In this work we develop the volume averaged form of the frequency-dependent governing equations for electrohydrodynamics in a saturated porous medium. The concept of local electrical equilibrium is identified, and when this condition is valid we obtain a one-equation model describing the coupled transport of momentum and electric charge. When local electrical equilibrium is not valid, separate forms of Maxwell's equations must be developed for both the fluid and solid phases.  相似文献

Fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites are increasingly being used for the re-pair and strengthening of deteriorated concrete structural components through adhesive bonding of prefabricated strips/plates and the wet lay-up of fabric. Interfacial bond failure modes have attracted the attention of researchers because of the importance. The objective of the present study is to analyse the interface failure mechanism of reinforced concrete continuous beam strength-ened by FRP. An analytical solution has been firstly presented to predict the entire debonding process of the model. The realistic bi-linear bond-slip interfacial law was adopted to study this problem. The crack propagation process of the loaded model was divided into four stages (elastic,elastic-softening,elastic-softening-debonded and softening-debonded stage). Among them,elastic-softening-debonded stage has four sub-stages. The equations are solved by adding suitable stress and displacement boundary conditions. Finally,critical value of bond length is determined to make the failure mechanism in the paper effective by solving the simultaneously linear algebraic equations. The interaction between the upper and lower FRP plates can be neglected if axial stiffness ratio of the concrete-to-plate prism is large enough.  相似文献

考虑到位于两物质界面上的Metasurface对光线传播行为的影响, 从费马原理和边界条件连续两种角度出发, 推导了可用于相位突变界面的广义反射与折射定律. 该定律在界面对光波的相位改变量为零的情况下, 回归为通常的反射定律和折射定律. 利用广义的折射定律和反射定律讨论了介质折射率、界面上的相位梯度等因素对光传播行为的影响, 发现利用广义的折射定律和反射定律很容易实现反常反射和反常折射行为, 并给出了出现反常反射和反常折射的条件, 以此为基础可以实现对光波的随意控制. 依据广义的折射定律和反射定律分析了一维相位掩模板对光场传播行为的影响.关键词:超材料相位突变界面反射定律折射定律  相似文献

本文运用高斯定律得出多晶SiGe栅应变Si nMOSFET的准二维阈值电压模型,并从电流密度方程出发建立了小尺寸应变Si nMOS器件的I-V特性模型.对所得模型进行计算分析,得出沟道Ge组分、多晶Si1-yGey栅Ge组分、栅氧化层厚度、应变Si层厚度、栅长以及掺杂浓度对阈值电压的影响.运用二维器件模拟器对器件表面势和I-V特性进行了仿真,所得结果与模型仿真结果一致,从而证明了模型的正确性.关键词:多晶SiGe栅高斯定理阈值电压速度过冲  相似文献

Models of two phase flows in porous media, used in petroleumengineering, lead to a system of two coupled equations with ellipticand parabolic degenerate terms, and two unknowns,the saturation and the pressure.For the purpose of their approximation, a coupled scheme, consisting ina finite volume method together witha phase-by-phase upstream weighting scheme, is used in the industrial setting.This paper presents a mathematical analysis of this coupled scheme, first showingthat it satisfies some a priori estimates:the saturation is shown to remain in a fixed interval, anda discrete L2(0,T;H1(Ω)) estimate is proved for both the pressureand a function of the saturation. 针对钢筋-混凝土粘结滑移的劈裂破坏模式,将整个破坏过程分为未开裂的弹性阶段和带裂缝阶段。弹性阶段采用弹性厚壁圆筒模型,带裂缝阶段采用考虑混凝土软化特性的厚壁圆筒模型。基于这两种模型,研究了粘结滑移劈裂破坏过程的能量变化规律,推导出了两种模型的能量计算公式。利用能量守恒定律建立了钢筋-混凝土粘结滑移本构关系的微分方程,并通过数值积分方法得到了粘结滑移本构模型。该本构模型能够体现混凝土与钢筋材料参数和几何参数的影响,对不同形状的粘结滑移关系曲线具有较好的适应性。最后,将得到的本构关系与文献的试验结果进行对比,并分析了各参数的变化规律。  相似文献

In this paper, we correct the Stefan-Boltzmann law by considering the generalized uncertainty principle, and with this corrected Stefan-Boltzmann law, the lifespan of the Schwarzschild-de-sitter black holes is calculated. We find that the corrected Stefan-Boltzmann law contains two terms, the T4 term and the T6 term. Due to the modifications, at the end of the black hole radiation, it will arise a limited highest temperature and leave a residue. It is interesting to note that the mass of the residue and the Planck mass is in the same order of magnitude. The modified Stefan-Boltzmann law also gives a correction to the lifespan of the black hole, although it is very small.  相似文献

Energy fluctuation of ideal Fermi gas trapped under generic power law potential U=Σ_(i=1)~d c_i|x_i/a_i|~(n_i) has been calculated in arbitrary dimensions.Energy fluctuation is scrutinized further in the degenerate limit μK_B T with the help of Sommerfeld expansion.The dependence of energy fluctuation on dimensionality and power law potential is studied in detail.Most importantly our general result can not only exactly reproduce the recently published result regarding free and harmonically trapped ideal Fermi gas in d =3 but also can describe the outcome for any power law potential in arbitrary dimension.  相似文献

This paper establishes the entropy convergence of a new two-value high resolution finite volume scheme with slope relaxation for conservation laws. This scheme, motivated by the general method of high resolution schemes that have high-order accuracy in smooth regions of solutions and are free of oscillations near discontinuities, unifies and evolves slopes directly with a slope relaxation equation that governs the evolution of slopes in both smooth and discontinuous regions. Proper choices of slopes are realized adaptively via a relaxation parameter. The scheme is shown to be total-variation-bounded (TVB) stable and satisfies cell-entropy inequalities.  相似文献
