Two series of phosphorus‐containing aromatic poly(ester amide)s with inherent viscosities of 0.46–3.20 dL/g were prepared by low‐temperature solution polycondensation from 1,4‐bis(3‐aminobenzoyloxy)‐2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz〈c,e〉〈1,2〉oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl)naphthalene and 1,4‐bis(4‐aminobenzoyloxy)‐2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz〈c,e〉〈1,2〉oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl)naphthalene with various aromatic diacid chlorides. All the poly(ester amide)s were amorphous and readily soluble in many organic solvents, such as N,N‐dimethylformamide, N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP). Transparent, tough, and flexible films of these polymers were cast from DMAc and NMP solutions. Their casting films had tensile strengths of 71–214 MPa, elongations to break of 5–10%, and initial moduli of 2.3–6.0 GPa. These poly(ester amide)s had glass‐transition temperatures of 209–239 °C (m‐series) and 222–267 °C (p‐series). The degradation temperatures at 10% weight loss in nitrogen for these polymers ranged from 462 to 489 °C, and the char yields at 800 °C were 55–63%. Most of the poly(ester amide)s also showed a high char yield of 35–45%, even at 800 °C under a flow of air. Despite the continuing dominance of trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) as the anionic ion-pairing reagent of choice for peptide separations by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), we believe that a step-by-step approach to re-examining the relative efficacy of TFA compared to other ion-pairing reagents is worthwhile, particularly for the design of separation protocols for complex peptide mixtures, e.g., in proteomics applications. Thus, we applied RP-HPLC in the presence of different concentrations of anionic ion-pairing reagents - phosphoric acid, TFA, pentafluoropropionic acid (PFPA) and heptafluorobutyric acid (HFBA)--to a mixture of three groups of four 10-residue peptides, these groups containing peptides of +1, +3 or +5 net charge. Overall separation of the 12-peptide mixture improved with increasing reagent hydrophobicity (phosphate- < TFA- < PFPA- < HFBA-) and/or concentration of the anion, with reagent hydrophobicity having a considerably more pronounced effect than reagent concentration. HFBA, in particular, achieved an excellent separation at a concentration of just 10 mM, whereby the peptides were separated by charged groups (+1 < +3 < +5) and hydrophobicity within these groups. There was an essentially equal effect of reagent hydrophobicity and concentration on each positive charge of the peptides, a useful observation for prediction of the effect of varying counterion concentration hydrophobicity and/or concentration during optimization of peptide purification protocols. Peak widths were greater for the more highly charged peptides, although these could be decreased significantly by raising the acid concentration; concomitantly, peptide resolution increased with increasing concentration of ion-pairing reagent. 相似文献

Pb2(OH)2[p‐O2C‐C6H4‐CO2]: Synthesis and Crystal Structure Single crystals of Pb2(OH)2[p‐O2C‐C6H4‐CO2] ( 1 ) were obtained by hydrothermal reaction of terephthalic acid and PbCO3 at 180 °C (10 days). 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with Z = 2 (a = 1115.6(2) pm, b = 380.10(4) pm, c = 1141.3(2) pm, β = 93.39(1)°, V = 0.4831(1) nm3). The crystal structure is characterized by ladder‐type Pb(OH)3/3 double chains, which are connected to a three‐dimensional framework by terephthalate dianions. 相似文献

A series of superabsorbent hydrogels were prepared from carrageenan and partially neutralized acrylic acid by gamma irradiation at room temperature. The gel fraction, swelling kinetics and the equilibrium degree of swelling (EDS) of the hydrogels were studied. It was found that the incorporation of even 1% carrageenan (sodium salt) increases the EDS of the hydrogels from 320 to 800 g/g. Thermal analysis were carried out to determine the amount of free water and bound water in the hydrogels. Under optimum conditions, poly(acrylic acid)–carrageenan hydrogels with high gel fraction (80%) and very high EDS (800 g/g) were prepared gamma radiolytically from aqueous solution containing 15% partially neutralized acrylic acid and 1–5% carrageenan. The hydrogels were also found to be sensitive to the pH and the ionic strength of the medium. 相似文献

The paper presents the principles and advantages of a technique combining high performance liquid chromatography and hydride
generation atomic absorption spectrometry (HPLC-HGAAS) applied to speciation analysis of inorganic species of arsenic As(III)
and As(V) in ground water samples. With separation of the arsenic species on an ion-exchange column in the chromatographic
system and their detection by the hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry, the separation of the analytical signals
of the arsenic species was excellent at the limits of determination of 1.5 ng/ml As(III) and 2.2 ng/ml As(V) and RSD of 4.3%
and 7.8% for the concentration of 25 ng/ml. The hyphenated technique has been applied for determination of arsenic in polluted
ground water in the course of the study on migration of micropollutants. For total arsenic concentration two independent methods:

Summary Reversed (RP-HPLC) and normal phase chromatographic (NP-HPLC) separations have been developed for diastereomers ofN-acyl-1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydo-β-carbolines which are acylated derivatives of simple natural β-carboline alkaloids. Separations
of derivatives having different acyl moieties in theO,O-diacyl-tartaric acid ester subtituent differed remarkably. Little or no resolution in either NP-HPLC or RP-HPLC could be
achieved with the diacetyl-tartrate derivative. Base-line separation by RP-HPLC but no separation by NP-HPLC was possible
with the bulkier and more apolar dipivaloyl derivative. Retention order of the bis-benzoylated diastereomers was reversed
and separation time increased dramatically by RP-HPLC. Good separation of the medium polarity, but rigid,N-camphanyl derivative by NP-HPLC has been achieved, whereas RP-HPLC could not be used for separation of these diastereomers.
Separability of different diastereomers was highly dependent on polarity and rigidity of the derivatizingN-acyl moieties. Conformational analysis by molecular mechanics and comparison of the lowest energy conformational states of
the diastereomers was applied to rationalise separation-retention behaviour of stereoisomers by RP-HPLC.

The γ-substituted β-diketonate 2,4-dioxo-3-pentyl 4-[4-(n-octyloxy)cinnamoyl]oxybenzoate 1 and its pyrazole and isoxazole derivatives (2 and 3 respectively) have been synthesized and characterized by the spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. The mesogenic properties of these compounds have been studied by polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). A monotropic nematic mesophase was observed for the β-diketonate 1, in contrast, the pyrazole 2 displays an enantiotropic smectic A and isoxazole 3 exhibits an enantiotropic nematic mesophase. The relationship between the structure and liquid crystalline properties has also been discussed. 相似文献

A series of optically active P‐chiral oligophosphines (S,R,R,S)‐ 2 , (S,R,S,S,R,S)‐ 3 , (S,R,S,R,R,S,R,S)‐ 4 , and (S,R,S,R,S,R,R,S,R,S,R,S)‐ 5 with four, six, eight, and 12 chiral phosphorus atoms, respectively, were successfully synthesized by a step‐by‐step oxidative‐coupling reaction from (S,S)‐ 1 . The corresponding optically inactive oligophosphines 1′ – 5′ were also prepared. Their properties were characterized by DSC, XRD, and optical‐rotation analyses. While optically active bisphosphine (S,S)‐ 1 and tetraphosphine (S,R,R,S)‐ 2 behaved as small molecules, octaphosphine (S,R,S,R,R,S,R,S)‐ 4 and dodecaphosphine (S,R,S,R,S,R,R,S,R,S,R,S)‐ 5 exhibited the features of a polymer. Furthermore, DSC and XRD analyses showed that hexaphosphine (S,R,S,S,R,S)‐ 3 is an intermediate between a small molecule and a polymer. Comparison of optically active oligophosphines 1 – 5 with the corresponding optically inactive oligophosphines 1′ – 5′ revealed that the optically active phosphines have higher crystallinity than the optically inactive counterparts. It is considered that the properties of oligophosphines depend on the enantiomeric purity as well as the oligomer chain length. 相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-supported dendrimers have been synthesized using 2.4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine (TCT) as dendrons and tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane as tinkers with high loading capacity, excellent solubility and thermal stability by divergent method. A high-performance liquid chromatographic method with evaporative light-scattering detection (ELSD) has been developed for
analysis of spectinomycin and related impurities. Separation of spectinomycin from structurally related impurities was achieved
on a C18 column. The optimized mobile phase was 25 mmol L−1 ammonium acetate (pH 7.5)-methanol, 90:10 (v/v), at a flow rate of 0.6 mL min−1. The temperature of the drift tube of the ELSD was 95°C and the flow rate of carrier gas was 2.2 L min−1. The accuracy, specificity, precision, linearity, sensitivity, and robustness of the method were validated in accordance
with ICH guidelines. In addition to determination of spectinomycin and related impurities, the method is also ideal for determination
