Two yellow bis-azo dyes containing anthracene and two azodiphenylether groups (BPA and BTA) were prepared, and an extensive investigation of their physical, thermal and biological properties was carried out. The chemical structure was confirmed by the FTIR spectra, while from the UV–Vis spectra, the quantum efficiency of the laser fluorescence at the 476.5 nm was determined to be 0.33 (BPA) and 0.50 (BTA). The possible transitions between the energy levels of the electrons of the chemical elements were established, identifying the energies and the electronic configurations of the levels of transition. Both crystals are anisotropic, the optical phenomenon of double refraction of polarized light (birefringence) taking place. Images of maximum illumination and extinction were recorded when the crystals of the bis-azo compounds rotated by 90° each, which confirms their birefringence. A morphologic study of the thin films deposited onto glass surfaces was performed, proving the good adhesion of both dyes. By thermal analysis and calorimetry, the melting temperatures were determined (~224–225 °C for both of them), as well as their decomposition pathways and thermal effects (enthalpy variations during undergoing processes); thus, good thermal stability was exhibited. The interaction of the two compounds with collagen in the suede was studied, as well as their antioxidant activity, advocating for good chemical stability and potential to be safely used as coloring agents in the food industry.  相似文献

In this study, core‐shell structures of magnetite nanoparticles coated with CMK‐8 ordered mesoporous carbon (Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs) have been successfully synthesized for the first time by carbonizing sucrose inside the pores of the Kit‐6 mesoporous silica. The nano‐sized mesoporous particles were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, dynamic light scattering, vibrating‐sample magnetometer, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and transmission electron microscopy instruments. The obtained nanocomposite was used for removal of Reactive Yellow 160 (RY 160) dye from aqueous samples. The N2 adsorption–desorption method (at 77 K) confirmed the mesoporous structure of synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs. Also, the surface area was calculated by the BET method and Langmuir plot as 276.84 m2/g and 352.32 m2/g, respectively. The surface area, volume and pore diameter of synthesized nanoparticles (NPs) were calculated from the pore size distribution curves using the Barrett–Joyner–Halenda formula (BJH). To obtain the optimum experimental variables, the effect of various experimental parameters on the dye removal efficiency was studied using Taguchi orthogonal array experimental design method. According to the experimental results, about 90.0% of RY 160 was removed from aqueous solutions at the adsorbent amount of 0.06 g, pH 3 and ionic strength = 0.05 m during 10 min. The pseudo‐second order kinetic model provided a very good fit for the RY 160 dye removal (R2 = 0.999). The Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin and Dubinin–Radushkevich models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms, and the Langmuir isotherm showed the best fit to data with the maximum adsorption capacity of 62.893 mg/g. Furthermore, the Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs could be simply recovered by external magnet, and exhibited recyclability and reusability for a subsequent six runs.  相似文献

A novel and highly efficient bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl functionalized iridium(III) complex is designed and synthesized. The complex shows intensive greenish yellow phosphorescence (525?nm with 563?nm as shoulder), high photoluminescence efficiency (0.90) and moderate full width at half maximum (72?nm). The bulky bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl moiety introduced into the complex provides the excellent solubility and effective steric hindrance for solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes. The maximum power efficiency and current efficiency of electroluminescence are 4.13?lm/W and 9.54?cd/A, respectively.  相似文献

The plants in the genus Gardenia (Rubiaceae) have long been used as traditional medicines in China. In this study, two new 3,4-seco-cycloartane triterpenes, sootepin J (1) and sootepin K (2), and a novel nor-3,4-seco-cycloartane triterpenes, sootepin L (3), together with two known compounds (45), were isolated from the methanolic extract of the leaves and twigs of Gardenia sootepensis. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by combinations of 1D, 2D NMR experiments and HR-MS data, while the known compounds were identified by comparison of the NMR data with previously published data.  相似文献

A platform based on praseodymium doped dysprosium oxide-carbon nanofibers modified electrode was constructed for the simultaneous determination of SY and TAR. SEM, EDX and XRD techniques were utilized for characterizing the proposed material. The voltammetric behaviour and properties of SY and TAR were gradually improved at materials in order from CNFs to Dy2O3−CNFs and Pr6O11@Dy2O3−CNFs. The working range was found to be 1.0×10−9–3.5×10−8 M and 1.5×10−9–4.0×10−8 M for SY and TAR, respectively. The value of LOD was 3.12×10−10 M and 5.35×10−10 M for SY and TAR, respectively. The platform (Pr6O11@Dy2O3−CNFs/GCE) was successfully applied to the electroanalysis of samples.  相似文献

A recent controversy regarding the proper assignment of two closely spaced bands in the S1 ← S0 electronic transition of trans-p-coumaric acid (pCA) has been addressed by recording their spectra at full rotational resolution. The results show unambiguously that the carrier of these two bands is p-vinylphenol (pVP), a thermal decomposition product of pCA. The two bands belong to two conformers of pVP; trans-pVP at 33,207.3 cm−1 and cis-pVP at 33,211.8 cm−1.  相似文献

The developing countries are suffering from the toxicity of different industrial effluents, especially dyes that contaminate water systems. This study successfully explained the preparation and characterization of nano bentonite to extract Direct Yellow Fifty (DY50). Direct Yellow 50 is an organic contaminant that may affect the quality of water. The characterization of prepared nanoparticles was done using Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR). The impact of different operating conditions was studied using different pH, dose, temperature, contact time, and initial DY50 concentrations. The obtained results indicated that nano bentonite could adsorb about 94 % at initial concentrations of 40 mg/L, respectively. The optimum removal conditions were observed at an acidic pH (pH 3) using a sorbent material dosage of 0.05 g for 4 h at 30 °C. The adsorption isotherm, kinetic analysis, and thermodynamic behavior were studied using linear equation form, and the adjusted R2 was compared to detect the preferred models. The adsorption behavior pseudo-second order kinetics, and fitted Langmuir isotherm model, respectively, showed the chemisorption interactions between adsorbed and sorbed molecules. Thermodynamic behavior indicated that the reaction was exothermic. Finally, this study strongly recommended using nano bentonite for DY50 removal from an aqueous solution.  相似文献

Novel molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles were synthesized by precipitation polymerization with sunset yellow as the template and [2‐(methacryloyloxy)ethyl] trimethylammonium chloride as the functional monomer. The molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and their specific surface area and thermal stability were measured. The molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles had a high adsorption capacity in wide pH range (pH 1–8) for sunset yellow. The adsorption equilibrium only needed 5 min, and the quantitative desorption was very fast (1 min) by using 10.0 mol/L HCl as the eluant. The maximum adsorption capacity of the molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles for sunset yellow was 144.6 mg/g. The adsorption isotherm and kinetic were well consistent with Langmuir adsorption model and pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model, respectively. The relative selectivity coefficients of the molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles for tartrazine and carmine were 9.766 and 12.64, respectively. The prepared molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles were repeatedly used and regenerated ten times without significant absorption capacity decrease.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and accurate HPLC method has been developed for simultaneous determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in rat plasma after oral administration of the co-extractum of Rhizoma chuanxiong and Flos Carthami. Plasma samples were deproteinized with 6% perchloric acid, and riboflavin was used as internal standard. The supernatant after centrifuge was injected into a Shimadzu C(18) (150 x 4.6 mm, i.d. 5 microm) column. Gradient elution for A:B (0 min, 90:10; 25 min, 70:30; 27 min, stop) was applied. The mobile phase was composed of 0.022 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solutions, adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid for pump A, and 90% (v/v) acetonitrile for pump B. The assay was shown to be linear over the range 0.046-4.6 microg/mL (r(2) = 0.9995) for hydroxysafflor yellow A and 0.037-3.7 microg/mL (r(2) = 0.9998) for ferulic acid. Mean recovery was 97.5% for hydroxysafflor yellow A and 83.6% for ferulic acid. Both of the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 相似文献

以黄磷炉渣为主要原料,通过添加不同种类的复合晶核剂,采用熔融法制备了黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃.借助化学热力学软件FactSage 6.4模拟计算晶相类型,借助Kissinger方程分析析晶能力,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行验证.结果表明:相比添加单一晶核剂TiO2,复合晶核剂TiO2+CaF2或复合晶核剂TiO2+P2O5均能够降低黄磷炉渣基础玻璃的析晶活化能E,促进其析晶,复合晶核剂TiO2+Cr2O3能够提高黄磷炉渣基础玻璃的析晶活化能E,抑制其析晶;无论添加单一晶核剂TiO2,还是添加复合晶核剂TiO2+CaF2、复合晶核剂TiO2+P2O5或复合晶核剂TiO2+Cr2O3,黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃晶相类型相同,主晶相为硅灰石(CaSiO3),副晶相为铝透辉石(Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2O6)和氟磷灰石(Ca5(PO4)3F),这与化学热力学软件FactSage 6.4模拟计算结果基本一致.  相似文献
