医学图像归档与通信系统的设计方案

分析与综述了医学图像归档与通信系统（PictureArchivingandCommunicationSystem，简称PACS的研究状况，提出了适用于国内医院的PACS设计方案，并对建立国内PACS的著于问题进行了探讨．实践表明该系统设计合理，通用性强，适合国内医院现代化管理的要求．     

Investigation of the three-dimensional microstructure of Cu-Sn(Pb) diffusion zones by means of ion beam sputtering, scanning electron microscopy and lattice source interferences

On model substances of Cu-Sn(Pb) solders it is shown by the combined use of several physical analytical methods that the intermetallic compounds formed during the annealing process have a crystalline structure, which can be observed also three-dimensionally by ion etching. Moreover, grain boundaries as well as phases become visible, and it is possible to determine the crystallographic orientation of the individual crystals in the Cu starting material and in the diffusion zones by means of the Kossel technique. As a result of the investigations, conclusions can be drawn with respect to the diffusion process, especially also to the crystallographic structure of the diffusion zones and the dendritic growth.Dedicated to Professor Dr. rer. nat. Development of a reader for the routine analysis of CR-39 fast neutron dosemeters: improvement of the dosimetric performance using automatic vision and motion tools

At the personal dosimetry service of the ENEA Radiation Protection Institute, a fast neutron dosemeter based on chemically etched CR-39 (Poly Allyl Diglycol Carbonate) is operating since more than 20 years. Since then the track counting has been performed with a system consisting of a microscope, a video camera and an image analyser. A new automatic analysis system has been developed, based on automatic motion and vision tools and the programming language Labview 6, from National Instruments. The system selects the correct number of reading fields on the basis of a preliminary scan of the dosemeter, therefore operating motion and vision procedures in order to perform the analysis. For each reading field the system collects the track area distribution to which a previously optimised algorithm is applied, in order to correct the energy dependence of the response. For each dosemeter, a record containing the barcode and all data necessary for assessing the personal dose equivalent is stored in a routine file. Taking advantage of automatic vision and motion, a CR-39 reader with innovative features in terms of reproducibility, velocity and accuracy is now available even for the routine purposes of dosimetric services.     

教学中运用现代信息技术必须遵循的原则

近年来随着现代教育的发展，现代信息技术在教学中受到重视，但也存在一些误区。本文指出了在教学中运用现代信息技术存在的问题，并提出了应遵循的原则。     

Sol-Gel Preparation and Raman Characterization of CdTiO3

Cadmium titanate (CdTiO₃) has been prepared by a room-temperature sol-gel technique. The powders were characterized by means of X-Ray Diffraction. Samples treated at 800°C give rise only to the ilmenite-like phase, but, after a treatment at 1100°C for about four hours, the orthorhombic perovskite is the only crystalline phase observed. The Raman spectrum of the perovskite phase is reported for the first time and that of the ilmenite phase is compared with the spectrum of CdTiO₃ bulk crystals. The effects of the starting stoichiometry on the purity of the final phases, relative to the presence of TiO₂ (anatase and rutile) or CdO, are investigated.     

主动光学成象系统衬比传递特性及有效作用距离的分析

从传输介质对照明和成象光束衰减作用(吸收和散射)的分析入手,通过细致的定量分析,得出了主动系统(包括同轴和非同轴两架)成象材比传模型.这些模型都是将系统参数和衬比联系起来的明确的等式,而且还给出了精度较好的简化模型.这些模型可以为定量分析介质对成象的影响和有关系统设计提供有效而方便的理论工具.     

半导体激光器塞曼调制稳频的实验对比研究

首先阐述了实现半导体激光器外调制锁频方案的必要性,并针对一种利用塞曼效应进行外调制稳频的实验方案,详细地阐述了其基本思想和实验原理,以及这种稳频方案相对于一般的内调制饱和吸收稳频技术在实验上的差异.本文给出的具体实验参数和实验结果表明,这种方案相对于其他方案可以获得同等好的锁频质量.不仅如此,本文还给出了塞曼调制稳频和电流调制稳频的锁定频率输出的监视对比情况,从对比结果中,我们可以清楚地看到塞曼调制稳频使得激光器锁定频率无调制输出的优越特性.     

连续流动式聚合酶链式反应生物芯片/微装置中脱氧核糖核酸样品的驱动控制技术进展

介绍国内外连续流动式聚合酶链式反应生物芯片／微装置中脱氧核糖核酸样品的驱碧控制技术进展，主要包括恒流泵（注射泵驱动和蠕动泵驱动）、旋转泵驱动、磁流体动力驱动以及自然对流驱动等。并对这几种驱动方式的优缺点作简要的讨论（引用文献43篇）。     

Evaluation of Support in Singing

This study searched for perceptual, acoustic, and physiological correlates of support in singing. Seven trained professional singers (four women and three men) sang repetitions of the syllable [pa:] at varying pitch and sound levels (1) habitually (with support) and (2) simulating singing without support. Estimate of subglottic pressure was obtained from oral pressure during [p]. Vocal fold vibration was registered with dual-channel electroglottography. Acoustic analyses were made on the recorded samples. All samples were also evaluated by the singers and other listeners, who were trained singers, singing students, and voice specialists without singing education (a total of 63 listeners). We rated both the overall voice quality and the amount of support. According to the results, it seemed impossible to observe any auditory differences between supported singing and good singing voice quality. The acoustic and physiological correlates of good voice quality in absolute values seem to be gender and task dependent, whereas the relative optimum seems to be reached at intermediate parameter values.     

Ag/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构等效光学参量的确定

引入厚度偏差Δd, 修正了薄膜透射率表达式.基于Ag/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构实验透射光谱(500—2700nm)的两条极值包络线, 定义了一个优化函数, 结合最优化数值算法尝试确定具有较强吸收的Ag/AAO纳米有序阵列复合结构的等效光学参量. 由此计算了该结构的等效折射率n、等效消光系数k、平均等效厚度d以及厚度偏差Δd. 该方法对Ag/AAO纳米复合结构平均等效厚度的相对计算误差仅为0.3%, 与实测厚度基本一致, 且Ag/AAO纳米复合结构的模拟透射谱与实验透射光谱在500—2700nm波段范围内相符. 这表明该计算方法可有效确定Ag/AAO纳米复合结构的等效光学参量, 并与实验结果是自洽的. 关键词： 薄膜光学 光学参量 纳米复合结构 最优化算法
