以单束正交线偏振光为光源,利用角向偏振显示器,采用CCD摄像机进行图像采集,利用Matlab软件进行图像处理,设计了一种由He-Ne激光器、角向偏振显示器组成的偏振光偏振方向显示系统,并研究了其角度特性.实验结果表明:系统在起偏器的起偏角分别为0°、90°、180°、270°、360°时,角向偏振显示器偏振显示角度的测量准确度分别为0.480°、0.168°、0.528°、0.421°、0.340°,测量精确度分别为0.208°、0.576°、0.660°、0.603°、0.466°,测量数据拟合曲线的线性相关系数为0.999.结合1/4波片,检偏器和分光比为50:50的分束器,构建了椭圆偏振光测量系统,完成了椭圆偏振光测量实验,椭圆率为0.198.  相似文献

为了分析卫星颤振对TDICCD相机像质的影响,给出了低频正弦颤振引起的相机像移,重点分析了滚动、俯仰、偏航三个方向的颤振对相机成像质量的影响.通过对两种卫星颤振动力学仿真数据的计算,具体研究了颤振对相机像质的影响程度.结果表明,TDICCD相机对卫星颤振幅值要求较高,且随TDI积分级数的增加,颤振的影响尤为突出,必须加以限制.  相似文献

This paper proposes an integrated roughness measurement system that is based on adaptive optics (AO) and binary analysis of speckle pattern images. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the necessity for AO compensation in regions containing both heat and fluid flow turbulences. A speckle image was obtained by projecting a laser beam onto the specimen surface, and the laser pattern image reflected from the surface was binarized to experimentally correlate the intensity with the surface roughness. In the absence of the AO correction scheme, induced turbulences can severely increase the residual rms error from 0.14 to 1.4 μm. After a real-time closed-loop AO correction, we can reduce the wavefront root mean square (rms) error to 0.12 μm, which not only compensates for the aberration error from induced disturbances but also improves the overall performance of the optical system. In addition, an AO system having different gains was investigated, and a threshold gain value was found to be able to steadily compensate for the wavefront errors in less than 2 s. Measurement results of five steel samples having roughness ranging from 0.2 to 3.125 μm (0.3λ and 5λ, where λ is the diode laser wavelength) demonstrate an excellent correlation between the intensity distribution of binary images and average roughness with a correlation coefficient of 0.9982. Furthermore, the proposed AO-assisted system is in good agreement with the stylus method and less than 9.73% error values can be consistently obtained.  相似文献

利用高时间分辨率粒子图像测速技术(TRPIV)对回流式水槽中低浓度高分子溶液壁湍流的减阻机理进行实验研究。通过对比分析高分子溶液和纯水平板湍流边界层在相同来流速度下的平均速度剖面、湍流强度和雷诺应力,发现高分子溶液的壁面摩擦阻力减小了21.77%,并且其缓冲层增厚,按对数律外移,雷诺应力减小;高分子聚合物主要在近壁区起到抑制湍流脉动的作用,而在主流区的作用不太明显。用流向局部平均多尺度速度结构函数和相干结构条件采样方法,检测并对比了高分子溶液和水的壁湍流相干结构“喷射”和“扫掠”事件中的脉动速度、展向涡量、雷诺应力等物理量的二维拓扑形态,发现高分子溶液近壁区相干结构在猝发时的脉动速度减小,涡量受到抑制,雷诺应力明显减小,说明高分子溶液湍流近壁区相干结构“喷射”和“扫掠”的强度变弱,猝发频率降低,动量和能量的输运减弱,揭示出高分子溶液减阻的重要机理。  相似文献

提出了一种提升小波变换与分形相结合的图像压缩方案.充分利用小波变换后系数能量的分布特性,对提升小波变换后的低频部分采用改进的分形图像压缩编码,其余部分采用集合分裂嵌入块(SPECK)编码算法.试验结果表明,该方法在提高了压缩效率的同时,获得了较高的恢复图像质量.  相似文献

如何在有限的灰度级别下输出高质量全息图是人们关注的问题之一.文章从数字全息图 (计算机制全息图)的灰度直方图出发,研究灰度调整对全息图再现像质的影响.首先通过理论推导研究了压缩计算机制全息图中占比例少的灰度,展宽占比例多的灰度后全息图衍射效率的变化,发现处理后的计算机制全息图经灰度压缩的阈值越大,衍射效率越高.然后研究了灰度压缩的阈值对计算机制全息图再现像噪音的影响,发现全息图再现像的噪音随着阈值的增大,先减少再增大.实验表明,通过取合适的阈值对全息图进行灰度调整,可以在保证全息图再现像的信噪比的同时,提高全息图的衍射效率.计算机仿真和全息图光学再现实验证明了理论分析是正确的,为制作高质量的计算机制全息图提供了参考依据.  相似文献

Biofilm growth of Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas fragi, Pediococcus inopinatus and Listeria monocytogenes was studied on stainless steel surfaces at room and low temperatures to evaluate the results of traditional hygiene measures. The results were compared with those of image analysis of stainless steel surfaces in an epifluorescence microscope. Statistical analyses were carried out to determine the variations between the conventional cultivation swab method, the glycocalyx amount obtained using swabbing, and the values of the areas of the biofilm, slime and cells. As a general rule, old biofilms showed total counts at approximately the same levels as the young biofilm. The results showed that temperature affected the results for all strains except B. subtilis. The strains of Pe. inopinatus and Ps. fragi showed increased attachment at 6°C and L. monocytogenes at 25°C. The biofilm slime was more easily detached than the cells. The results indicated that the traditional swab method is not reliable for the measurement of biofilm formation on surfaces.  相似文献

An exact method based on Green's equation is used to find the diffusion-controlled faradaic current for certain electrode geometries that incorporate edges and vertices. Thereby the magnitudes of the time-independent current density associated with angled electrode/electrode and electrode/insulator junctions are calculated. As well, the square-root-of-time-dependent currents associated with vertices, receive attention. These terms extend to longer times, the Cottrell formulation appropriate for short times. Though most of the problems solved here have been tackled previously, the novel Green function approach is shown to be straightforward and intuitive.  相似文献

Photothermal techniques and effective medium method combining with image method are applied to investigate the non-steady effective thermal properties of semi-infinite unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites, and the effect of the semi-infinite surface on the non-steady effective thermal properties is considered. The dispersion relation for the effective wave number in the semi-infinite random composites is derived. The image method is used to satisfy the adiabatic boundary condition at the semi-infinite surface. The numerical solutions of the non-steady effective thermal properties are obtained by using an iterative scheme. Analyses show that the variation of the non-steady effective thermal properties near the semi-infinite surface is significantly different from those of the infinite composite structure. The effects of the circular frequency of thermal waves, the volume fraction of fibers, and the properties contrast ratio on the maximum non-steady effective properties near the surface are examined. Comparison with the steady case is also given.  相似文献

An image processing approach originating from the proteomics field has been transferred successfully to the processing of data obtained with comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatographic separations data. The approach described here has proven to be a useful analytical tool for unbiased pattern comparison or profiling analyses, as demonstrated with the differentiation of volatile patterns (“aroma”) from fruits such as apples, pears, and quince fruit. These volatile patterns were generated by headspace solid phase microextraction coupled to comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (HS-SPME-GC × GC). The data obtained from GC × GC chromatograms were used as contour plots which were then converted to gray-scale images and analyzed utilizing a workflow derived from 2D gel-based proteomics. Run-to-run variations between GC × GC chromatograms, respectively their contour plots, have been compensated by image warping. The GC × GC images were then merged into a fusion image yielding a defined and project-wide spot (peak) consensus pattern. Within detected spot boundaries of this consensus pattern, relative quantities of the volatiles from each GC × GC image have been calculated, resulting in more than 700 gap free volatile profiles over all samples. These profiles have been used for multivariate statistical analysis and allowed clustering of comparable sample origins and prediction of unknown samples. At present state of development, the advantage of using mass spectrometric detection can only be realized by data processing off-line from the identified software packages. However, such information provides a substantial basis for identification of statistically relevant compounds or for a targeted analysis.  相似文献
