脉冲宽度条件下,脉冲激光能量和激光吸收腔温升之间的关系,并用传统的方法得到不同激光能量对应的温升,并按照有关公式计算得到激光能量,结果表明实际激光能量和按传统方法计算得到的激光能量之间存在较大的差距;我们从理论上分析了由于热辐射、热传导影响,得出锥形吸收腔时间温度曲线关系的数学模型;用该数学模型对测量得到温度时间曲线进行最小二乘法拟合,拟合曲线和实际曲线非常吻合;通过该曲线我们对测量结果进行修正,和传统数据处理方法比较,该方法得到的结果更接近真值. 相似文献

In this paper we propose a mathematical model of bone remodeling with time delays of both osteoclast-derived paracrine signaling of tumor and tumor-derived paracrine signaling of osteoclast. The effects of time delays on the growth of tumor cells and bone system are studied in multiple myeloma-induced bone disease. In the case of small osteoclast-derived paracrine signaling, it is found that the growth of tumor cells slows down, the oscillation period of the ratio of osteoclasts to osteoblasts is extended with increasing time delay, and there is a competition between the delay and osteoclast-derived paracrine signaling. In the case of large tumor-derived paracrine signaling, the tumor-derived paracrine signaling can induce a more significant decline in tumor growth for long time delay, and thus slowing down the progression of bone disease. There is an optimal coupling between the tumor-derived paracrine signaling of osteoclasts and time delay during the progressions of bone diseases, which suppresses the tumor growth and the regression of bone disease. 相似文献

Vitamin D is essential in assuring bone health at all stages of life, but its non-skeletal effects are also essential: This vitamin impacts the physiology of the immune system, skeletal muscles and adipose tissue, glucose metabolism, skin, cardiovascular and reproductive systems, neuro-cognitive functions and cell division. The incidence of vitamin D deficiency is widespread worldwide, at any age, in young and healthy subjects, as well as in pregnant women and the elderly population, due to several factors, including inadequate sunlight exposure, skin pigmentation and coverage, adiposity, lifestyle and low dietary intakes. To overcome this problem, the fortification of foods that are consumed on a daily basis, such as milk, is strongly advisable. This opinion paper aims to discuss, in a multidisciplinary way, the current evidence supporting the importance of vitamin D in health and disease and the role of milk as an optimal carrier of this vitamin, to promote adequate intakes, highlighting its unique physico-chemical characteristics linked to both fat globule membrane and casein micelle structure. Moreover, it addresses the impact of industrial processing and storage of consumption milk on the stability of these structures, thus in determining vitamin D bioavailability and the achievement of adequate intakes. 相似文献
