A high wear-resistant gradient coating made of Ni/Co-based alloys on the surface of a Cu alloy substrate was synthesized using a YAG laser induced in situ reaction method. The coating consists of three layers: the first is a Ni-based alloy layer, the second and third are Co-based alloy layers. The microhardness increases gradually from 98 HV in the Cu alloy substrate to the highest level of 876 HV in the third layer. The main phase of the Co-based alloy layer is CoCr2(Ni,O)4, coexisting with the Fe13Mo2B5, Cr(Co(Mo, and FeCr0.29Ni0.16C0.06 phases. Wear tests indicate that the gradient coating has good bond strength and wear properties with a wear coefficient of 0.31 (0.50 for the Cu alloy substrate). Also, the wear loss of the coating is only 0.01 g after it has been abraded for 60 min, which is only one fifth of that of the Cu alloy of the crystallizer. Wear tests of the gradient coating reveal good adhesive friction and wear properties when sliding against steel under dry conditions. This novel technique may have good application to make an advanced coating on the surface of the Cu alloy crystallizer in a continuous casting process. 相似文献

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra of Ce 3+ in LiLuF 4 (LLF) and LiSr 0.8 Ca 0.2 AlF 6 (LSCAF) observed at low temperatures (<20 v K) show that the Ce 3+ centers have tetragonal and pseudo-trigonal symmetry with ( g , g )=(2.751, 1.467) and (2.14, 0.80), respectively. The EPR lines of Ce 3+ in LSCAF are inhomogeneously broadened by different Ce 3+ configurations which correspond to the random occupation of the second nearest neighbor cation sites by Ca 2+ and Sr 2+ and/or charge compensators. These EPR results indicate that the Ce 3+ centers in LLF and LSCAF are associated with substitution of Ce 3+ for Lu 3+ with eight-fold coordination and Sr 2+ /Ca 2+ with six-fold coordination, respectively. Fourier transform infrared absorption has been used to measure transitions between the 2 F 5/2 ground state and the 2 F 7/2 multiplet of Ce 3+ in LLF at 10 v K. The optical absorption and luminescence of Ce 3+ :LLF and Ce 3+ :LSCAF in the UV range are strongly polarized. The energy levels and polarization dependence of the optical transitions can be accounted for in terms of the crystal field potential experienced by the Ce 3+ ions under the action of the different point group symmetries. 相似文献

The effect of laser irradiation on the electrical properties of Li0.5+z Co z Dy x Fe2.5?2z?x O4 ferrite (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2, z = 0.1) has been studied in the temperature range 300 K ≤ T ≤ 750 K at frequencies of 10 kHz?5 MHz, using a LIMO-IR laser diode, at a wavelength of 808 nm. It was found that laser irradiation increases the polarization, the resistivity and the paramagnetic region. As the result of electronic rearrangement and lattice defects, small polorons and clusters were created. The doping of LiCo-Ferrite by Dy3+ increases both the AC and DC resistance of the investigated material. The variation of the AC and DC resistance with the Dy-content (x) obeys the following correlations R ac/100 = 50x 2+4x+0.005 and R dc/1000 = 31x 2+0.099x+0.09, respectively. A peculiar behaviour was obtained for the sample with Dy-content x = 0.075, as the resistance notably decreases. The applicable result is that laser irradiation increases the resistance of LiCo-ferrite by about 17% while its doping by dysprosium at x = 0.15 increases the resistance by about 23%. In this paper, the effects of atmospheric turbulence on the intensity distribution of a tilted Rectangular Partially Coherent Flat-Topped (RPCFT) beam were studied. An analytical formula for the intensity distribution was derived. POWER In Bucket (PIB) value is calculated numerically. The effects of source parameters – such as correlation length, order of flatness and tilt coefficient – on the intensity were analyzed.
