纳米材料的结构分析

介绍宏观与微观的纳米粒子具有特殊的结构与性能,采用现代分析测试技术确定纳米材料的结构,并探索其原子或分子组成的规律是目前纳米科学的最微处理的研究内容之一。评述了纳米材料结构分析方法及理论研究的新成果。     

一种新型双亚胺吡啶铁系催化剂的乙烯低聚研究

线性α 烯烃广泛地应用于洗涤剂、增塑剂、润滑油等精细化学品的合成以及作为共单体制备线性低密度聚乙烯 (ＬＬＤＰＥ) .目前工业上主要是应用ＳＨＯＰ法[1] 、Ｃｈｅｖｒｏｎ工艺和Ａｍｏｃｏ工艺[2 ] 通过乙烯低聚制备 .近些年发展起来的新型高活性后过渡金属乙烯低聚催化剂能够高选择性地制备线性α 烯烃[3 ,4] .Ｂｒｏｏｋｈａｒｔ等[4] 的研究表明 ,对于双亚胺吡啶铁系乙烯聚合催化剂而言 ,配体上苯基的邻位取代基位阻减小可以实现乙烯低聚 ,并具有高活性、高选择性以及理想的低聚产物分布 .本文的工作是从配体的空间位阻效应对催化剂…     

Chemistry and key structural features of oxyhydroxy-fluorides: relationships with the acidic character, thermal stability and surface area

The stability of Al, Cr and Fe hydroxy-fluorides MF_3−x(OH)_x which adopt the hexagonal-tungsten-bronze (HTB)-type structure has been discussed by considering the lability of water coordinated to metals from a kinetic point of view. Thus, in the case of Al or Fe compounds, the easy departure of water contributes to the stabilization of fluoride ions as well as isolated hydroxyl groups around the metal, leading to the formation of the HTB structure. The stabilization of the HTB structure with respect to another structural type, the pyrochlore, with a lower density, is governed by this kinetic feature as well as the ability of fluorinated salts used as precursors to attract hydroxyls. Al(III) and Fe(III) represent the strongest acidic cations and the associated HTB-type structure containing isolated OH groups can easily be stabilized. In the case of Cr, a mixture of pyrochlore and HTB-type structure is generally obtained. We have succeeded in preparing, using supercritical medium, new (Fe, Cr) oxyhydroxy-fluorides which exhibit edge-shared octahedra and large 1D tunnels. These compounds can be considered as potential candidates for acid catalysts.     

Synthesis of indenes by ytterbium-catalyzed carboalkoxylation/Friedel-Crafts reaction of arylidenecyclopropanes with acetals

Ytterbium-catalyzed tandem carboalkoxylation/Friedel-Crafts reaction of arylidenecyclopropanes 1 with acetals 2 afforded the corresponding indene derivatives 3 in good to high yields. For example, in the presence of 10 mol % of Yb(OTf)₃ the reaction of 1-phenylbenzylidenecyclopropane 1a with the dimethyl acetals of benzaldehyde 2a, p-tolualdehyde 2b, and p-anisaldehyde 2c gave 1,3-diphenyl-2-(2-methoxyethyl)indene 3a, 2-(2-methoxyethyl)-3-phenyl-1-(p-tolyl)indene 3b, and 1-(p-anisyl)-2-(2-methoxyethyl)-3-phenylindene 3c in 82%, 80%, and 80% yields, respectively.     

Tris(pentafluorophenyl)silyl enol ethers: synthesis and aldol reactions

Silyl enol ethers bearing three pentafluorophenyl groups at the silicon atom are described. These compounds undergo uncatalyzed aldol reactions with aliphatic, α,β-unsaturated, and aromatic aldehydes. The observed reactivity is analyzed in terms of the Lewis acidity of the silyl fragment.     

Enantioselective radical cyclization of α,β-unsaturated sulfonyl compounds

Enantioselective intramolecular radical cyclization of benzimidazolyl iodoalkenyl and iodoalkadienyl sulfones using chiral Lewis acids gave products with good enantioselectivity. Newly formed chiral centers could be induced effectively by enantioselective coordination to one of the sulfonyl oxygens.     

Highly diastereoselective synthesis of bicyclo[4.2.0]octanone derivatives by the [2+2] photocycloaddition of chiral cyclohexenonecarboxylates to ethylene

The diastereoselective [2+2] photocycloaddition of a cyclohexenonecarboxylate containing (−)-8-(4-nitrophenyl)menthyl as a chiral auxiliary to ethylene gave the photocycloadduct, a bicyclo[4.2.0]octanone derivative, with a high degree of diastereoselectivity. A photoreaction, conducted in CH₂Cl₂ at −78 °C gave the corresponding photocycloadduct in 88% de. In the presence of Ti(OR)₄ or Me₃SnCl, the diastereoselectivity was increased up to 92% de.     

Electronic effect on the regioselectivity in the ring opening of para-substituted phenyloxiranes by acetylides

The electronic effect on the regioselectivity in the alkynylation of phenyloxiranes was investigated using three kinds of metal acetylides. BF₃ mediated lithium acetylide provided either the α- or β-alkynylated products by controlling the effect of the para-substituents of the phenyloxiranes. LiClO₄ mediated lithium acetylide and titanium acetylide, on the other hand, afforded predominantly the β- and α-products, respectively.     

A new approach to the synthesis of cyclic ethers via the intermolecular allylation of α-acetoxy ethers and ring-closing metathesis

A concise synthesis of the isolaurepinnacin skeleton 6 was achieved via the intermolecular allylation of the α-acetoxy ether 3 followed by ring-closing metathesis. This methodology was successfully applied to the convergent synthesis of the oxocene 15, an advanced synthetic intermediate for the total synthesis of laurencin.     

A selective reductive amination of aldehydes by the use of Hantzsch dihydropyridines as reductant

Direct reductive amination of an aldehyde was carried out using a Hantzsch dihydropyridine as the reductant in the presence of a catalytic amount of scandium triflate. The reaction was highly selective towards aldehydes over ketones, and other reducible functional groups did not affect the reaction.
