The sputtering parameter mediated composition (SPMC) effect of 3.0-μm-thick SmCo-based films is experimentally and theoretically studied. The experimental results give a clear indication that the Sm concentration increases with the decreasing sputtering power or with the increasing Ar gas pressure, which are in agreement with the calculated values when the preferential sputtering effect is disregarded. The SPMC effect provides an opportunity for the same composite target to fabricate films with an Sm concentration varying from 13.8at.% to 17.3at.%, which is reasonable for the magnetic phase transformation (Sm2Co17→SmCo7→SmCo5) and the enhanced coercivity.  相似文献

<正>The optical performance of thin film polarizers is highly sensitive to the layer thicknesses of thin film.The thicknesses of the sensitive layers are optimized in order to gain broader polarizing zone in such case when the total layer thickness does not increase.An automatic layer thickness control system is established,and errors caused by different monitoring methods are analyzed.With this thickness control system,thin-film polarizers with T_p higher than 98%and T_p/T_s higher than 200:1(T_p and T_s are transmissions for p- and s-polarizations,respectively) with the bandwidth of 11 nm are prepared.Using the system allows for optimum repeatability of three successive runs.  相似文献

Effects of deposition layer position film are systematically investigated. Because the and number/density on local bending of a thin deposition layer interacts with the thin film at the interface and there is an offset between the thin film neutral surface and the interface, the deposition layer generates not only axial stress but also bending moment. The bending moment induces an instant out-of-plane deflection of the thin film, which may or may not cause the socalled local bending. The deposition layer is modeled as a local stressor, whose location and density are demonstrated to be vital to the occurrence of local bending. The thin film rests on a viscous layer, which is governed by the Navier-Stokes equation and behaves like an elastic foundation to exert transverse forces on the thin film. The unknown feature of the axial constraint force makes the governing equation highly nonlinear even for the small deflection chse. The constraint force and film transverse deflection are solved iteratively through the governing equation and the displacement constraint equation of immovable edges. This research shows that in some special cases, the deposition density increase does not necessarily reduce the local bending. By comparing the thin film deflections of different deposition numbers and positions, we also present the guideline of strengthening or suppressing the local bending.  相似文献

Effects of variable viscosity on the flow and heat transfer in a thin film on a horizontal porous stretching sheet are analyzed. The steady boundary layer equations for momentum and thermal energy are simplified by using similarity transformations. The resulted and coupled nonlinear differential equations are solved by Homotopy analysis method. 半导体材料中的自旋色心是量子信息处理的理想载体,引起了人们的广泛兴趣.近几年,研究发现碳化硅材料中的双空位、硅空位等色心具有与金刚石中的氮-空位色心相似的性质,而且其荧光处于更有利于光纤传输的红外波段.然而受限于这类色心的荧光强度和谱线宽度,它们在量子密钥分发和量子网络构建等方面的实际应用依然面临严峻的挑战.利用光学腔耦合自旋色心实现荧光增强和滤波将能有效地解决这些难题.将光纤端面作为腔镜,并与自旋色心耦合可以实现小模式体积的腔耦合,而且天然地避免了需要再次将荧光耦合进光纤而造成损耗的缺点.本文理论计算了耦合碳化硅薄膜的光纤腔的性质和特征.首先通过优化各项参数包括薄膜表面粗糙度、腔镜反射率等,理论分析了存在于光纤腔中的不同模式的特点,以及光纤腔耦合色心的增强效果及相关影响因素.进一步地研究了对开放腔而言最主要的影响因素—振动对腔性质、色心的增强效果以及耦出效率的影响,最终得到在不同振动下的最大增强效果以及对应的耦出透射率.这些结果为今后光纤腔耦合色心的实验设计提供了最直接的理论指导,为实验的发展和优化指明了方向.  相似文献

The spread of perfluoropolyether (PFPE) droplets on solid surfaces has been measured from the top-down view through a microscope system. Effects of substrates, molecular weight and end-group functionality on spreading of the PFPE droplets have been studied experimentally and the results were compared with those by molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Silicon wafer and diamond-like carbon (DLC) substrates were used to study the effect of substrates on spreading. Two types of PFPE, Z-dol and Z-tetraol, with the same chain structure and various molecular weights (2000 and 4000 g/mol) were employed in experiments. Effect of molecular weight has been investigated through comparing the spreading of Z-dol 2000 and Z-dol 4000, and it is found that the increase of molecular weight will decrease the mobility of PFPE. Comparison between spreading of Z-dol and Z-tetraol of the same molecular weight proved that functional end group plays a significant role on the spreading of PFPE, which confirmed the MD simulation results.  相似文献

Lubricant spreading on solid substrates has drawn considerable attention not only for the microscopic wetting theory but also for the dramatic application in head-disk interface of magnetic storage drive systems. Molecular dynamic simulation based on a coarse-grained bead-spring model has been used to study such a spreading process. The spreading profiles indicate that the hydrogen bonds among lubricant molecules and the hydrogen bonds between lubricant molecules and polar atoms of solid substrates will complicate the spreading process in a tremendous degree. The hydrogen bonds among lubricant molecules will strengthen the lubricant combination intensity, which may hinder most molecules from flowing down to the substrates and diffusing along the substrates. And the hydrogen bonds between lubricant molecules and polar atoms of solid substrates will confine the lubricant molecules around polar atoms, which may hinder the molecules from diffusing along the substrates and cause precursor film to vanish.  相似文献
