To study the rock deformation with threedimensional model under rolling forces of disc cutter,by carrying out the circular-grooving test with disc cutter rollingaround on the rock,the rock mechanical behavior underrolling disc cutter is studied,the mechanical model of disccutter rolling around the groove is established,and the theory of single-point and double-angle variables is proposed.Based on this theory,the physics equations and geometricequations of rock mechanical behavior under disc cutters oftunnel boring machine(TBM) are studied,and then the balance equations of interactive forces between disc cutter androck are established.Accordingly,formulas about normalforce,rolling force and side force of a disc cutter are derived,and their validity is studied by tests.Therefore,a newmethod and theory is proposed to study rock-breaking mechanism of disc cutters. 相似文献

Particle migration in a horizontal flow of dilute suspension through a vertical slot with porous walls is studied using the two-continua approach. The lateral migration is induced by two opposite effects: an inertial lift force due to particle settling and directed toward the slot centre-line, and a drag due to leak-off entraining particles toward the walls. An expression for the inertial lift on a settling particle in a horizontal channel flow found recently is generalized to the case of a low leak-off velocity. The evolution of an initial uniform particle concentration profile is studied within the full Lagrangian approach. Four migration regimes are found differing by the direction of particle migration and numbers of equilibrium positions. Conditions of the regime change and a critical value of dimensionless leak-off velocity for particle deposition on the walls are obtained analytically. Various proposed optical computing devices involve nonlinear optical operation and use semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA)-based switches as fundamental elements for logic operations. Due to the nonlinear operation, these devices suffer from high power that causes problems in very large-scale optical integration. In this paper, a method is proposed to implement arithmetic operations using a photonic crystal (PhC) cell and eliminate the SOA-based switches altogether. Negligible depletion micro-extraction (nd-ME) and full depletion micro-extraction (fd-ME) have been developed for specific purposes in environmental studies. Nd-ME is mainly designed to measure the free concentration and therefore evaluate the bioavailability of analytes in environmental matrices, and achieved by using large ratio of sample to extraction phase or extraction phase with low distribution coefficients for analytes. On the contrary, fd-ME is adopted to avoid matrix effects by determining the total amount of the analyte in the samples, and performed by using very low ratio of sample to extraction phase or extraction phase with extremely large distribution coefficients for analytes. This paper reports a full evaporation (FE) headspace gas chromatographic (HS-GC) method for rapid determination of furfural in the biomass hydrolysate. The data show that a near-complete mass transfer of furfural in the sample from biomass hydrolysate to the vapor phase (headspace) was achieved within 3 min at 105°C when a very small (<40 μL) sample was added to a 20 mL headspace sample vial. The acid-catalyzed furfural decomposition under these conditions was negligible. The furfural in the vapor phase was then determined by HS-GC using a flame ionization detector. The results showed that the method has an excellent measurement precision (RSD<0.5%) and accuracy (recovery=100.2±1.7%) for furfural quantification in carbohydrate hydrolysate samples. The method requires no sample pretreatment, so it is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for applications in lignocellulosic biomass conversion to fuel ethanol or other high value-added products. 相似文献

In this article, we report on the effect of SiO2/Si3N4 dielectric distributed Bragg reflectors (DDBRs) for Alq3/NPB thin-film resonant cavity organic light emitting diode (RCOLED) in increasing the light output intensity and reducing the linewidth of spontaneous emission spectrum. The optimum DDBR number is found as 3 pairs. The device performance will be bad by further increasing or decreasing the number of DDBR. As compared to the conventional Alq3/NPB thin-film organic light emitting diode (OLED), the Alq3/NPB thin-film RCOLED with 3-pair DDBRs has the superior electrical and optical characteristics including a forward voltage of 6 V, a current efficiency of 3.4 cd/A, a luminance of 2715 cd/m2 under the injection current density of 1000 A/m2, and a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 12 nm for emission spectrum over the 5-9 V bias range. These results represent that the Alq3/NPB thin-film OLED with DDBRs shows a potential as the light source for plastic optical fiber (POF) communication system. 相似文献

This paper deals with a multiserver feedback retrial queueing system with finite waiting position and constant retrial rate. This system is analyzed as a quasi-birth-and-death (QBD) process and the necessary and sufficient condition for stability of the system is investigated. Some important system performance measures are obtained using matrix geometric method. The effect of various parameters on the system performance measures are illustrated numerically.
