硅光电二极管激光损伤阈值随激光脉宽的变化

 对飞秒激光辐照下硅光电二极管损伤阈值进行了实验测量，对从1s到60fs不同脉宽激光辐照下硅光电二极管损伤阈值进行了讨论。实验数据表明，在1s到10ns脉宽范围内损伤所需能量密度近似而非严格地与脉宽的平方根成正比。信号分析表明硅光电二极管的损伤主要由热效应造成，而60fs激光辐照下的损伤阈值为0.1J/cm2，明显偏离普通温度分布预言的趋势。     

Two-Layered Poly-o-phenylenediamine/Polyaniline Composite: Electrosynthesis and Spectroelectrochemical Properties

Spectroelectrochemical properties of poly-o-phenylenediamine (PPD) and the synthesized composite of PPD and polyaniline—two chemically related polymers containing an amino-substituted benzene ring but having different conduction nature—are studied. The polyaniline synthesis on PPD-modified electrodes involves stages of the reaction initiation, the copolymer formation, and the formation of a polyaniline layer at the copolymer/solution interface.     

THE CLASSIFICATION AND PERIOD OF STATES FOR MARKOV CHAIN IN RANDOM ENVIRONMENT

This paper is a continuation of [8]. In Section 1, three kinds of communication are introdnced for two states and the relations among them are investigated. In Section 2, two kinds of period of a state are introdnced and it is obtained that the period is a “class property” ,i.e. two states x and y belong to same class implies the period of x is equal to the period of y.     

Influence of isovalent substitutions on absorption spectra of orthoferrities

The role of impurity ions in formation of the optical properties of rare-earth orthoferrites is investigated. Optical spectra of the substituted against unsubstituted orthoferrites are presented. The influence of different isovalent substitutions on the optical absorption of orthoferrites that are promising for magnetooptics is studied. BRD96N光调制吸收增强现象的实验研究

通过光谱响应特性实验和记录／读出图像实验，研究了基因变异型细菌视紫红质（BR_D96N）分子膜对单色光的光调制特性.发现BR_D96N分子膜在550nm—600nm范围内对调制光有吸收增强的现象，且对此范围内不同波长的单色光其调制程度有差异.利用曲线拟和方法发现550nm—600nm吸收增强的变化过程分为快过程和慢过程，其对应的时间常数分别为30s和5min.利用强度调制器的吸收强度与图像灰度之间的关系，分析了560nm—600nm范围内出现图像反转的实验现象. 关键词： 细菌视紫红质D96N分子膜 光谱响应 吸收增强现象 图像反转现象     

Sn-C60薄膜的紫外吸收光谱和X-射线衍射谱分析

对Sn-C60薄膜进行紫外可见光吸收，X-射线衍射和扫描电镜的测定结果显示，薄膜样品紫外可见光吸收的两个短波段吸收峰比纯C60薄膜的吸收峰显著下降，说明Sn-C60薄膜的电子光吸收跃迁为间接跃迁，能带中有杂质能级的存在；样品的X射线衍射峰则对应于面心立方结构；扫描电镜结果显示薄膜为纳米级颗粒组成。     

介质极化的瞬时相位与振幅

求解电子运动的二阶微分方程，在旋转波近似下，介质在外场突然变化时产生的瞬态感应极化与外场同频，但相位总是落后，最大落后为π/2；振幅大小与初态有关，随时间按指数规律衰减，衰减快慢由介质的阻尼系数决定。     

Singlet versus triplet dynamics of β-carotene studied by quantum control spectroscopy

Biomolecules very often present complex energy deactivation networks with overlapping electronic absorption bands, making their study a difficult task. This can be especially true in transient absorption spectroscopy when signals from bleach, excited state absorption and stimulated emission contribute to the signal. However, quantum control spectroscopy can be used to discriminate specific electronic states of interest by applying specifically designed laser pulses. Recently, we have shown the control of energy flow in bacterial light-harvesting using shaped pump pulses in the visible and the selective population of pathways in carotenoids using an additional depletion pulse in the transient absorption technique. Here, we apply a closed-loop optimization approach to β-carotene using a spatial light modulator to decipher the energy flow network after a multiphoton excitation with a shaped ultrashort pulse in the near-IR. After excitation, two overlapping bands were detected and identified as the S₁ state and the first triplet state T₁. Using the transient absorption signal at a specific probe delay as feedback, the triplet signal could be optimized over the singlet contribution.
