Intercalation of d-gluconate into the interlamellae of zinc-aluminum-layered double hydroxide for the formation of a food additive-inorganic layered nanohybrid was accomplished by both direct (co-precipitation) and indirect (ion-exchange) methods. Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) together with CHNS and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analyses showed that the hybridization of d-gluconate with pure phase and good crystallinity was successfully accomplished by a direct method within ranges of pH 7.5-10, Zn to Al initial molar ratio of 2-5 and DG concentration of 0.05-0.3 M. The same nanohybrid compound was also prepared using an indirect ion-exchange method by contacting the pre-prepared LDH with 0.1 M DG for 80 min. The basal spacing of the nanohybrid synthesized by the direct method ranged between 9 and 12.0 Å while that synthesized by the indirect ion-exchange method was 14.0 Å. The crystallinity of the latter was higher than the former and it inherited the crystallinity of the precursor. This work shows that a food additive, such as d-gluconate, can be hybridized into an inorganic host for the formation of a new nanohybrid compound, which can be used to regulate the release of acidity in the food industry.  相似文献

High-quality oriented ZnO films were prepared on silicon and quartz glass by sol-gel, assisted with a ZnO seed layer. The effects of the seed layer on the orientation, morphology and optical properties of ZnO films were investigated. Results show that the seed layer can effectively induce the growth of high-quality oriented ZnO films on two substrates, and the effectiveness of the seed layer strongly depends on preparation conditions, i.e., the spin-coating layer number and the preheating temperature. ZnO films with five layers on the seed layer preheated at 500 °C exhibit the single (0 0 2) orientation, which is much stronger than that on the flat substrate. Additionally, ZnO films on the seed layer show a denser internal structure and higher optical quality than that on the flat substrate. At ten layers, however, ZnO films on the seed layer show the multiple-orientation, which is similar to that on the flat substrate. Finally, the physical mechanism underlying the growth behavior of ZnO films assisted with the seed layer was discussed.  相似文献

In this work, we report the magnetic properties of isotropic M-type SrFe12−xAlxO19 (x=0.0,1.5) hexaferrites synthesized by means of Pechini method. A polycrystalline distribution of fine grains was verified by Transmission Electron Microscopy for both compositions, with average sizes below 60 nm. Remarkable coercivity values within the range 500–850 kA/m were attained as a consequence of a combined effect of grain size refinement together with an enhancement of the anisotropy field afforded by the incorporation of the Al3+ cations into the hexagonal crystal structure.  相似文献

Three one‐dimensional coordination polymers, [MnCl2(4‐pyterpy)]∙2CHCl3 ( 1 ), [Mn(NO3)2(4‐pyterpy)]∙CHCl3 ( 2 ) and [Ag(NO3)(3‐pyterpy)]∙H2O ( 3 ) (4‐pyterpy = 4′‐(4‐pyridyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine and 3‐pyterpy = 4′‐(3‐pyridyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine) were synthesized and characterized by X‐ray diffraction. All three compounds exhibit a rare “head‐to‐tail” coordination of the multidentate ligand, but differ significantly in their polymer chain conformations. Additionally, the fluorescent properties of all three compounds were investigated and show a weak, ligand‐centered fluorescence at 416–418 nm.  相似文献
