Working in the context of poroacoustics, we present new, physically relevant, explicit solutions to the Cauchy problem for the model we term the (1D) damped Riemann equation. The solitary waveforms that evolve from both Lorentzian (-smooth) and symmetric-exponential (-smooth) initial conditions are analyzed, the focus being on wave overturning and the evolution/structure of the shocks which develop thereafter. In addition to those for both the multi- and single-valued forms of each solution, expressions for the shock amplitude, velocity, and critical values of the physical parameters are derived/compared. This paper deals with a class of controlled mechanical systems in which the number of control inputs, equal to the number
of desired system outputs, is smaller than the number of degrees of freedom. The related inverse dynamics control problem,
i.e., the determination of control input strategy that force the underactuated system to complete the partly specified motion,
is a challenging task. In the present formulation, the desired system outputs, expressed in terms of the system states, are
treated as servo-constraints on the system, and the problem is viewed from the constrained motion perspective. Mixed orthogonal-tangent
realization of the constraints by the available control reactions is stated, and a specialized methodology for solving the
“singular” control problem is developed. The governing equations are manipulated to index three differential-algebraic equations,
and a simple numerical code for solving the equations is proposed. The feedforward control law obtained as a solution to these
equations can then be enhanced by a closed-loop control strategy with feedback of the actual servo-constraint violations to
provide stable tracking of the reference motion in the presence of perturbations and modeling uncertainties. An overhead trolley
crane executing a load-prescribed motion serves as an illustration. Some results of numerical simulations are reported. 相似文献

Mixed formulations of bending problems for homogeneous plates (beams) are proposed, whose essence is that the deformation of a plate (beam) near its fixed boundary is described by the threedimensional elasticity equations, and the remaining part by the conventional equations of plate (beam) bending. At the interface between these regions, the solutions of these equations are joined. The mixed formulation allows one to describe the threedimensional stress state in the neighborhood of the fixed boundaries of plates (beams) and take into account the complex nature of the fixing conditions. This paper is concerned with the theoretical treatment of the steady-state thermoelastic problem of a functionally graded cylindrical panel due to nonuniform heat supply in the circumferential direction. The thermal and thermoelastic constants of the cylindrical panel are expressed as power functions of the radial coordinate. We obtain the exact solution for the two-dimensional temperature change in a steady state, and thermal stresses of a simple supported cylindrical panel under the state of plane strain. Some numerical results are shown in figures and tables. Furthermore, the influence of the nonhomogeneity of the material, the radius ratio and the span angle upon the temperature change, displacements and stresses is investigated. 相似文献

A method to determine the non-linear viscoelastic constitutive constants from indentation force–displacement data corresponding to different indentation speeds has been developed. The method consists of two parts. In the first part, the force–displacement data is expressed as two functions which represent the strain and the time-dependent responses, respectively. From these functions, the time-dependent constants and the instantaneous force–displacement response are obtained. In the second part, the strain-dependent variables are determined from the instantaneous force–displacement response through an inverse analysis based on the Levenberg–Marquardt method.
