拓扑绝缘体表面态的STM研究

文章主要介绍了利用扫描隧道显微镜对拓扑绝缘体表面态进行的一系列研究工作,包括拓扑绝缘体表面态的电子驻波以及拓扑表面态的朗道量子化现象.这些工作对于拓扑绝缘体基本性质的确立以及深入理解具有十分重要的意义.     

Partially harmonic forms and models of H-series

Let G   be a real reductive Lie group, let H=TA$H=TA$ be the identity component of a Cartan subgroup, and let h$\mathfrak{h}$ be the corresponding Cartan subalgebra. This leads to a parabolic subgroup of G whose identity component is MAN. The unitary G-representations induced by MAN are known as the H  -series. We study symplectic geometry of G×h$G\times \mathfrak{h}$ and apply geometric quantization to construct unitary G-representations by partially harmonic forms. They are direct integrals of the H-series, indexed by the image of the moment map. We also perform symplectic reduction and symplectic induction, and consider their analogues in representation theory via geometric quantization.     

Power Spectrum in Krein Space Quantization

The power spectrum of scalar field and space-time metric perturbations produced in the process of inflation of universe, have been presented in this paper by an alternative approach to field quantization namely, Krein space quantization (Gazeau et al. in Class. Quantum Gravity 17:1415, 2000; Takook in Int. J. Mod. Phys. E 11:509, 2002; Rouhani and Takook in ). Auxiliary negative norm states, the modes of which do not interact with the physical world, have been utilized in this method. Presence of negative norm states play the role of an automatic renormalization device for the theory.     

Wick-Ordered Entire Functions of the Indefinite Metric Free Field

We present a simple and general method for constructing Wick-ordered entire functions of free fields with an indefinite metric, based on using an appropriate generalization of the Paley–Wiener–Schwartz theorem.     

周期轨迹与不可积体系的量子化：Henon-Heiles体系的一个研究例子

研究了两个振子耦合的Henon-Heiles体系的周期轨迹与量子化问题.结果表明，周期轨迹的 作用量积分与体系的能量有着简单的线性关系.可以利用那些是整数值的周期轨迹的作用量 积分对不可积体系进行半经典量子化.由周期轨迹的物理内涵出发，揭示混沌体系的残余周 期轨迹具有与量子化有关的性质.这对于认识和理解经典力学与量子体系的联系关系及其物 理内涵有着深刻而重要的意义. 关键词： 周期轨迹 半经典量子化 混沌     

Metal nanowires fabricated by means of magnetostrictive actuator

A new method of fabricating nanowires for electric conductance quantization studies is proposed as an alternative to the method based on converse piezoelectric effect. Commonly used for nanowire fabrication, piezoelectric actuators are expensive and require high-level voltage control signal. The method presented in this paper is based on the use of magnetostrictive actuator. Both the actuator structure and the method of the conversion factor measurement are discussed. The results of the tests of the magnetostrictive actuator are also reported. The parameters of the proposed actuator are compared with those of its piezoelectric counterpart used to date. The results of measurement confirm that the proposed actuator can be used for studying electric conductance quantization in nanowires. Dirac Quantization of t’Hooft-Polyakov Monopole Field: Axial Hamiltonization

In this article, we carry out the Hamiltonization in the axial gauge,of the t’Hooft-Polyakov monopole field outside the localized region, which represents the monopole’s core. One feature of the treatment here, is using the Higgs vacuum condition as both strong and weak equation instead of using it in the degree of freedom reduction.     

Nonperturbative Operator Quantization of Strongly Nonlinear Fields

At present an algebra of strongly interacting fields is unknown. In this paper it is assumed that the operators of a strongly nonlinear field can form a non-associative algebra. It is shown that such an algebra can be described as an algebra of some pairs. The comparison of presented techniques with the Green's functions method in superconductivity theory is made. A possible application to the QCD and High-T _c superconductivity theory is discussed.     

Bimodule Deformations, Picard Groups and Contravariant Connections

We study deformations of invertible bimodules and the behavior of Picard groups under deformation quantization. While K ₀-groups are known to be stable under formal deformations of algebras, Picard groups may change drastically. We identify the semiclassical limit of bimodule deformations as contravariant connections and study the associated deformation quantization problem. Our main focus is on formal deformation quantization of Poisson manifolds by star products.
