On the pivot structure for the weighing matrix W(12,11)

In the present article we concentrate our study on the growth problem for the weighing matrix W(12,11) and show that the unique W(12,11) has three pivot structures. An improved algorithm for extending a k × k (0,+,-) matrix to a W(n,n-1), if possible, has been developed to simplify the proof. For the implementation of the algorithm special emphasis is given to the notions of data structures and parallel processing.     

The problem of Dirichlet for anisotropic quasilinear degenerate elliptic equations

We consider the Dirichlet problem for a class of anisotropic degenerate elliptic equations. New a priori estimates for solutions and for the gradient of solutions are established. Based on these estimates sufficient conditions guaranteeing the solvability of the problem are formulated. The results are new even in the semilinear case when the principal part is the Laplace operator.     

无K1,r图中的哈密顿圈（英文）

本文借助对图的本质独立集和图的部分平方图的独立集的研究，对于K1,r图中哈密顿圈的存在性给出了八个充分条件。我们将利用T－插点技术对这八个充分条件给出统一的证明，本文的结果从本质上改进了C－Q.Zhang于1988年利用次形条件给出的k-连通无爪图是哈密顿图的次型充分条件，同时。G.Chen和R.H.Schelp在1995年利用次型条件给出的关于k-连通无K1，4图是哈密顿图的充分条件也被我们的结果改进并推广到无K1,r图。     

Über die abstandsverträglichen Abbildungen auf dem Kreis und auf der reellen Geraden

Zusammenfassung. Eine Abbildung zwischen metrischen R?umen hei?t abstandsvertr?glich, wenn der Abstand der Bilder zweier Punkte nur vom Abstand der Punkte selbst abh?ngt. Wir zeigen, dass eine Abbildung genau dann abstandsvertr?glich ist, wenn der Cauchyschen Funktionalgleichung genügt, also ein Endomorphismus der Gruppe ist. Ein entsprechendes Resultat gilt auch für die abstandsvertr?glichen Abbildungen des Kreises (mit der Multiplikation komplexer Zahlen als Gruppenverknüpfung). Damit kann man sowohl alle messbaren abstandsvertr?glichen Abbildungen von bzw. in sich angeben, als auch einen Nachweis für die Existenz nichtmessbarer abstandsvertr?glicher Abbildungen auf und erbringen. 硼砂与氯化铵合成hBN反应机理的研究

 研究了以硼砂、氯化铵为原料在氨气气氛下合成hBN 的反应机理。指出氯化铵在反应中的主要作用是与硼砂反应形成可阻止硼砂颗粒团聚的高熔点膜层；而氨气的主要作用就是提供大量参与反应的NH₃分子，增加了反应几率；新生成的hBN则进一步隔离高度熔融的硼砂团粒，防止玻璃相的生成。     

Synthesis and structures of nitroxyalkyl methylphosphonates

The reactions of ethylene glycol mononitrate and glycerol 1,3-dinitrate with methylphosphonic dichloride afforded new nitroxyalkyl methylphosphonates.

Fabrication of patterned gold electrodes with spin-coated-and-fired Au(1 1 1) film by the soft lithography

We prepared high quality Au(1 1 1) film on Si wafer through the spin coating and thermal decomposition of a gold ink, spin-coated-and-fired (SCAF) Au film. The X-ray measurements, XRD and pole-figure analysis, showed that the SCAF Au film has a (1 1 1) out-of-plane orientation with a random in-plane orientation. In order to confirm the chemical activity of the SCAF Au film, we demonstrate the formation of patterned structures with the film by using soft lithography technique. The chemical activities of this physically stable SCAF Au film to the alkanethiols were at least equivalent those of physically deposited the Au films. The possibility of the mass production of micro patterned structure with the SCAF Au film was also demonstrated over the wide region on Si wafer by the microcontact lithography. These suggest that the Au film will help the easy fabrication of various nanosized devices on Si wafer and other substrates.     

The design of the main accelerator for a pulsed positron beam

The pulsed positron beam at the Helsinki University of Technology is designed for the end energy of 3-30 keV and grounded target. This is achieved with a constant voltage acceleration followed by an adjustable deceleration. In the design of this accelerator-decelerator the possibility for electrical breakdowns and partial discharges must be eliminated.For designing the electrode and insulator structures for accelerator-decelerator configuration electric field simulations were carried out with the finite element analysis program. In this paper we present the design of the accelerator-decelerator and the results of the electric field simulations. The results of high voltage tests will also be presented and compared with the simulations.
