自动化流动注射停流动力学分析仪的研制及其性能测试

本文研制了一套自动化流动注射停流动力学分析仪，该仪器由苹果Ⅱ型微机通过１２位ＡＤ／ＤＡ卡，流动注射停流控制仪及用ＢＡＳＩＣ语言编制的软件控制泵的起动和停止，试样的输送和混合，数据采集和处理，结果显示和打印，通过以铁（Ⅲ）与硫氰酸盐的反应体系采用固定时间法和以钒（Ｖ）的胶束催化反庆体系采用安始速法的现场测试证明，该仪器具有结构简单，操作方便，恒温性能好，通用性强等特点。

Investigation of gas chromatographic interaction mechanism on permethylated cyclodextrins by molecular modelling

Summary The capillary gas chromatographic retention behavior of -pinene and tricyclene has been investigated on stationary phases of different polarities. On all but one of the columns employed, tricyclene eluted before -pinene; only permethylated -cyclodextrins dissolved in moderately polar polisiloxanes gave a reversed elution order. The intermolecular interactions which caused the unexpected retention behavior were investigated in detail, applying methods of computer simulation. To achieve this, we have developed a calculation algorithm on the basis of molecular mechanical optimizations and programmed it in a macro. This makes it possible to systematically investigate a given configuration space in which all the possible interactions can take place. It was shown that permethylated -cyclodextrin as host molecule for both guest molecules offers an optimum cavity size. As a result the number of energetically favorable contacts between host and guest molecules as well as the strength of the interactions in this stationary phase were larger. As a consequence the elution order, normally only influenced by the vapor pressure of the compounds at a given temperature, was changed. Nonspecific interactions played an especially important role for these kinds of substances.     

Synthesis and structure of novel derivatives of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine. An unusual product of intramolecular cycloaddition of 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbonitrile oxide

9-Methyl-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocino[4,5-c]isoxazole and 9-hydroxyimino-2-methyl-7-methylene-6, 7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocine have been prepared for the first time by the oxidation of 2--alkenylthio-3-thiophenecarbaldoximes with NaOCl. X-ray structural investigations of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine and 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbaldoxime have been carried out.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Fluorine containing poly(amide-imide)s: synthesis and formation of Langmuir-Blodgett monolayers

Soluble fluorine containing poly(amide-imide)s, PAI(1-4), were synthesized from diimide-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2-bis[N-(4-carboxyphenyl)-phthalimide-1,4-yl]hexafluoropropane with various diamines by direct polycondensation in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) containing CaCl₂ and using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The polymers were readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as NMP, N,N-dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide and tetrahydrofuran. Their Langmuir monolayers were studied at the air/water interface. The monolayers were generally stable at the water surface and could be reproducibly transferred onto solid substrates to build up Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) multilayers. The LB mono- and multilayers were characterized by ultra-violet/visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), surface plasmon resonance, atomic force microscopy.     

Structure-Activity Relationship of Insecticidal Steroids. III. Δ4,7-6-Ketosteroids

The toxicity of steroids 1-11 for colorado beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say.) larvae was studied by contact-intestinal treatment. Active insect-growth regulators were found among the studied compounds.     

A simple synthesis of (±)-2,6-dimethylocta-5(<Emphasis Type="Italic">Z</Emphasis>),7-diene-4-ol and its attractant activity for the bark beetle <Emphasis Type="Italic">Ips typographus</Emphasis>

A simple method for the synthesis of (±)-2,6-dimethylocta-5(Z),7-diene-4-ol possessing a high pheromone activity for the bark beetle Ips typographus was developed.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 10, pp. 2245–2247, October, 2004.     

Development of the FTIR properties of nano-structure silica gel doped with different rare earth elements,prepared by sol-gel route

Structural characteristics of pure silica gel (silica-xerogel, SiO₂) and silica gel doped with some rare earth elements (REEs) such as, praseodymium Pr³⁺, and Europium Eu³⁺, Erbium Er³⁺ and Holmium Ho³⁺ ions, with different concentrations ranging from 1 up to 6%, in the form of monolith materials were prepared by sol-gel technique, Using tetra-ethoxysilane as precursor materials, which are of particular interest for sol-gel integrated optics applications. Some structural features of sol-gel derived monolith are analyzed, namely the structure of nano-particle momolith samples, based on X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). We show that the XRD spectra of α-crystobalite are obtained for the pure samples at 1100°C and even by doping with the four REEs ions.     

Enzymatic kinetic of cellulose hydrolysis

The ethanol effect on the Trichoderma reesei cellulases was studied to quantify and clarify this inhibition type. To determine inhibition parameters of crude cellulase and purified exoglucanase Cel7A, integrated Michaelis-Menten equations were used assuming the presence of two inhibitors: cellobiose as the reaction product and ethanol as a possible bioproduct of cellulose fermentation. It was found that hydrolysis of cellulose by crude enzyme follows a model that considers noncompetitive inhibition by ethanol, whereas Cel7A is very slightly competitively inhibited. Crude cellulase is much more inhibited (K _iul=K _icl=151.9 mM) than exoglucanase Cel7A (K _icl=1.6 × 10¹⁵ mM). Also, calculated inhibition constants showed that cellobiose inhibition is more potent than ethanol inhibition both for the crude enzyme as well as exoglucanase Cel7A.     

Liquid chromatography of the s-triazines

Summary A series of thirty s-triazine compounds have been separated using reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography.
