横场伊辛铁磁薄膜的自旋波

本文在格林函数理论的框架内,研究横场伊辛铁磁薄膜系统的自旋波,分析了横场、表面特性等薄膜参数对自旋波频谱及谱强度分布的影响,证实在一定的参数条件下可以出现一致进动模和局域的表面模。 关键词：     

离子注入对C60薄膜结构的影响

利用高能离子注入技术系统地研究了不同剂量、不同种类离子注入对Ｃ６０薄膜结构的影响，并利用Ｒａｍａｎ光谱对其结构进行分析．结果表明：中等能量的离子注入会影响Ｃ６０薄膜的结构，使Ｃ６０分子薄膜产生聚合和非晶碳化现象，但上述现象的出现与注入离子的剂量大小有关，并存在一注量阈值，只有在此阈值之上，Ｃ６０薄膜结构才发生改变，研究表明这与注入离子同Ｃ６０分子之间互作用方式有关     

氯化钠/铯铅溴钙钛矿复合薄膜的原位制备及性能EI北大核心CSCD

全无机铯铅卤钙钛矿因其优异的光电性能受到广泛关注。然而,薄膜较差的稳定性和制备中大量昂贵且有毒有机溶剂的使用,严重阻碍了其商业化应用进程。在本工作中,水溶液被用作配制含氯化钠(NaCl)的钙钛矿前驱液的溶剂。通过一步溶液法获得原位生长的NaCl/CsPbBr_(3)钙钛矿复合薄膜,并在该过程中引入二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液来优化其晶体结构及光学性能。研究表明,NaCl和DMSO的协同作用可以调控复合薄膜中晶粒的形貌、提高相纯度并增强荧光发射。当DMSO和前驱体溶液体积比为1∶2时,复合薄膜呈现出最佳的绿光发射,荧光量子效率达48.2%。此外,得益于NaCl的有效复合及优化的晶体结构,所制备的复合薄膜具有增强的稳定性。该设计思路有利于制备柔性、大面积和高稳定性显示用荧光转换薄膜。     

Effect of Microstructure of TiO2 Thin Films on Optical Band Gap Energy

TiO2 coatings are prepared on fused silica with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition. After annealed at different temperatures for four hours, the spectra and XRD patterns of TiO2 thin film are obtained. XRD patterns reveal that only anatase phase can be observed in TiO2 coatings regardless of the different annealing temperatures, and with the increasing annealing temperature, the grain size gradually increases. The relationship between the energy gap and microstructure of anatase is determined and discussed. The quantum confinement effect is observed that with the increasing grain size of TiO2 thin film, the band gap energy shifts from 3.4 eV to3.21 eV. Moreover, other possible influence of the TiO2 thin-film microstructure, such as surface roughness and thin film absorption, on band gap energy is also expected.     

Effect of Annealing on Structural and Magnetic Properties of a Thick （Ga,Mn）As Layer

We investigate effects of annealing on magnetic properties of a thick (Ga,Mn)As layer, and find a dramatic increase of the Curie temperature from 65 to 115K by postgrowth annealing for a 500-nm (Ga,Mn)As layer.Auger electron spectroscopy measurements suggest that the increase of the Curie temperature is mainly due to diffusion of Mn interstitial to the free surface. The double-crystal x-ray diffraction patterns show that the lattice constant of (Ga,Mn)As decreases with increasing annealing temperature. As a result, the annealing induced reduction of the lattice constant is mainly attributed to removal of Mn interstitial.     

SiO_2上共溅射W-Si薄膜退火后的X射线衍射研究

用一个W-Si混合靶源, 以直流磁控溅射在SiO_2_ 上共溅射一层W-Si薄膜后, 进行500-1000℃ , 15s 的真空快速热退火, 发现薄层电阻随退火温度出现一反常的极大值. 用转靶X射线衍射研究分析了这一反常现象. 在直至1 1 0 0 ℃ 高温退火的样品中发现薄膜中存在W_5_Si_3_.它对薄层电阻有一定的贡献. 关键词：     

新的压电薄膜——Ta2O5

据报道,日本Yasuhiko Nakagawa和Yasuo Gomi用磁控反应直流二极管溅射法将Ta_2O_5,沉积在石英基片上,得到了单晶薄膜,并且首次观察到了这种薄膜的压电现象.用叉指换能器在Ta_2O_5薄膜上成功地激发了声表面波.在Ta_2O_5/熔石英基片上,当薄膜厚度h在hk(=2πh/λ)=1.0时,其机电耦合系数k~2=0.5％,它可与熔石英基片上ZnO薄膜的机电耦合系数相比拟. 利用Ta_2O_5单晶的X射线衍射数据,推断出Ta_2O_5     

n分量φ4模型薄膜的尺寸效应

我们用场论重整化群方法讨论了周期边界的n分量φ⁴模型薄膜的单纯尺寸效应,发现仅当维数满足d_<+1>时尺寸效应具有Fisher的标度形式,其他情况下它是不可标度的。同时也讨论了维数渡越现象及状态方程。 关键词：
