用三种不同的方法将巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)引入二氧化硅网络中, 合成了粒径为50-200 nm的巯丙基功能化的介孔纳米二氧化硅, 并利用透射电子显微镜, 热重分析等手段对其形貌与性能进行了表征. 在巯丙基官能团的作用下介孔纳米二氧化硅的形貌发生了重大改变, 由非常规则的六角形变为纳米棒. 控制反应时间可以调节介孔纳米二氧化硅的粒径大小, 用三乙醇胺代替氢氧化钠可以合成直径在100 nm以下的功能化介孔二氧化硅粒子. 为了保护巯基官能团, 选用了酸醇提取法去除模板. 另外, 对介孔二氧化硅粒子的形成机制也进行了探讨. 相似文献

A novel sandwich‐type electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor was developed to enable the sensitive detection of HIV‐1 antibodies. This system incorporated mesoporous silica (mSiO2) complexed with quantum dots (QDs) and nano‐gold particles, which were assembled to enhance signal detection. Magnetic beads were used by immobilizing the secondary anti‐IgG antibody. This was first employed to capture HIV‐1 antibody (Ab) to form a Fe3O4/anti‐IgG/Ab complex. A high loading and signal‐enhanced nanocomposite (hereafter referred to as Au‐mSiO2‐CdTe) was used as a HIV‐1 antigen label. The Au‐mSiO2‐CdTe nanocomposite was conjugated with the Fe3O4/anti‐IgG/Ab complex to form an immunocomplex (hereafter referred to as Fe3O4/anti‐IgG/Ab/HIV‐1/CdTe‐mSiO2‐Au). This complex could be further separated by an external magnetic field to produce ECL signals. Due to the large specific surface area and pore volume of mSiO2, the loading of the CdTe QDs was markedly increased. Thus, the loaded QDs released a powerful chemiluminescent signal with a concordantly increased sensitivity of the immunosensor. The immunosensor was highly sensitive, and displayed a linear range of responses for HIV‐1 antibody across a dilution range of 1 : 1500 through 1 : 50 with the detection limit of 1 : 4500. A series of highly functionalized piperidine derivatives was synthesized through one-pot, five-component reaction of aldehydes, amines, and β-ketoesters. Silica sulfuric acid efficiently catalyzes the reaction to afford the corresponding piperidine derivatives in good yields. As a representative example, heating of 4-methylaninle, 4-fluorobezaldehyde, and methyl-acetoacetate in methanol in the presence of silica sulfuric acid furnished the corresponding ethyl 2,6-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-1-p-tolyl-4-(p-tolylamino)-1,2,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-3-carboxylate in excellent yield (85%). Most of the synthesized compounds were screened in vitro for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. Most of compounds showed significant antibacterial activity. 相似文献

Novel SiO2-pyrazole (SiO2-PYZ) nanocomposite was introduced for the elimination of Zn(II) and Cr(III) from oil reservoir water. Characterization analysis of prepared SiO2-PYZ nanocomposite was investigated using SEM, FTIR, TGA, XRD, TEM, and BET. Studying the effects and optimization of the parameters such as retention time, pH, initial Cr(III) and Zn(II) ions concentrations, adsorbent dosage, and temperature were examined. For kinetics investigation, the pseudo-second-order (PSO) model matches the adsorption process effectively under different operating conditions. After applying two other isotherm models (Langmuir and Freundlich), the experimental data was adequately equipped with Langmuir, R2 = 1. The thermodynamic results pointed that the adsorption of Zn(II) and Cr(III) ions was spontaneous, endothermic, and physisorption reaction. At pH 12, the influence of more than one ion, such as Ca(II) and Na(I), was checked, and the results revealed that this conjugate substance was highly selective to Cr(III). After washing with water in multiple cycles, the adsorbed material was regenerated with 0.1 M HCl and subsequently reused without deterioration in its case cavities. Interestingly, SiO2-PYZ was highly effective against sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in the petroleum field. 相似文献

In this research, we investigated improved photobleaching characteristics of (1,10-phenanthroline)tris[4,4,4-trifluoro-1-(2-thienyl)-1,3-butanedionato]europium(III) by forming nano-particles embedded into a sol-gel derived silica glass film by a conventional sol-gel process. The relative photoluminescence intensities after the UV irradiation for 90 min were 88, 76, and 67% for nano-particles in the sol-gel derived glass film, powders in the sol-gel derived glass film, and raw powders, respectively. This result indicates that the phtobleaching of this Eu-complex can improved by forming nano-partcile structures by a reprecipitation method and embedding in the sol-gel derived silica glass. 相似文献

Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) have been extensively studied and proposed as promising candidates for numerous biomedical applications.In this study,we report the design,preparation,characterization and biosafety evaluation of peptide dendron functionalized mesoporous silica nanohybrid.This nanohybrid was prepared by surface modification of MSNs via click reaction of azido-MSNs with alkynyl peptide dendrons,and characterized by TEM,SEM,TGA,dynamic light scattering (DLS).In vitro cytotoxicity of the nanohybrid was evaluated against different cell lines by CCK-8 assay.The in vivo toxicity evaluation was measured by body weight shift,blood routine test and histological analysis,suggesting that the peptide functionalized nanohybrid possessed good biocompatibility due to the non-observed significant side effects to normal organs of healthy mice.Overall,considering our results we believe that the peptide dendron functionalized mesoporous silica nanohybrid is very promising in further biomedical applications. 相似文献

Three selected flavonoids, commonly found in spices, red-purple fruits, and vegetables, were adsorbed on humic fraction-modified silica gel in hexane. The percentage of adsorption in hexane for all examined analytes was nearly 100% after 1 hr, as a result of the strong dipole–dipole interaction. The increasing amount of adsorbent involved in the process improved the percentage of adsorption, which in turn shortened the time needed to reach the maximum by providing more binding sites. However, adsorption was not observed in other liquid phases under the same conditions, such as acetonitrile and ethyl ether. The mechanism leading to the adsorption was explored chromatographically, as well as by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and theoretical simulations. 相似文献

The effect of a basic layer (SiO2—R3Al intermediate) in the one-phase silica supported titanium-based catalyst was investigated using the simple model catalyst systems obtained by reacting the activated silica gel consecutively with R3Al and TiCl4. Mode of the interaction of SiO2 with R3Al—resulting in the formation of the basic layer—was observed via analysis of the concentration of the unreacted OH groups on the silica surface employing IR spectroscopy and via analysis of the concentration of aluminium in solvent using AA spectroscopy. It was found that nature of the alkyl group in R3Al modified the structure of the basic layer, thus influencing the catalyst performance including the concentration of both the sum of Ti2+ and Ti3+ and the ESR-active Ti (III) centers. The sum of Ti2+ and Ti3+ ranged from 45 to 52 mol % and the amount of the ESR-active Ti (III) species ranged from 6 to 17 mol % of the all titanium content. A significant effect of alkyl group at organoaluminium compound on the molecular weight distribution of the resulting polymer was observed. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

Mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with rhodamine B and capped with curcumin are used for the selective and sensitive fluorogenic detection of human serum albumin (HSA). The sensing mesoporous silica nanoparticles are loaded with rhodamine B, decorated with aminopropyl moieties and capped with curcumin. The nanoparticles selectively release the rhodamine B cargo in the presence of HSA. A limit of detection for HSA of 0.1 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4)-acetonitrile 95:5 v/v was found, and the sensing nanoparticles were used to detect HSA in spiked synthetic urine samples. 相似文献
