保健酒中淫羊霍苷成分的分析研究

采用高效液相色谱法对某保健酒中淫羊藿苷成分进行分析研究,结果表明,保健酒中淫羊藿苷的平均含量为0.627％,平均回收率为98.1％,相对标准差（RSD）为2.1％.本分析方法也适用于其他保健酒、药材和药品中淫羊藿苷成分的分析测定.     

我国医疗费用增长与医疗设备投入的相关性研究

近年来我国卫生总费用占GDP的比例增长很快,而在卫生费用结构上则发生政府投入下降和个人支出的上升。本文采集了大量的统计数据,采用统计相关性研究的方法,论证了医疗设备规模的不断扩大是导致医疗费用上升的主要因素之一;医疗设备的快速增长与医院维修费用投入的增长直接相关,而引起医疗设备维修大量投入的主要原因则是故障期内医疗设备的非正常闲置。本文通过对个人卫生费用的上升、医疗设备规模的扩大及其医疗设备维修投入费用增加相关性的分析,说明了在这种关系下,十分有必要研究医院医疗设备维修体系,以在卫生投入和患者权益上达到平衡。     

基于移动Agent技术的医学图像检索方法

针对现有医学图像检索方法中，检索算法速度较慢、准确性较低以及远程检索时占用大量带宽等问题，设计并实现了一种基于移动Agent技术的医学图像检索方法，重点讨论了该方法实现的关键技术，包括提升框架下的M带整数小波变换和提取多通道纹理特征的检索算法．模拟实验结果表明，该方法实时性较强，占用网络带宽较少，采用的算法运算速度提高近10倍、运算复杂度降低约50％，提取的纹理特征能充分表达图像内容，较好地满足了医学图像的检索要求，实现了对医学图像库快速较准确的检索．     

Radiation‐induced migration of additives in PVC‐based biomedical disposable devices. Part 1. Surface morphology by AFM and SEM/XEDS

Two different types of plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) used for biomedical disposable devices—extruded and injection moulded—were studied in the non‐sterilized condition and after 25 and 50 kGy of beta irradiation. The polymer surfaces were analysed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with an x‐ray energy‐dispersive spectroscopy (XEDS) and by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The inner surface of two parts of a venous line showed a different morphology according to their original formulation (for extrusion or injection moulding process) and reacted differently on sterilization with beta irradiation. Moulded parts were affected only slightly by the radiation step, whereas the variations were bigger for the extruded parts. In order to gain the best performances for the medical devices studied, the utmost care must be taken in the sterilization step, which should be optimized as well as the other steps of the manufacturing process. 医疗和危险废物高温洁净热处理及环境力学

结合2003年中国的突发危害公众健康的事件，分析了医疗、化学战剂及危险废物的分类、特性，比较了各种高温热处理技术的基本要求，方法分类和设备特点，包括：各类焚烧炉、热解炉和等离子体裂解装置．还对前处理工艺要求，尾气处理工艺等进行了分析讨论，讨论了防止二次污染的技术手段，特别介绍了二噁英等高危险性产物的特性．还介绍了发达国家的医疗废物和危险废物的管理、处置和二次污染防治等情况．     

固定化单宁对酒类营养成分的吸附性能研究

采用固定化单宁对酒中可能存在的营养成分蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、有机酸、乙醇和铁离子等进行吸咐试验。结果表明：固定化单宁对不同营养成分的吸附率差别明显，它通过氢键和疏水作用对蛋白质有较大的吸附率，通过多个酚羟基与中心铁离子形成螯合物而对其有较大的吸附率，对氨基酸、糖、有机酸和乙醇等营养成分或风味物质吸附率不大，固定化单宁可以作为一种较为理想的酒类处理剂。     

一种非刚性医学图像点匹配方法

提出了一种非刚性点匹配的算法并把其运用于医学图像配准．该算法采用信号滤波的方法来获得点集间的匹配信息，并运用松弛标记法将各点邻域关系对模糊的匹配信息进行迭代获得明确的匹配关系．在此基础上，利用高斯径向基函数来描述点模式间的弹性形变，在基本的迭代框架下实现问题的求解．实验结果显示在形变程度为5％、出格点比率50％和噪声标准差为5％的情况下该算法的匹配误差能控制在0．13以下，表明了该算法的鲁棒性和有效性，较好地解决了医学非刚性形变的点匹配问题．     

A method for the determination of histamine in wine by HPLC with precolumn derivatization with phenylisothiocyanate

Summary A method for determining histamine in wine by precolumn derivatization with PITC (phenylisothiocyanate) with reversed-phase HPLC and UV detection is reported. Histamine can be determined together with the 24 amino acids within 40 min, or separately in a shorter time (less than 4 min) if a prior solid phase extraction clean-up is used.     

HPLC-DAD–MS Analysis of Anthocyanins in Rose Wine Made From cv. Öküzgözü Grapes,and Effect of Maceration Time on Anthocyanin Content

The anthocyanin composition of rose wine made from cv. Öküzgözü, a variety of grape native to Turkey, and the effect of maceration time (3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 h) on the anthocyanin content of the wine have been investigated. High-performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection (HPLC-DAD) and mass spectrometry (MS) were used for anthocyanin analysis. Thirteen different anthocyanins, including five glucosides, five acetyl glucosides, and three coumaroyl glucosides were identified and quantified. It was found that an important characteristic of Öküzgözü rose wine was the presence of a large amount of malvidin-3-glucoside and its acylated esters. The total anthocyanin content of the wine increased with increasing maceration time. On the basis of sensory analysis, the most preferred wine was that produced with 3-h maceration, because of its better color and general flavor attributes.     

Simultaneous determination of carbohydrates and organic acids in beer and wine by ion chromatography

The simultaneous determination of mono-organic acids and carbohydrates by ion chromatography with both conductometric and pulsed amperometric detection is described. The carbohydrates, such as mannitol, arabinose, glucose, fructose, lactose, sucrose, raffinose, and maltose, as well as monoorganic acids including acetate, glycolate, formate, pyruvate, and fluoride are separated as anions by ion-exchange chromatography with 0.080 mol/L sodium hydroxide eluent at 1 mL/min within 12 min. Carbohydrates are determined by pulsed amperometric detection and mono-organic acids are determined by suppressed conductivity detection. The species in beverages are determined.
