The problem considered here can be viewed as the analogue in higher dimensions of the one variable polynomial interpolation of Lagrange and Newton. Let x1,...,x r be closed points in general position in projective spacePn, then the linear subspaceV ofH 0 (⨑n,O(d)) (the space of homogeneous polynomials of degreed on ⨑n) formed by those polynomials which are singular at eachx i, is given by r(n + 1) linear equations in the coefficients, expressing the fact that the polynomial vanishes with its first derivatives at x1,...,x r. As such, the “expected” value for the dimension ofV is max(0,h 0(O(d))−r(n+1)). We prove thatV has the “expected” dimension for d≥5 (theorem A). This theorem was first proven in [A] using a very complicated induction with many initial cases. Here we give a greatly simplified proof using techniques developed by the authors while treating the corresponding problem in lower degrees.  相似文献

The evolution of polarization singularities supported in a one-dimensional periodic plasmonic system is studied. The lateral inversion symmetry of the system, which breaks the in-plane inversion symmetry and up-down mirror symmetry simultaneously, yields abundant polarization states. A complete evolution process with geometry for the polarization states is traced. In the evolution, circularly polarized points (C points) can stem from 3 different processes. In addition to the previously reported processes occurring in an isolated band, a new type of C point appearing in two bands simultaneously due to the avoided band crossing, is observed. Unlike the dielectric system with a similar structure which only supports at-$\varGamma$ bound states in the continuum (BICs), accidental BICs off the $\varGamma$ point are realized in this plasmonic system. This work provides a new scheme of polarization manipulation for the plasmonic systems.  相似文献

提出了一个新的、基于位移的、求解三维尖劈端部奇性应力指数问题的非协调元特征分析法。该方法假定尖劈端部邻域内的位移场没有采用奇异变换技术,导出虚功方程的出发点不同于过去原有求解裂纹尖端近似场的有限元特征分析法,在有限元离散时采用的单元形式为非协调元。文中运用该方法给出了若干求解各向异性复合材料尖劈/接头端部奇性应力指数的算例。所有的计算结果表明,本文方法能够求解复杂尖劈/接头的全部奇性应力指数,使用的单元少而且精度高。  相似文献

提出了一个基于位移的、分析柱状各向异性两相材料尖劈端部邻域的奇性位移场和应力场问题的非协调元特征分析法. 该方法从柱状扇区的散度定理出发,将柱状扇区控制方程的弱式化为一个与虚功原理相同形式的方程,采用一种新的非协调元技术把所导出的``虚功原理'转化为标准一阶特征方程的求解问题. 非协调元法中,尖劈端部邻域的位移场假定没有采用奇异变换技术,有限元的单元形式是一维的. 将柱状各向异性两相材料尖劈视为``广义平面应变'问题,位移场与坐标z无关,只关注界面端的幂奇异性而不考虑对数奇异性. 运用该方法给出了柱状各向异性两相材料尖劈端部奇性应力指数、奇性位移角分布和应力角分布的算例. 所有的计算结果表明,该方法使用的单元少而且精度较高.  相似文献

A high-Reynolds steady-state viscous incompressible fluid flow is investigated in the neighborhood of a small three-dimensional irregularity located on the smooth surface of a body and oriented almost along the skin-friction lines. The regime in which quasi-two-dimensional flow with a given pressure gradient is realized on the irregularity scale is studied in detail. The numerical solution of the corresponding boundary value problem for the boundary layer equations is obtained. It is shown that, as distinct from the plane case, this solution is unique.  相似文献

By using example of nonlinear dynamics of a pair of coupled gears, the phenomenon of appearance and disappearance of a trigger of coupled singularities and homoclinic orbits in the form of number eight in the phase portrait in the phase plane is investigated. That phenomenon is an accompanying phenomenon of loss of stability of the local unique equilibrium position. For a generalized case under certain conditions, a theorem of the appearance of a trigger of coupled singularities in a nonlinear dynamical conservative system, the first derivative of the system potential energy which is a product of two periodic functions with different periods, and one bifurcation parameter, which is the cause for the appearance of new roots of these two functions, is defined.  相似文献

The paper refers to the solution of the integral equation for the acceleration (or pressure) potential for the study of subsonic linearized unsteady flow in view of aeroelastic applications. The case considered is relevant to a trapezoidal wing infinitely thin surface without discontinuities. As is well known [1, 2], the kernel of the integral equation exhibits three singularities, two of which are integrable in elementary form, whereas, for the third one integration in principal part according to Hadamard's rule is necessary. The kernel is therefore reworked in such a way that all the singularities are separated from the regular part, and eventually the discretization is performed in such a way that only the regular part is to be recalculated for each new value of the reduced frequency. Convergence tests, comparison with other methods of solution, and time saving associated with the technique of separation are also shown.Sommario. II lavoro tratta la risoluzione del problema relativo alla equazione integrale nel potenziale di accelerazione (o di pressione) per lo studio di una corrente subsonica linearizzata nonstazionaria, in vista di applicazioni aeroelastiche. Il caso considerato è quello di una superficie alare a pianta trapezoidale in assenza di discontinuità di spessore infinitesimo. Come è noto [1, 2], il nucleo della equazione integrale in parola presenta tre singolarità, due sole delle quali sono integrabili in forma elementare, (o riconducibili ad essa), mentre per la terza è necessario far ricorso alla integrazione in parte principale alla Hadamard. Il nucleo stesso viene quindi rielaborato in modo da isolare tutte le singolarità dalla componente regolare del nucleo; si procede così alla discretizzazione dell' equazione integrale, e, per ogni valore della frequenza ridotta, va ricalcolata solo la parte regolare della matrice risolvente. Vengono poi effettuati tests di convergenza, confronti con altri metodi di soluzione, analisi sui tempi di calcolo e risparmio di tempo di calcolo dovuto alla tecnica di separazione.  相似文献

This paper sums up some recent studies related to the numerical solution of boundary value problems deriving from Maxwell's equations. These studies bring to light the theoretical origins of the ‘corner paradox’ pointed out by numerical experiments for years: In a domain surrounded by a perfect conductor, a ‘nodal’ discretization can approximate the electromagnetic field only if the domain has no reentrant corners or edges. The explanation lies in a mathematical curiosity: two different interpretations of the same variational equation, which are both well-posed and lead either to the physical or a spurious solution!
