利用微机械加工技术研制了具有三维结构的腔型传感器,双腔型工作电极与Ag/Agcl参比电极集成在同一微芯片上。考察了微腔型电极的电化学特性及其对H2O2含量的测定。并以此为基础电极制备了半乳糖、葡萄糖双腔型生物传感器。结果表明,该传感器可同时测定半乳糖、葡萄糖双组分,线性上限分别为4.5mmol/L和4.0mmol/L。而且在测试双组分过程中,没有观察到明显的交叉干扰现象。  相似文献

Unique features of nanofibers provide enormous potential in the field of biomedical and healthcare applications. Many studies have proven the extreme potential of nanofibers in front of current challenges in the medical and healthcare field. This review highlights the nanofiber technologies, unique properties, fabrication techniques (i.e., physical, chemical, and biological methods), and emerging applications in biomedical and healthcare fields. It summarizes the recent researches on nanofibers for drug delivery systems and controlled drug release, tissue‐engineered scaffolds, dressings for wound healing, biosensors, biomedical devices, medical implants, skin care, as well as air, water, and blood purification systems. Attention is given to different types of fibers (e.g., mesoporous, hollow, core‐shell nanofibers) fabricated from various materials and their potential biomedical applications.  相似文献

The contribution of electrospun nanofibrous membranes (e.NFMs) in the biosensing platforms opens up a new prospect for the invention of faster and more sensitive analytical devices. In this paper, we utilized e.NFM of polyethersulfone (PES) as a solid substrate for the protein immobilization through two different approaches: physical and covalent. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier‐transform‐infrared (FTIR) tests were performed to study the effect of plasma treatment on protein immobilization efficacy. Moreover, taking advantage of ELISA technique, the influence of different parameters, namely, nanofibers diameter, membrane thickness, plasma treatment time, an incubation time of ethyl‐3‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl)‐carbodiimide/N‐hydroxysuccinimide (EDC/NHS), and their ratio on antibody immobilization efficacy through two mentioned approaches, was also assessed.  相似文献

Condensation of anilines and primary aliphatic amines with 3,4-diphenylcyclo-2-pentenone leads to the corresponding diphenylcyclopentene imines in good yields of 72-90%. Deprotonation of these aminocyclopentadiene tautomers and reaction with FeCl2 leads to the synthesis of the respective 1,1′-diamino-3,3′,4,4′-tetraphenylferrocenes. Yields increase from 33% to 65% with a decrease in the steric bulk of the amine substituent. The observation that a successful conversion requires two equivalents of base is conceived on the basis of the discussed reaction mechanism. The molecular structure of 1,1′-dianilino-3,3′,4,4′-tetraphenylferrocene (3a), which was determined by single crystal X-ray analysis reveals a trans coordination of the two amine moieties with respect to the central Cp-Fe-Cp axis of the ferrocenyl backbone.  相似文献

A highly sensitive amperometric glucose biosensor based on immobilizing glucose oxidase in electropolymerized poly(o‐phenylenediamine) film on glassy carbon electrode coated sequentially with copper and palladium layers has been developed. The steady‐state amperometric response to glucose was determined by means of the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide generated by the enzymatic reaction at a potential of either +0.70 or +0.40 V (vs. Ag|AgCl reference). The deposited copper/palladium layer showed great enhancement in the performance of the enzyme electrode, possibly due to its better electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen peroxide oxidation and large surface area. Effects of the relative loading of palladium, enzyme and polymer on the electrode performance were examined in detail. Sensitivity and detection limit for glucose determinations at +0.70 V were about 7.3 μA/mM and 0.1 μM, respectively. A wide linear range up to 6.0 mM glucose could be achieved. Electrode performance was superior to similar works reported in the literature. The response time was less than 2 s and its lifetime was longer than three months. The permeable polyphenylenediamine film also offered good anti‐interference ability to ascorbic acid, uric acid and acetaminophen, especially when a detection potential of +0.40 V was employed.  相似文献

PAMAM dendrimer/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite modified pencil graphite electrode (PAMAM/RGO/PGE) was used to fabricate an electrochemical DNA biosensor for determination of Rituxan (RTX) at low concentrations, for the first time. The fabricated biosensor was characterized with FE‐SEM, EIS, and CV techniques. The ds‐DNA/PAMAM/RGO/PGE was used as a working electrode to study the interaction between the RTX and salmon sperm ds‐DNA by DPV technique. Because of the interaction between the drug and DNA leads to a decrease in the guanine oxidation peak current, it was used as an indicator for the determination of the RTX. Under the optimized experimental conditions, a wide linear relationship between RTX concentration and guanine signal was obtained within the range of 7.0 to 60.0 μmol L−1 and 60.0 to 300.0 μmol L−1 with a low detection limit (0.56 μmol L−1). To clarify the interaction mechanism between the RTX and the ds‐DNA, DPV and UV‐Vis measurements were used. The reproducibility, stability, and performance of the constructed biosensor was examined by quantitative measuring RTX in pharmaceutical and human serum samples with good precision (RSD; 2.0–6.0 %) and acceptable recoveries (100.04–101.95 %).  相似文献

为探索鱼肉品种快速鉴别方法,以鱼类小清蛋白基因为靶标,设计了多宝鱼、银鲳鱼、金枪鱼、暗纹东方鲀、青石斑鱼、带鱼、大黄鱼以及东星斑鱼8种鱼的通用引物以及特异性探针,利用可视芯片技术,建立了一种鱼肉品种的高通量快速检测方法。该方法特异性好、灵敏、通量高,可同时准确鉴别8种鱼成分,检测灵敏度均可达0.1 ng/μL,且结果肉眼可见。该方法在鱼肉及其制品掺假现场快速筛查方面具有较大应用潜力。  相似文献

In contrast to the simple diynyl complexes formed in reactions between HCCCCFc and MCl(dppe)Cp∗; (M = Fe, Ru), an analogous reaction with RuCl(PPh3)2Cp∗; in the presence of KPF6 and dbu resulted in dimerisation of the diyne at the Ru centre to afford a mixture of [Ru{η12-C(CCFc)C(L)CHCCCHFc}(PPh3)Cp∗]PF6 (L = dbu 1, PPh32). Similar reactions with RuCl(PR3)2L gave [Ru{η12-C(CCFc)C(dbu)CHCCCHFc}(PR3)L]PF6 (L = Cp, R = Ph 3, m-tol 4; L = η5-C9H7, R = Ph 5). The reaction between 3 and I2, followed by crystallization of the paramagnetic product from MeOH, afforded the dicationic [Ru{C(CCFc)C(dbu)CHC(OMe)C(OMe)CHFc}(PPh3)Cp](I3)26. The molecular structures of 2·2CH2Cl2 and 6.S (S = 2CH2Cl2, C6H6) were determined by single-crystal XRD studies.  相似文献

An optical biosensor for the determination of hydrogen peroxide based on immobilized horseradish peroxidase is described. The fluorescence of the dimeric product of the enzyme catalysed oxidation of homovanillic acid is utilized to determine the concentration of H2O2. The membrane-bound enzyme is attached to a bifurcated fibre bundle permitting excitation and detection of the fluorescence by a fluorometer. The response of the sensor is linear from 1 to 130 M hydrogen peroxide; the coefficient of variation is 3%. The sensor is stable for more than 10 weeks. The operating pH for maximal sensor response is 8.15. This allows the sensor to be used in combination with oxidase reactions producing hydrogen peroxide, as is demonstrated with a co-immobilized lactate oxidase-horseradish peroxidase optode for the determination of L-lactate. The fluorescence intensity of this sensor depends linearly on the concentration of lactate between 3 and 200 M and a throughput of 10 samples per hour is possible. The precision is in the same range as that of the monoenzyme optode. The lifetime of the bienzyme sensor for lactate is considerably shorter than that of the peroxidase sensor; it is limited by the stability of the immobilized lactate oxidase enzyme. The sensor has been applied to the determination of lactate in control serum.  相似文献

With the aim of developing a urea biosensor, several cellulose derivatives were used to coat an all-solid-state potentiometric electrode for ammonium ion determination.
