本文利用所设计的一种新型流动注射液-液萃取重力分相器,建立了流动注射液溶剂萃取原子吸收光谱法测定铅的新方法,详细地研究了流动注射在线萃取的实验条件及流路系统,方法的精密度和检出限分别为2.5%(n=11)和2.8μg/L(k=3)。用拟定的方法测定了峰蛹,粮食等生物样品中的铅,结果与参考值相吻合。  相似文献

A mathematical model for fitting the experimental ICM (integrated conductimetric method) curves developed by the authors in a previous work, is presented for the first time in this study. The proposed model fits the experimental curves with great precision and allows to predict physical dispersion for single-line flow injection system. The correlation of the model’s parameters with typical reactionless FIA peak parameters is also assessed. The IDQ coefficient—a novel dispersion estimator previously reported by the authors—can also be predicted when operational FIA variables are changed. Experimental and modelled profiles are compared as a function of the system’s variables, showing an excellent agreement.  相似文献

Analyte transfer from the matrix in a thin layer distillation (TLD) cell and its subsequent measurement were investigated in a flow injection configuration. We designed the cell such that the donor and acceptor streams flowed in parallel channels separated by a thin dividing wall. The matrix transfer process involved room-temperature distillation of the analyte into the headspace of the TLD cell and its subsequent condensation/uptake by a concurrently flowing acceptor stream. There are no membranes; hence there are no membrane-related problems. The TLD system design was optimized with respect to its dimensions and operational parameters. Throughput and sensitivity were compared with a conventional pervaporation flow injection (PFI) system for ammonia and five different amines. For the higher molecular mass amines, the TLD approach provided comparable or superior performance. The TLD technique should be an attractive approach for online analysis of volatile chemical species in ‘dirty’ samples, especially for volatile analytes of higher molecular mass.  相似文献

Presenting a condensation of the opening lecture of the 12th ICFIA conference, this communication presents a view of the impact that flow injection analysis (FIA) has had on modern analytical chemistry, evaluated both within the academic community and outside it, i.e. in “industry”. The ensuing developments of FIA, encompassing sequential injection analysis (SIA) and bead injection lab-on-valve (BI-LOV), are described and their individual features discussed. Finally, some recent results of the activities from the author’s own research group are briefly mentioned.  相似文献

Glassy carbon electrodes modified with (5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline)bis(bipyridine)ruthium(II) chloride hydrate, [(bpy)2Ru(5-phenNH2)]Cl2·H2O, are shown to oxidize hydrazine with excellent sensitivity. The presence of an amine group on the ruthenium complex facilitates electropolymerization onto the electrode surface. Using cyclic voltammetry, a large catalytic current is observed upon oxidation of hydrazine in phosphate buffer (pH 5.0), compared to the current obtained from the ruthenium-modified electrode with no hydrazine present. The sensitivity of cyclic voltammetry is sufficient for obtaining a linear calibration curve for hydrazine over the range of 10−5 to 10−2 M. Hydrodynamic amperometry was used to determine the working potential for flow injection analysis. The limit of detection for hydrazine was determined to be 8.5 μM using FIA. The thickness of these films was shown to increase linearly with the number of electropolymerization cycles, in the range of 1000-2500 nm for 5-20 cycles, respectively, using Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS). RBS analysis also suggests that the film is multilayered with the outermost layers containing a high ruthenium concentration, followed by layers where the concentration of ruthenium decreases linearly and approaches zero at the electrode surface.  相似文献

A flow injection system was proposed to evaluate the transient product of a colorimetric reaction between hydrolysable tannin and potassium iodate (KIO3) solution. The system optimization was accomplished by using statistical methods based on experimental design. Flow rate of KIO3 solution, sample volume, carrier flow rate, and reaction coil were the selected factors for evaluation. On screening step, complete factorial 24 was used and two levels for each selected factor were studied. For the optimization phase, a centered face composite design 22 + star was employed to evaluate sample volume and flow rate of KIO3 solution, which were the factors identified in the screening phase as having more influence on the absorbance signal. After optimization, the proposed system was compared with batch determination. Some characteristics, such as analytical frequency, reagent consumption and chemical residues generation presented better results by the use of the proposed system if compared with batch method. The system presented good repeatability with standard deviation lower than 3%, for n = 10, linearity (R2 = 0.9974) for tannic acid standard, analytical frequency of 15 injections h− 1 and limit of quantification of 24 mg L− 1 of tannic acid. Good results were obtained when the proposed system was applied to hydrolysable tannin determination in Stryphnodendron barbatimão, Eucalyptus citriodora and Phyllanthus niruri, samples of plants commonly used in popular medicine.  相似文献

Back-side contact Au and Ag microelectrodes were used as transducers to construct planar all-solid-state electrodes suitable for flow-through analysis. The microsensors were based on plasticized PVC potassium-selective membranes containing ion-electron conducting polymer—polypyrrole doped with di(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate. The proposed technique allowed simple construction of microsensors in one step, by membrane solution casting directly on the surface of the planar metallic transducers. The performance of the microsensors based on Au and Ag transducers were determined and compared with planar sensors based on internal electrolyte immobilized in polyHEMA. The addition of the polypyrrole to the membrane composition did not influence on the selectivity, reproducibility and long-term stability of the microsensors but improved their standard potential stability in time in comparison with coated-wire type sensors. Moreover, all-solid-state microsensors based on Au transducers exhibited better signal stability than Ag based sensors.  相似文献

The flow field-flow fractionation (FIFFF) technique is a promising method for separating and analysing particles and large size macromolecules from a few nanometers to approximately 50 μm. A new fractionation channel is described featuring well defined flow conditions even for low channel heights with convenient assembling and operations features. The application of the new flow field-flow fractionation channel is proved by the analysis of pigments and other small particles of technical interest in the submicrometer range. The experimental results including multimodal size distributions are presented and discussed.  相似文献

A flow system for substrate recycling of NAD+/NADH was set up with an enzyme reactor containing coimmobilized glycerol dehydrogenase (GDH) and diaphorase. The product from the diaphorase catalysis, hexacyanoferrate(II), aws detected amperometrically at a glassy carbon electrode. The amplification factor was 150 for a reactor volume of 100 μ l at a flow-rate of 0.5 ml/min. With a stopped flow of four minutes, the signal increased another 88 times, resulting in a signal amplification of 13 300 times. Equations are derived for the amplification factor and used for a discussion of the optimization of amplification systems. The Km for GDH with glycerol as a substrate was found to be 5 × 10−3 M at pH 8.0. GDH from Cellulomonas sp. was purified on a gel filtration column and the purified enzyme showed a specificity toward NAD+, compared to NADP+, that was higher than 99.9%. Due to the NAD+ specificity of the purified GDH, the enzyme amplification system reported here could be used in detection systems for enzyme immunoassays when using alkaline phosphatase as a label and NADP+ as a substrate. The stability of immobilized GDH and diaphorase is several orders of magnitude better than that of alcohol dehydrogenase, which is the enzyme commonly used for NAD+-specific detection in these applications.  相似文献
