纳氏试剂分光光度法测定牛奶中尿素含量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用纳氏试剂为显色剂,黄豆粉为脲酶水解液,在最大吸收波长420nm、表观摩尔吸光系数为2.27×105L·mol-1·cm-1,利用光度法测定了市场上几种不同品牌的牛奶中尿素含量。其平均回收率为98.7%,相对标准偏差1.70%。方法有较高的灵敏度且操作简便、快速,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Aqueous cobalt(II) ion is shown to be an effective chemical shift reagent for nitrogen-14 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Addition of an 8 fold excess of cobalt (II) ion to a mixture of betaine, glycerophosphorylcholine and ammonium ion results in baseline resolution of the three components. Radical reactions mediated by Schwartz reagent and zirconocene(alkene) complex are firstly described. Schwartz reagent is a promising alternative to tributyltin hydride and the first transition metal hydrido complex used as a radical mediator in organic synthesis. A zirconocene(alkene) complex effects single electron transfer to alkyl halide to generate the corresponding alkyl radical. Secondly, serendipitous allylic C-H bond activation of the coordinating alkene of zirconocene(alkene) complex and its application to organic synthesis are summarized. By utilizing equilibrium between zirconocene(alkene) and zirconocene 2-alkenyl hydride, reaction of acid chloride with zirconocene(alkene) provides the corresponding homoallylic alcohol by sequential attacks of the hydride and 2-alkenyl moieties. A set of hydride and 2-alkenyl attacks on 1,4-diketone yields 6-heptene-1,4-diol derivative in high yield with high stereoselectivity. Selective capture of the hydride with diisopropyl ketone gives zirconocene 2-alkenyl alkoxide, which is a useful reagent for stereoselective allylation of aldehyde and imine. alpha-Halo carbonyl compounds undergo radical allylation with the zirconocene 2-alkenyl alkoxide which serves as a substitute for allyltin.  相似文献

A new method for detoxification of hydrophilic chloroorganic pollutants in effluent water was developed, using a combination of ultrasound waves, electrochemistry and Fenton's reagent. The advantages of the method are exemplified using two target compounds: the common herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and its derivative 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP). The high degradation power of this process is due to the large production of oxidizing hydroxyl radicals and high mass transfer due to sonication. Application of this sono-electrochemical Fenton process (SEF) treatment (at 20 kHz) with quite a small current density, accomplished almost 50% oxidation of 2,4-D solution (300 ppm, 1.2 mM) in just 60 s. Similar treatments ran for 600 s resulted in practically full degradation of the herbicide; sizable oxidation of 2,4-DCP also occurs. The main intermediate compounds produced in the SEF process were identified. Their kinetic profile was measured and a chemical reaction scheme was suggested. The efficiency of the SEF process is tentatively much higher than the reference degradation methods and the time required for full degradation is considerably shorter. The SEF process maintains high performance up to concentrations which are higher than reference methods. The optimum concentration of Fe2+ ions required for this process was found to be of about 2 mM, which is lower than that in reference techniques. These findings indicate that SEF process may be an effective method for detoxification of environmental water.  相似文献

Advanced oxidation processes such as cavitation and Fenton chemistry have shown considerable promise for wastewater treatment applications due to the ease of operation and simple reactor design. In this review, hybrid methods based on cavitation coupled with Fenton process for the treatment of wastewater have been discussed. The basics of individual processes (Acoustic cavitation, Hydrodynamic cavitation, Fenton chemistry) have been discussed initially highlighting the need for combined processes. The different types of reactors used for the combined processes have been discussed with some recommendations for large scale operation. The effects of important operating parameters such as solution temperature, initial pH, initial pollutant concentration and Fenton’s reagent dosage have been discussed with guidelines for selection of optimum parameters. The optimization of power density is necessary for ultrasonic processes (US) and combined processes (US/Fenton) whereas the inlet pressure needs to be optimized in the case of Hydrodynamic cavitation (HC) based processes. An overview of different pollutants degraded under optimized conditions using HC/Fenton and US/Fenton process with comparison with individual processes have been presented. It has been observed that the main mechanism for the synergy of the combined process depends on the generation of additional hydroxyl radicals and its proper utilization for the degradation of the pollutant, which is strongly dependent on the loading of hydrogen peroxide. Overall, efficient wastewater treatment with high degree of energy efficiency can be achieved using combined process operating under optimized conditions, as compared to the individual process.  相似文献

In the work presented here, well‐dispersed ferric giniite microcrystals with controlled sizes and shapes are solvothermally synthesized from ionic‐liquid precursors by using 1‐n‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium dihydrogenphosphate ([Bmim][H2PO4]) as phosphate source. The success of this synthesis relies on the concentration and composition of the ionic‐liquid precursors. By adjusting the molar ratios of Fe(NO3)3 ? 9H2O to [Bmim][H2PO4] as well as the composition of ionic‐liquid precursors, we obtained uniform microstructures such as bipyramids exposing {111} facets, plates exposing {001} facets, hollow spheres, tetragonal hexadecahedron exposing {441} and {111} facets, and truncated bipyamids with carved {001} facets. The crystalline structure of the ferric giniite microcrystals is disclosed by various characterization techniques. It was revealed that [Bmim][H2PO4] played an important role in stabilizing the {111} facets of ferric giniite crystals, leading to the different morphologies in the presence of ionic‐liquid precursors with different compositions. Furthermore, since these ferric giniite crystals were characterized by different facets, they could serve as model Fenton‐like catalysts to uncover the correlation between the surface and the catalytic performance for the photodegradation of organic dyes under visible‐light irradiation. Our measurements indicate that the photocatalytic activity of as‐prepared Fenton‐like catalysts is highly dependent on the exposed facets, and the surface area has essentially no obvious effect on the photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes in the present study. It is highly expected that these findings are useful in understanding the photocatalytic activity of Fenton‐like catalysts with different morphologies, and suggest a promising new strategy for crystal‐facet engineering of photocatalysts for wastewater treatment based on heterogeneous Fenton‐like process.  相似文献

Fe-Al 柱撑膨润土的制备及其非均相Fenton降解橙黄II   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

通过离子交换方法制备不同Fe含量的Fe-Al柱撑膨润土,并且研究了其作为非均相Fenton催化剂降解橙黄II的性能.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD),比表面积(SBET),傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱,拉曼(Raman)光谱和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究其结构特征.结果显示,钠化膨润土的层间距为1.24 nm,经过柱撑之后,Al柱撑膨润土的层间距增大到1.77 nm,Fe-Al柱撑膨润土为1.72 nm左右,并且比表面积也有明显增大.XRD和Raman结果表明Fe/(Fe+Al)摩尔比达到20%时,样品中出现α-Fe2O3,膨润土未能形成柱撑.在橙黄II初始浓度为100 mg L-1,催化剂用量为1.0 g L-1,温度为40°C,pH为3.0,H2O2初始浓度为10 mmol L-1的条件下,考察了柱撑膨润土的Fenton催化活性.结果表明,Fe-Al柱撑膨润土的催化性能随着Fe含量的增多先增大后略有降低,当Fe/(Fe+Al)摩尔比为10%时达到最大,橙黄II溶液在4 h内色度去除率和化学需氧量(CODCr)去除率分别达到100%和87.73%,并且降解反应为非均相Fenton反应.研究了Fe-Al柱撑膨润土的重复使用性.催化剂循环使用4次,仍然具有良好的活性.  相似文献

以粒径为10 nm的纳米金为晶种, 用柠檬酸钠还原硝酸银制备了平均粒径为30 nm的(Au)核(Ag)壳纳米微粒, 用高速离心纯化除去过量的柠檬酸三钠获得了较纯的(Au)核(Ag)壳纳米微粒, 其吸收峰位于393 nm处. 在pH 4.4的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中, Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基可以氧化(Au)核(Ag)壳纳米微粒银层生成银离子, 导致393 nm处的吸光度降低. H2O2的浓度(c)在6.58~421.1 μmol/L范围内与393 nm处的吸光度降低值ΔA 393 nm呈良好的线性关系, 回归方程为ΔA393 nm=0.00111c+0.0210, 相关系数为0.9908, 检出限为1.73 μmol/L. 本方法用于废水样品测定, 结果满意.  相似文献
