A new resolution improving method of enhancing the interference stripes, which can achieve better reconstruction of the recorded object of infrared digital holography has been proposed in this paper. The experiment is conducted under near infrared illuminance. We create poor quality holograms with very low-resolution interference stripes and enhance it with our new method. The processed holograms have much higher-resolution interference stripes. This method is based on interpolation theory, and we make it works fast, stable and easy to apply. Both the forward and backward interpolation of the oriental and portrait direction of the source pixels have been calculated, and have been used to realize the final aim of resolution improvement. During the experiment, since the responsivity of the CCD is not satisfied with the illuminance laser, which is by design, we also give specific analysis on the experimental setup of our work to make sure the object information can be fully recorded by the optical setup but cannot be reconstructed because of the low-resolution and unobvious of the interference stripes. After the resolution improvement process of the original hologram, the object information can then be fully reconstructed, which is very clear in the paper. Figures and dataflow give evidence and demonstrate the good performance of our method.  相似文献

Different methods for the interpretation of linear dichroic spectra of molecules incorporated in uniaxial matrices are discussed. A method based on the combination of both polarized absorption and emission measurements is described for the resolution of absorption and emission spectra into their different polarized components, and for the investigation of molecular distributions in the oriented matrix. The infrared (IR) and Raman spectra of MgHPO4. 3H2O and of a series of partially deuterated analogues as well as the IR spectra of MnHPO4. 3H2O have been recorded and interpreted. In this work the far infrared (FIR) absorption spectrum has been measured for the asymmetrically mono deuterated Methanol (CH2DOH) species in the wavenumber range of 15–1200 cm−1 better accuracy and signal/noise ratio than known before. Assignments have been made for b-type transitions in the lowest lying torsional vibrational state trans-(e0) for a wide range of rotational angular momentum. The assignments have been rigorously confirmed by the residual loop defect methods. The rR–branch wavenumbers are analyzed by the usual state dependent expansion parameters and the Q-Branch origins. These origins have been used to calculate the torsional and torsional-rotation interaction contributions. These findings are in good agreement with predicted from the Hamiltonian model described in recent publications. A large number of assignments have also been made in the millimeter wave spectrum recorded earlier and thereby evaluated the asymmetry splitting parameters for 4 different axial rotational angular momentum quantum numbers. The analysis and interpretation of the spectra are reported. New assignments for about 260 transitions are included the text and a catalog of about 1500 transitions belonging to the e0 species is prepared (Appendix 1) and is made available through the open server in “Research Gate” and will be freely available to others.  相似文献

Abstract

Urinary calculi containing triamterene were described since 1979. We have studied calculi, obtained from an anuric patient, by surgery. This paper describes the advanced techniques that were used, such as infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry associated with thin-layer chromatography or gas chromatography, to show the presence of unusual compounds. Six metabolites are found, among them pure triamterene (96%), hydroxy-triamterene, and a particular metabolite containing glucuronic acid.  相似文献

Blistering occurring at the stone’s subsurface layer is easily overlooked compared to different deterioration types, so conservation treatments are not applied often. Therefore, non-destructive detection and mapping of blistering zones with the infrared thermography are very important for preservation of the original forms of stone monuments. In this study, the critical temperature and transitional zone of the blistering zone were established by drawing the temperature distribution curve and the mapping for blistering zone was completed by monochrome process and extraction of vector lines. Analysis of the blistering deterioration degree of the Magoksa Temple stone pagoda with the quantitative modeling yielded a total area and average rate of blistering zones of approximately 2.6 m2 and 7.4%, respectively. Thus, there is a high probability of scaling on the stone pagoda (area of approximately 2.6 m2) if conservation treatment is not applied to the blistering zones as early as possible. Therefore, the blistering zones require joining and filling, and state changes of the blistering zones should be continuously monitored after completion of the intensive conservation treatments. Modeling will improve the reliability of deterioration maps by mapping for blistering zone; most deterioration maps to date have overlooked blistering zones.  相似文献
