枸杞产地的红外指纹图谱与聚类分析法研究

本文首次采用傅里叶变换红外 (FTIR)光谱法并结合SMICA聚类分析法对不同产地 :宁夏玉西、宁夏中宁及内蒙古托克托旗的枸杞进行了聚类分析。结果表明 ,聚类分析技术对来自不同产地的枸杞可进行鉴别 ,该法快速、准确 ,为客观评价中药材的来源提供了一种新的方法。

本在[1]的基础上．较系统的叙述了线性规划联合算法的步骤、相关理论及其应用，指出该算法具有避免人工变量、减少迭代次数、使用灵活、应用方便等特点。     

西藏区域经济系统的灰色关联分析

区域经济的发展受许多不同因素的影响，本结合西藏社会经济发展的特点，选取了总产值指标、第一产业指标、第二产业指标和第三产业指标等四大类指标体系，采用灰色关联分析法对西藏的区域经济系统进行了简要的分析评价，以研究西藏区域经济的发展状况，从社会经济的角度探讨西藏经济发展落后的原因，以期能为西藏经济发展政策提供参考依据。     

M/G/1非空竭服务休假排队系统随机分解的简化算法

本文根据M／G／1非空竭服务休假排队系统稳态队长随机分解的结构特征提出一种统一算法，该方法简洁高效，避免了再生循环方法繁杂的运算。运用该方法得出的结果与已知的用再生循环方法得出的结论一致。并且修正了Levy(1989)关于Bernoulli闸门服务休假排队系统随机分解的一个错误。     

组合DEA方法与成熟度模型对项目效益的评价

为全面考虑资金、管理决策能力等因素对项目效益的影响，本运用数据包络分析与项目成熟度模型结合的方法来对企业各个项目之间的相对效益进行评价，应用结果表明该评价方法对于企业资源的最优配置、提高总体效益是十分有用的。     

基于DS/AHP的供应商选择方法

供应商选择方法有很多种，在众多的方法中层次分析法以能够将定性指标定量化而被广泛应用于供应商选择决策中。考虑到供应商选择问题中包含有很多的不确定性而证据理论在处理不确定问题又有着独特的优点，因此本文采用了一种由层次分析法和证据理论结合而产生的DS／AHP决策方法，并将其应用于供应商选择决策问题中，该方法综合了层次分析法和证据理论的优点，可以更科学的进行供应商选择决策，最后通过一个例子说明这种方法在供应商选择中的应用。     

The spectrum of Nd in rare earth orthoaluminates. The trigonal to orthorhombic transition study of the level

Some structural and spectroscopic features of rare earth orthoaluminates are examined.The trigonal→ orthorhombic transition is studied in a series of Nd_xSm_1−xAlO₃ compounds. The evolution of the crystal structure is followed by X-ray analysis and optical absorption. The free ion and crystal field parameters of Nd³⁺ (4f³ configuration) are determined in LuAlO₃:Nd³⁺.The anomaly of the calculated splitting of the levels is slight, but well characterized in NdAlO₃. The spin correlated crystal field and orbitally correlated crystal field models are tested as well as an empirical correction which was proposed earlier.     

New protonic solid electrolyte with tetragonal tungsten bronze structure obtained through ionic exchange

Proton exchange reactions have been performed on tetragonal tungsten bronze-like NaNbWO₆ by using nitric acid as an exchanging agent. The characterization of the exchange reaction products has been made by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, and IR spectroscopy. The exchange reaction takes place topotactically and the following formula is proposed for the obtained phase of variable composition: Na_1−xH_xNbWO₆·yH₂O (0<x?0.46 and 0?y?0.12). Impedance spectroscopy on the present proton exchanged samples indicated that these samples behaved as solid electrolytes under high humidity. As an example, the compound with the composition Na_0.68H_0.32NbWO₆·0.1 H₂O exhibits ionic conductivity of 8×10⁻³ and 1×10⁻² S cm⁻¹ at 70°C and 90°C, respectively.     

Rotational analysis ofA 1Π-X 1Σ+ bands of P14N and P15N: Perturbatio studies in theA 1Π state

The ultraviolet band systemsA ¹Π-X ¹Σ⁺ of P¹⁴N and P¹⁵N were excited in an electrodeless tube containing traces of phosphorus specpure nitrogen and neon using a microwave discharge (2450 MHz). Bands of the isotopic species, P¹⁵N, were obtained using¹⁵N₂ enriched to 95.5%. Rotational analyses of eleven bands of P¹⁴N and sixteen bands of P¹⁵N were carried out. Three perturbing statese ³Σ⁻,d ³Δ andb ³Π, arising from the lower valence configurations were identified from the observed perturbations in thev′=0–4 levels of theA ¹Π state. Deperturbation studies led to the determination of molecular constants of the perturbing states. Vibrational assignments of the perturbing states were made from isotope shift studies.     

OSCILLATION RESULTS FOR A SECOND ORDER NEUTRAL DELAY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

Some new oscillation criteria are established for a second order neutral delay differential equations. These results improve oscillation results of Y.V. Rogo-vchenko for the retarded delay differential equations. The relevance of our theorems is illustrated with two carefully selected examples.
