用铜（Ⅱ）—L—精氨酸配体交换薄层色谱拆分氨基酸对映体

报道了一种新的配体交换薄层色谱拆分氨基酸对映体的方法。以醋酸铜－Ｌ－精氨酸的络合物为配体交换剂，用浸渍的方法吸附在硅胶薄层板上，制成配体交换薄层，用ＰＲＩＳＭＡ优化法选择出展开剂的最佳组成为：甲醇／乙腈／四氢呋喃／水＝８０：８．２：５．８：６，在此色谱条件下，十对氨基酸对映体得到良好的分离，Ｄ－和Ｌ－氨基酸的相对比移值在１．０９－２．４０之间。文中对配体交换薄层的制备方法，样品的分子结构及色谱行为     

手性配体立体选择性萃取分离扁桃酸对映体

Based on chiral ligand exchange, the distribution behavior of mandelic acid enantiomers in the two-phase system containing copper ion(Ⅱ)(Cu²⁺) and N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline (L), was studied. At different pH, the partition of Cu²⁺ in the two-phase system containing N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline, was investigated. The formation constant of binary cpmplex(Li₂Cu) was obtained by regression. The influence of pH, concentrations of Cu²⁺ and chiral ligand, and solvents on partition coefficients(K) and separation factor(α), was discussed. The experimental results show that Li forms more stable ternary complex with D-mandelic acid than with L- mandelic acid. There is a large influence of pH on K and α. At low pH values (<3.5), formation of binary complexes is thermodynamically unfavourable. K and α are best when pH values are above 3.5 and the molar ratio of chiral ligand to Cu²⁺ is 2∶1. At the same time, solvents influence K and α very much.

广西车田红辉沸石对不同离子吸附性的初步研究

研究表明，不同粒度的红辉沸石在不同的温度条件下对K^ 、Na^ 、Ca^2 、Mg^2 、NH4^ 等离子具有不同的吸附容量。在30℃时，8μm的红辉沸石对K^ 、Na^ 、Ca^2 、Mg^2 、NH4^ 的吸附量分别为：10.90mg/g、10.01mg/g、7.64mg/g、5.50mg/g、108.70mmol/100g；45μm的红辉沸石对K^ 、Na^ 、Ca^2 、Mg^2 、NH4^ 的吸附量分别为：10.10mg/g、9.80mg/g、6.90mg/g、5.08mg/g、101.10mmol/100g；246μm的红辉沸石对K^ 、Na^ 、Ca^2 、Mg^2 、NH4^ 的吸附量分别为：2.66mg/g、2.20mg/g、1.86mg/g、1.26mg/g、28.00mmol/100g；在2℃时，8μm的红辉沸石对K^ 、Na^ 、Ca^2 、Mg^2 、NH4^ 的吸附量分别为：10.60mg/g、9.82mg/g、6.90mg/g、5.07mg/g、99.60mmol/100g。在常温25－30℃，湿度82％条件下，246μm、45μm、8μm的红辉沸石含水率为7.06%、7.25%、7.78%。     

Novel flow injection-fluorometric method for the determination of trace silicate and its application to ultrapurified water analysis

A highly sensitive fluorescence quenching method for the determination of silicate based on the formation of an ion associate between molybdosilicate and Rhodamine B (RB) in nitric acid medium was developed. A flow injection system coupled with a fluorescence detector was used for the measurement of fluorescence intensity at 560 and 580 nm as excitation and emission wavelengths, respectively. The calibration graph for Si showed a linear range of 0.1–5 ng cm⁻³ with correlation coefficient of 0.9999, and the detection limit of 0.06 ng cm⁻³. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of silicate in ultrapurified water with satisfactory results.     

流通池介质交换差示脉冲阳极溶出伏安法用于多元素重叠峰的分离及其同时测定

本文用流通池介质交换差示脉冲阳极溶出伏安法在盐酸介质中富集,而以碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲溶液为溶出介质,有效地分离了酸性介质中Cu(Ⅱ)、Sb(Ⅲ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Tl(Ⅰ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、In(Ⅲ)的重叠溶出峰,实现了多离子的同时测定。     

毛细管离子交换电色谱的分离行为

在离子交换毛细管色谱柱上实施电色谱，并对其分离行为进行了研究，采用７５μｍ（ｉ．ｄ．）２０ｃｍ的毛细管强阳离子交换柱（３μｍ）以ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４－Ｈ３ＰＯ４缓冲液为淋洗剂，紫外柱上检测（２１４ｎｍ）考察了流动相的ｐＨ值，有机改性剂及分离电压等因素对分离的影响，研究表明，不同的ｐＨ溶质的流出次序发生改变，随着有机改性剂含量增加，溶质的保留时间减小，而电渗流却增大，同时，对分离的柱效和方法的重现性进行了     

Synthesis of monodisperse poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads and their application in separation of biopolymers

The monodisperse, porous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads of 7.9 microm were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The seed particles prepared by dispersion polymerization exhibited good absorption of the monomer phase. Based on this media, a weak cation-exchange (WCX) stationary phase for HPLC was synthesized by a new chemically modified method. The prepared resin has advantages of biopolymer separation, high column efficiency, low column backpressure, high protein mass recovery, and good resolution for proteins. The dynamic protein-loading capacity of the synthesized WCX packings was 18.2 mg/g. Five proteins were separated in 3.0 min using the synthesized WCX stationary phase. The experimental results show that the obtained WCX resin has very weak hydrophobicity. The WCX resin was also used for the rapid separation and purification of lysozyme from egg white in 5.0 min with only one step. The purity and specific bioactivity of the purified lysozyme were found to be more than 93% and 70 245 U/mg, respectively.     

离子色谱法同时测定水中六种阳离子

研究了用抑制电导离子色谱法一次进样同时测定水中Li^ ,Na^ , NH4^ ,Mg^2 ,Ca^2 的色谱法条件，相对标准偏差小于0．5％，加标回收率在97．5％－104．0％。在水质分析中运用t检验法，比较了用钙、镁离子浓度计算和传统方法测定的总硬度之间是否存在显著性差异。     

中性载体阳离子电极膜电化学的计算机数字模拟

对中性载体阳离子电极膜3种可能的传输模式进行了数字模拟,研究了淌度、浓度、配合物稳定常数以及阴离子亲脂性对电极电位响应的影响。模拟结果对于廓清这类电极响应机理,解释有关实验现象及指导新电极设计提供了有用的信息。
