血浆样品经0.01mol·L-1盐酸和无水乙醇浸取,在碱性条件下用氯仿萃取,GG-MS-选择离子测量法测定,外标法定量。在选定的色谱条件下,盐酸克仑特罗的检出限为0.05ng,线性范围为0.1-100ng,方法的平均回收率为95.6％,RSD小于6.82％(n=6)。该法毋需衍生化,基质无干扰,简便可靠,适用于生物材料中克仑特罗的快速分析。

Human topoisomerase I poisoning: docking protoberberines into a structure-based binding site model

Summary Using the X-ray crystal structure of the human topoisomerase I (top1) – DNA cleavable complex and the Sybyl software package, we have developed a general model for the ternary cleavable complex formed with four protoberberine alkaloids differing in the substitution on the terminal phenyl rings and covering a broad range of the top1-poisoning activities. This model has the drug intercalated with its planar chromophore between the −1 and +1 base pairs flanking the cleavage site, with the nonplanar portion pointing into the minor groove. The ternary complexes were geometry-optimized and relative interaction energies, computed by using the Tripos force field, were found to rank in correct order the biological potency of the compounds; in addition, the model is also consistent with the top1-poisoning inactivity of berberine, a major prototype of the protoberberine alkaloids. The model might serve as a rational basis for elaboration of the most active compound as a lead structure, in order to develop more potent top1 poisons as next generation anti-cancer drugs.     

Synthesis,Characterization, and Crystal Structure of Thallium(I) Complex containing Monodeprotonated 2,6‐Pyridinedicarboxylic Acid

The reaction of an ethanolic solution 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid ( 1 , LH₂) with TlNO₃ in the presence of triethylamine led to the coordination polymer [Tl(LH)]_n ( 2 ). The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Crystal data for 2 at –80 °C: monoclinic, space group I2/a, a = 696.1(1), b = 1190.6(2), c = 931.0(2) pm, β = 103.28(1)°, Z = 4, R₁ = 0.0256.

A quantitative method for dual‐pass electrostatic force microscopy phase measurements

Electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) has become a powerful tool for investigating charges on surfaces. The use of phase measurement in EFM is a direct and fast way to detect electrostatic force gradients, but only qualitatively. With the dual‐pass scheme, the phase signal at lifted height is often assumed to exclude any influences from the topography, but it does not. We report the collection of both topography and phase data by EFM on charged, micron‐sized metal wires. In order to quantify the electrostatic force, a cone model and finite element analysis are provided to integrate the force gradient from the phase signal. Decolorization of AZO dyes using catalytic ozonation

Decolorization of C.I. Reactive Red 2 (RR2) and C.I. Acid Orange 6 (AO6) using a catalytic ozonation system was evaluated. The decolorization rates for RR2 and AO6 were accelerated by at least 30% by adding MnO₂ to the O₃ system; additionally, the decolorization rate increased as the MnO₂ dosage and ozone power consumption increased. Enhanced MnO₂ catalytic ozonation was more apparent for AO6 than for RR2.
