A classical Fermi accelerator model (FAM) is known to show chaotic behavior. The FAM is defined by a free particle bouncing elastically from two rigid walls, one fixed and the other oscillating periodically in time. The central aim of this paper is to connect the quantum and the classical solutions to the FAM in the semiclassical limit. This goal is accomplished using a finite inverted parametric oscillator (FIPO), confined to a box withfixed walls, as an alternative representation of the FAM. In the FIPO representation, an explicit correspondence between classical and quantum limits is accomplished using a Husimi representation of the quasienergy eigenfunctions. 相似文献

We investigate the quantum Hall effect (QHE) in the InAs/GaSb hybridized electron–hole system grown on a conductive InAs substrate which act as a back-gate. In these samples, the electron density is constant and the hole density is controlled by the gate-voltage. Under a magnetic field perpendicular to the sample plane, the QHE appears along integer Landau-level (LL) filling factors of the net-carriers, where the net-carrier density is the difference between the electron and hole densities. In addition, longitudinal resistance maxima corresponding to the crossing of the extended states of the original electron and hole LLs make the QHE regions along integer-νnet discontinuous. Under tilted magnetic fields, these Rxx maxima disappear in the high magnetic field region. The results show that the in-plane magnetic field component enhances the electron–hole hybridization and the formation of minigaps at LL crossings. 相似文献

The electroosmotic peristaltic flow of modified hybrid nanofluid in presence of entropy generation has been presented in this thermal model. The Hall impact and thermal radiation with help of nonlinear relations has also been used to modify the analysis. The assumed flow is considered due to a non-uniform trapped channel. The properties of modified hybrid nanofluid model are focused with interaction of three distinct types of nanoparticles namely copper (, silver () and aluminum oxide ( The mathematical modeling and significances of entropy generation and Bejan number are identified. With certain flow assumptions, the governing equations are attained for optimized peristaltic electroosmotic problem. 本文用DSC、TBA、旋转粘度计等手段对一系列不同结构及不同取代基取代的脲衍生物对环氧树脂/双氰双胺固化体系的潜伏性促进作用作了考察。结果表明,其促进效果随脲的α位取代烷基碳原子数增加而减弱,而其β、γ位上的取代基团变换时对促进作用无明显影响。由此得出4,4-二(N,N-二甲基)脲二苯甲烷(简称M-二甲)和2,4-二(N,N-二甲基)脲甲苯(简称T-二甲)二种脲衍生物在本丈所考察的28种化合物中具有最显著的促进效果,其中T-二甲的促进活性略高于M-二甲,它们均可使上述固化体系的固化温度降至130℃左右,含有此促进剂的固化体系即使在30℃下贮存,其粘度保持基本不变的时间仍可达三个月以上。 相似文献
