The preconcentration and voltammetric behavior of BiIII on a sodium humate modified carbon paste electrode was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV). The proposed measurement involves an initial nonelectrolytic preconcentration step in which BiIII is complexed by the surface modifier in a solution of 0.05 M KNO3-0.0106 M HNO3 (pH 2.0) and a subsequent electrochemical scan step in which the preconcentrated BiIII was reduced and then oxidized promptly in supporting electrolyte of 0.5 M HNO3. The resulting DPSV anodic current was proportional to the concentration of BiIII ion over the range of 4.78 × 10−8–1.44 × 10−5 M. The detection limit was 4.78 × 10−8 M. The proposed method was used to determine bismuth in various samples. Various factors affecting the electrode behavior were also investigated at the same time.  相似文献

根据O2和CO2在二甲亚砜(DMSO)介质中Pt电极上的伏安特性,采用微电极并结构计算机控制的电位调制技术,建立了快速联合测定CO2和O2的调制电位脉冲库仑法和调制电位脉冲电流法,取得了满意的结果。一次测量时间快达40ms。CO2检测范围0 ̄10%(体积百分比);O2检测范围不受限制。通过编程设计特定的调制电位-时间波形,可保持连续检测的长期稳定性。  相似文献

A novel and sensitive electrochemical DNA biosensor has been developed for the detection of DNA hybridization. The biosensor was proposed by using copper(II) complex of Luteolin C30H18CuO12 (CuL2) as an electroactive indicator based on silver nanoparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Ag/MWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). In this method, the 4-aminobenzoic acid (4-ABA) and Ag nanoparticles were covalently grafted on MWCNTs to form Ag/4-ABA/MWCNTs. The proposed method dramatically increased DNA attachment quantity and complementary ssDNA detection sensitivity for its large surface area and good charge-transport characteristics. DNA hybridization detection was performed using CuL2 as an electroactive indicator. The CuL2 was synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis (EA) and IR spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to investigate the interaction between CuL2 and ds-oligonucleotides (dsDNA). It was revealed that CuL2 presented high electrochemical activity on GCE, and it could be intercalated into the double helices of dsDNA. The target ssDNA of the human hepatitis B virus (HBV) was quantified in a linear range from 3.23 × 10−12 to 5.31 × 10−9 M (r = 0.9983). A detection limit of 6.46 × 10−13 M (3σ, n = 11) was achieved.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Indirect differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) determination of aluminum in the presence of 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-dopa) with glass carbon electrode as working electrode has been described. The method relies on the decrease of DPV anodic peak current of L-dopa with the addition of AlIII The decreasing value of the peak current is linear with the increase of AlIII concentration. Under the optimum experimental conditions (pH 4.8, 6×10?4 M L-dopa, 0.06M NaAc - HAc 1buffer solution), the linear ranges are 4.0×10?7 - 5.2×10?6 M and 7.2×10?6 - 4.5×10?5 M. The relative standard deviation for 8×10?6 M aluminum is 1.0% (n = 8) and the detection limit is 3.5×10?7 M. A number of foreign species for interference have been studied. The method has been applied to determine aluminum in drinking water, synthetic renal dialysate and urine samples.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzoyl peroxide (BP) was determined by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using a glassy carbon electrode in a dichloromethane‐acetic acid (1.5×10?2 mol l?1) solution and tetrabutyl ammonium perchlorate (0.01 mol l?1) as the supporting electrolyte. The peak potential was ?0.045 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). There was a good linear relationship between the peak current and the benzoyl peroxide concentration in the range of 2.5×10?6–1.0×10?4 mol l?1. The detection limit of the method was 2.5×10?7 mol l?1. The recovery was 94.8–106.0%. The samples of wheat flour and the pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of acne vulgaris were directly detected with desired results. The reaction mechanism of benzoyl peroxide on the electrode was also discussed, which was two electrons and two protons irreversible reaction.  相似文献

A poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-graphene-multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated and evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The modified electrode offered high sensitivity, selectivity, excellent long-term stability, and electrocatalytic activity for uric acid and dopamine. This sensor showed wide linear dynamic ranges of 5.0 to 350.0 µmol L?1 for uric acid and 10.0 to 400.0 µmol L?1 for dopamine in the presence of 500 µmol L?1 ascorbic acid. The limits of detection were 0.13 for uric acid and 0.55 µmol L?1 for dopamine. This functionalized electrode has potential application in bioanalysis and biomedicine.  相似文献

Abstract

Electrochemical caracteristics of 2-mercaptopyridine-5-carboxylic acid and its methylic ester have been determined using recent polarographic techniques. Measurements have been carried out as a function of parameters such as frequency, others surimposed signals and as a function of concentration and pH. Results are compared to those obtained for selectively methylated on sulfur or nitrogen atoms derivatives. Interpretations of the data are given. For the first time, a simple differential pulse voltammetry methodology for direct determination of benserazide in presence of levodopa in tablets was developed without any redox mediator, modified electrodes, or the aplication of mathematic deconvolution of signals. Benserazide was studied by differential pulse voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode in aqueous media. The drug exhibited a main well-defined oxidation signal in a broad pH range (2–10), and two poorly resolved signals at higher potentials. We have found that levodopa does not interfere on the electrochemical response of benserazide at pH 6.0. Thus, at this pH value, the developed analytical method exhibited adequate repeatability and reproducibility (RSD < 2%), recoveries >98.5%, which permitted its successful application to both the assay and the uniformity content of benserazide. Also, hydrolytic degradation studies of benserazide were carried out by differential pulse voltammetry.  相似文献
