 Cu3N films for optical data storage were deposited on Si(100) wafers and 0.6 mm thick polycarbonate DVD base material discs at a temperature of 50 °C by reactive magnetron sputtering. A copper target was sputtered in rf mode in a nitrogen plasma. For basic investigations concerning the composition and structure of Cu3N, Si wafers were used as substrate material. To study the suitability of Cu3N as an optical data storage medium under technical conditions, Cu3N/Al bilayers were deposited on polycarbonate discs. The composition and structure of the films were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The decomposition of Cu3N into metallic copper and nitrogen was induced and characterized with a dynamic tester consisting of an optical microscope with an integrated high power laser diode. The change in reflectivity induced by the laser pulses was measured by a high sensitivity photo detector. Optimized Cu3N films could be decomposed into metallic copper at pulse lengths of 200 ns. The reflectivity change from 3.2% to 33.2% for completely transformed areas and to 12% for single bits as well as the maximum write data rate of 3.3 Mbit/s demonstrated the suitability of Cu3N for write once optical data storage. Especially the carrier to noise ratio of 41 dB shows an increase of a factor of 3 for this novel material as compared to conventional optical data storage media.  相似文献

By using a DSK of the French firm Seteram, the standard enthalpies of formation of 5 tellurites and 5 tetratellurites of the rare earths Gd, Tb, Dy, Tm and Yb were determined for the first time. Three parallel determinations for each sample were compared. The results are very similar, which is an indication of the great reliability of the method used and the correctness of the data obtained. In this paper, a free boundary model of tumor growth with drug application including the heterogeneity or different types of tumor cells (caused by mutations and different values of drug and nutrient concentrations inside the tumor) is studied. Heterogeneity is included in the model by a variable −1≤y≤1$$ -1le yle 1 $$. It is assumed that converting from mutation y1$$ {y}_1 $$ to mutation y2$$ {y}_2 $$ happens with probability P(y1,y2)$$ Pleft({y}_1,{y}_2right) $$. A Caputo time fractional-order hyperbolic equation describes the evolution of tumor cells depending on y$$ y $$. It also includes two Caputo time fractional-order parabolic equations describing the diffusions of nutrients (e.g., oxygen and glucose) and drug concentrations. Instead of integer-order time derivatives, the fractional ones are considered. In this study, it is aimed to employ the least squares curve fitting method to fit the order of fractional derivatives, coefficient, and rates of the model. For this purpose, using the mathematical model, we have considered the boundary densities of the tumor cells of different types and near-boundary concentrations of drug and nutrient as the functions of the unknown orders, coefficients and rates (unknown variables). Due to the complexity of the problem, we have obtained the functions numerically. For this, using a change of variable, we have changed the free boundary problem to a problem with fixed domain. Thus, Riemann–Liouville fractional-order integrals are added to the problem. In the spatial domain, the problem is discretized using the collocation method. In the temporal domain, the fractional derivatives and integrals (with order α$$ alpha $$) are approximated in mesh points (with step size t∗$$ {t}^{ast } $$) applying a method with error O((t∗)2−α)$$ Oleft({left({t}^{ast}right)}^{2-alpha}right) $$. Then, the unknown variables are obtained by fitting the functions for unknown variables to the data. In order to obtain the variables, a quadratic objective function is considered. The discretized function is substituted into the objective function, then the objective function is minimized using the trust-region reflective algorithm. Finally, some numerical examples are presented to verify the efficiency of the method. In the examples, we have added noises generated from Gaussian distributions to the data and the effects of noise on the fitted coefficients, and rates are illustrated using some figures and tables. The noisy data are also plotted to have a clear vision of the effects of noises on the data. It is shown that despite the noise, the prediction of the radius of the tumor is acceptable.  相似文献

The release of the FDA’s guidance on Process Analytical Technology has motivated and supported the pharmaceutical industry to deliver consistent quality medicine by acquiring a deeper understanding of the product performance and process interplay. The technical opportunities to reach this high-level control have considerably evolved since 2004 due to the development of advanced analytical sensors and chemometric tools. However, their transfer to the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector has been limited. To this respect, data fusion strategies have been extensively applied in different sectors, such as food or chemical, to provide a more robust performance of the analytical platforms. This survey evaluates the challenges and opportunities of implementing data fusion within the PAT concept by identifying transfer opportunities from other sectors. Special attention is given to the data types available from pharmaceutical manufacturing and their compatibility with data fusion strategies. Furthermore, the integration into Pharma 4.0 is discussed.  相似文献

A multidisciplinary investigation on Achillea moschata Wulfen (Asteraceae) is outlined herein. This work, part of the European Interreg Italy–Switzerland B-ICE project, originated from an ethnobotanical survey performed in Chiesa in Valmalenco (Sondrio, Lombardy, Northern Italy) in 2019–2021 which highlighted this species’ relevance of use in folk medicine to treat gastrointestinal diseases. In addition, this contribution included analyses of the: (a) phytochemical profile of the aqueous and methanolic extracts of the dried flower heads using LC-MS/MS; (b) morpho-anatomy and histochemistry of the vegetative and reproductive organs through Light, Fluorescence, and Scanning Electron Microscopy; (c) biological activity of the aqueous extract concerning the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential through cell-based in vitro models. A total of 31 compounds (5 phenolic acids, 13 flavonols, and 13 flavones) were detected, 28 of which included in both extracts. Covering and secreting trichomes were observed: the biseriate 10-celled glandular trichomes prevailing on the inflorescences represented the main sites of synthesis of the polyphenols and flavonoids detected in the extracts, along with volatile terpenoids. Finally, significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of the aqueous extract were documented, even at very low concentrations; for the first time, the in vitro tests allowed us to formulate hypotheses about the mechanism of action. This work brings an element of novelty due to the faithful reproduction of the traditional aqueous preparation and the combination of phytochemical and micromorphological research approaches.  相似文献

Facing the explosive growth of data, a number of new micro-nano devices with simple structure, low power consumption, and size scalability have emerged in recent years, such as neuromorphic computing based on memristor. The selection of resistive switching layer materials is extremely important for fabricating of high performance memristors. As an organic-inorganic hybrid material, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have the advantages of both inorganic and organic materials, which makes the memristors using it as a resistive switching layer show the characteristics of fast erasing speed, outstanding cycling stability, conspicuous mechanical flexibility, good biocompatibility, etc. Herein, the recent advances of MOFs-based memristors in materials, devices, and applications are summarized, especially the potential applications of MOFs-based memristors in data storage and neuromorphic computing. There also are discussions and analyses of the challenges of the current research to provide valuable insights for the development of MOFs-based memristors.  相似文献
