100公里以上的大气分子离子主要为NO~+。它的辐射特点及它与电子、原子或分子的相互作用,对于理解大气的化学过程具有特别重要的意义。为了研究这些过程,确定NO~+分子离子基态及其各个激发态的分子势能函数是非常重要的。精确的X~1Σ~+,A~1Ⅱ和a~3∑~+势能曲线已发表;基于光电子谱的研究发现了NO~+的其它激发态,但对于这些激发态的研究尤其是势能函数的研究不多。本文研究并导出NO~+的基态和10个激发态的势能函数。  相似文献

The approximate expressions have been obtained to calculate the electrical double layer energy and force between two spherical colloidal particles based on the improved Derjaguin approximation. Results for identical spheres interacting under constant surface potential, constant surface charge are given. Comparison of present results with numerical results calculated by Carnie and Chan is made. The expressions are found to work quite well for the constant surface potential case, and for the constant charge case, we make correction for the expressions. Summary The CHARGE2 programme, which involves the classical calculation of both the inductive and resonance contributions to the partial atomic charges in molecules is described, and the charges and electrostatic potentials obtained presented for some illustrative examples.In substituted methanes (CH3X, CF3X, CCl3X) the effects of varying the electronegativity of the substituents and the - and -substituent contributions are clearly illustrated for a variety of substituent groups X.The problems involved in the inclusion of silicon into this scheme are detailed, together with the methods of overcoming them. The partial atomic charges ( and contributions) and electrostatic potentials for some silicon oxygen compounds are presented and discussed.The partial atomic charges from CHARGE2 for all the natural amino acids as their N-acetyl, N-methyl-amides are given and compared with those obtained from the AMBER and ECEPP/2 force fields. Considerable differences in these figures are observed, with the AMBER charges consistently much larger than those from the other two methods.The CHARGE2 partial atomic charges and electrostatic potentials for the four common nucleic acids, adenine, cytosine, guanine and thymine, are given and compared with those derived from other calculations. Again there is general similarity but also there are considerable differences, with those from the AMBER force field somewhat larger than the other methods.For previous parts in this series, see Refs. 1-7.  相似文献

报道了利用原子力显微镜(AFM)技术对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)单分子膜进行分子结构水平的观察研究.由APM图像中得到的PMMA单体所占面积与用π-A曲线中换算出液面上PMMALaugmuir膜中单体的面积符合得很好.从AFM图像中可见PMMALB膜中PMMA的线型碳链是与档板(barrier)平行的紧密排列,与LB提膜方向相垂直.并由此对PMMALB膜的形成过程进行分析.此外,还观察到了在Si基底上PMMA直链的卷绕伸直排列形态,初步分析了其形成原因.  相似文献

Summary The 1,6-dioxo-tautomer of hypericin was obtained by basic and BF3 catalyzed tautomerization of the natural and most stable 7,14-dioxo-tautomer. The isolation of this tautomer was aided by its insolubility in methanol. It was identified and characterized by spectroscopic methods, and its detailed structure was derived by means of force field calculations.

Zusammenfassung Das 1,6-Dioxo-Tautomere des Hypericins wurde durch basen- und BF3-katalysierte Tautomerisierung des natürlichen, stabilen 7,14-Dioxo-Tautomers erhalten. Dessen Isolierung wurde durch die Schwerlöslichkeit in Methanol ermöglicht. Es wurde durch spektroskopische Methoden identifiziert und charakterisiert, und seine detaillierte Struktur wurde aus Kraftfeld-Rechnungen abgeleitet.

Summary The problem of including solvent effects in molecular mechanics calculations is discussed. It is argued that the neglect of charge-solvent (solvation) interactions can introduce significant errors. The finite difference Poisson-Boltzmann (FDPB) method for calculating electrostatic interactions is summarized and is used as a basis for introducing a new pairwise energy term which accounts for charge-solvent interactions. This term acts between all pairs of atoms usually considered in molecular mechanics calculations and can be easily incorporated into existing force fields. As an example, a parameterization is developed for the CHARMm force field and the results compared to the predictions of the FDPB method. An approach to the realistic incorporation of solvent screening into force fields is also outlined.  相似文献

Summary Stereochemistry and tautomerism of cercosporin and several of its partial structure models were investigated using an MM2 derived force field method. Besides the propeller type conformer, which was found before by X-ray crystallography, the complicated energy hypersurface was shown to contain a novel double-butterfly conformer of similar stability. The interconversion barrier between these conformers and their enantiomers was found to be unusually high due to buttressing effects of neighbor substituents. Judged from the calculations, the 4,9-tautomer of cercosporin could also be present in favoring instances besides the 3,10-tautomer, whereas the 3,9-tautomer is strongly destabilized.
Tautomerie und Stereochemie von Dihydroxyperylenchinonen: Untersuchungen mit Hilfe der Kraftfeld-Methodik
Zusammenfassung Die Stereochemie von Cercosporin und einigen seiner Partialstrukturmodelle wurde Hilfe einer von MM2 abgeleiteten Kraftfeldmethodik untersucht. In der komplizierten Energiehyperfläche wurde neben dem aus der Röntgenstrukturanalyse bekannten Propeller-Konformeren auch ein neues Doppelschmetterling-Konformer ähnlicher Stabilität aufgefunden. Die Interkonversionsbarrieren zwischen diesen Konformeren und ihren Enantiomeren sind außergewöhnlich hoch, was auf einen Buttressing-Effekt der benachbarten Substituenten zurückgeführt wurde. Aus den Rechnungen folgte auch, daß neben dem 3,10-Tautomeren in günstigen Fällen auch das 4,9-Tautomere des Cercosporins vorliegen kann, wogegen das 3,9-Tautomere stark destabilisiert ist.

Molecular force field studies of hexabromo-thorates(IV) and-uranates(IV) have been carried out using four different force field models. Weighted least square adjustment has been used to fit the observed frequencies. Mean amplitudes of vibration have also been calculated at 0°K and 298°K. The trends of force constants and mean amplitudes have also been discussed.

Zusammenfassung Es wurden für die Rechnungen an Hexabromo-thoraten(IV) und-uranaten(IV) vier verschiedene Modelle herangezogen. Die beobachteten Frequenzen wurden mittels gewichteter Kleinster-Fehlerquadrat-Methode angepaßt. Die Trends bei den Kraftkonstanten und den mittleren Amplituden der einzelnen Verbindungen werden diskutiert.

A normal coordinates analysis for the M(NH3)2+ 4 complex ions in Td symmetry (M = Zn, Cd, Co) and in D4h symmetry (M = Cu, Pd, Pt) has been undertaken on the basis of a General Valence Force Field (GVFF), using simplified molecular models. Throughout the course of the present work, we have relaxed the point mass approximation for the NH3-ligands in order to investigate, on a quantitative basis, some relevant ligand - framework coupling vibrations. The simplest molecular model able to accomplish this purpose is to treat the ammino group, in a linear ligator approximation. We show that these model calculations provide a satisfactory set of vibrational frequencies as well as consistent sets of force constants.  相似文献

A Maleic anhydride–Octene-1–Vinylbutyl Ether terpolymer was synthesized via the radical terpolymerization method in order to prepare a new matrix for CdS nanocrystal synthesis. CdS nanocrystals were synthesized through the reaction of thiourea with cadmium chloride. The synthesized terpolymer/CdS nanocrystal composites were characterized by several methods. Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis, Raman spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction methods. The room temperature UV–visible absorption spectra show a shift of the absorption edge towards higher energies. The band gap of the CdS nanocomposite is bigger than that of bulk CdS. Raman spectrum exhibits characteristic peaks of CdS. Images of the nanocomposite obtained with Atomic Force Microscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy are the evidences of CdS nanocrystal formation in the terpolymer. Thermal investigation shows that the nanocomposite is more thermostable than the terpolymer which could be useful for application in thermo aggressive medium.  相似文献
