Studies on the Spectral Behavior between Protein with Poniacyl Carmine 2B and its Analytical Application

In this paper, the spectral behavior of protein and Poniacyl Carmine 2B (PC 2B) has been studied by spectrophotometric method. The conditional constants, apparent combination constant K and maximum binding number n, were used to express the combination ability of the reactions between PC 2B and protein under a set of given conditions. The Sandell index s was used to express the sensitivity of the determination of protein. The factors, acidity, PC 2B concentration and the ionic strength, were discussed by the change of apparent combination constant and maximum binding number. It was found that acidity of the solution, PC 2B concentration and ionic strength had a significant effect on the sensitivity of the assay of protein. Under the optimal conditions, the apparent combination constant K and the maximum binding number n were 2.36 × 10⁶ L mol^?1 and 95, respectively. With further investigation, it was found that the Scatchard model was suitable in treating the data obtained in the experiments. In the buffer medium of HCl‐KCl at 1.87, the addition of protein made the maximum absorption of the system move from 527 nm to 513 nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 4.46 × 10⁵ Lmol^?1 cm^?1 at 513 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 ? 55 μg mL^?1. The system developed in this paper has been used for the determination of protein in milk powder successfully.     

Three-way-output response system by electric potential: UV-vis, CD, and fluorescence spectral changes upon electrolysis of the chiral ester of tetracyanoanthraquinodimethane

The newly prepared tetracyanoanthraquinodimethane (TCNAQ) derivatives 1a,b with a chiral auxiliary are good electron acceptors and exhibit weak circular dichroism (CD) based on the absorption of TCNAQ. The twin-type electron acceptor 1c with two TCNAQ units shows larger ellipticity by exciton coupling. UV-vis, CD, and fluorescence spectra were changed drastically upon electrochemical reduction of 1c, which demonstrates the unprecedented three-way-output response system.     

Neutral oxygen atom density in the MESOX air plasma solar furnace facility

The density of neutral oxygen atoms in the MESOX set-up, one device of the PROMES-CNRS solar facilities, was determined by a fiber-optics catalytic probe (FOCP). Plasma was created in a flowing air within a quartz tube with the outer diameter of 5 cm by a 2.45 GHz microwave generator with the output power up to 1000 W. The flow of air was varied between 4 and 20 l/h. The O-atom density was found to increase monotonously with the increasing discharge power, and it decreased with the increasing flow rate. The degree of dissociation of oxygen molecules in the plasma column depended largely on the flow rate. At the air flow of 4 l/h it was about 80% but it decreased to about 20% at the flow of 20 l/h.     

电子探针定量分析的标准样品——几种多元氧化物单晶

在很高的温度和适宜的生长条件下,分别采用熔盐籽晶法和高温引上法生长了高质量的YAP、NAB、KTP、LN、BBO、SBN等多元氧化物单晶,它们具有优良的物理化学性能,严格的化学比,固定的组成与结构以及较好的化学均匀性和电子束轰击下的稳定性。广泛地用于激光和非线性光学领域。我们选用这些晶体为原材料研制电子探针定量分析的标准样品。经过测量和标定,这些单晶标样符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB 4930-85(电子探针显微分析标准样品通用技术条件)的规定。含有稀土元素的标样如NAB和YAP能发出绿色荧光,是电子显微术中理想的阴极发光材料。     

铽(Ⅲ)-1,4-双(1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基)丁二酮-[1,4]体系荧光性质的研究及应用

本文研究了Tb(Ⅲ)-1,4-双(′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基)丁二酮-[1,4](BPMPBD)-溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)体系的荧光性质,探讨了响影体系荧光性质的诸因素,确定了最佳实验条件。该体系中Tb(Ⅲ)浓度以2.0×10~(-5)～1.0×10~(-10)mol/L范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,检测限可达到5.0×10~(-11)mol/L。应用于合成样品中微量Tb(Ⅲ)的分析,结果令人满意。     

TaqMan-分子灯标：一种新型的荧光基因检测探针

2，4，6－三苯基氧鎓盐分子内旋转受阻对其发光行为的影响

研究了４－位苯基取代基旋转受阻和旋转自由的２，４，６－三苯基氧盐的光物理性质。实验结果表明，当４－位苯基取代基旋转受阻时，氧盐化合物在激发态时引起的分子内极化程度比４－位取代基旋转自由的氧盐化合物大，即在激发态时旋转受阻氧盐化合物发生的分子内电荷转移能力较强；４－位取代基旋转自由的化合物的荧光量子产率随溶剂粘度的增大而有所增大，但旋转受阻化合物在相同的条件下则出现相反的结果。实验结果还表明，４－位取代苯基旋转受阻对化合物的荧光发射不利。     

Molecular structure of mixed adsorption layers surfactant—polymer at a liquid—liquid interface

Isotherms of the binding of dodecyl sulfate anions (DDS^–)and Na⁺ counterions during their coadsorption with a nonionic polymer. proxanol (PR). at the interface of dodecane-water emulsions have been measured by conductometry and Na-selective potentiometry. The adsorption of DDS^– and PR is concurrent. The affinity constant of PR to the interface determined by the Langmuir model decreases as the concentration of PR increases, and the surface concentration of DDS^– tends to a nonzero limiting value at high concentrations of PR. The surface (_o) and electrokinetic () potentials at the interface have been determined at various polymer concentrations by the spin probe and electrophoresis methods. The average dielectric permeability and density of polymer segments in We adsorption layer have been determined by ESR. The lower boundary of the hydrodynamic thickness of the polymer adsorption layer at the interface has been estimated from the dependences of _o and on the ionic strength.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
