随着半导体技术的飞速发展,器件的尺寸已进入到微/纳米尺度。由于量子效应、表面及界面效应,使得微尺度下的热物性与宏观尺度下有了明显的区别。人们针对微观传热领域的特点,发展了声子玻尔兹曼传输方程、分子动力学等方法,取得了一定的成果,但仍存在不少问题。一些基础概念问题,特别是非平衡态下的局域温度的定义,有待澄清。本文主要回顾近年来微/纳米尺度传热在理论和数值模拟方面的进展,以及目前所面临的挑战和问题。  相似文献

We report on photoluminescence measurements of vertically stacked InAs/GaAs quantum dots grown by molecular beam epitaxy on focused ion beam patterned hole arrays with varying array spacing. Quantum dot emission at 1.24 eV was observed only on patterned regions, demonstrating preferential nucleation of optically active dots at desired locations and below the critical thickness for dot formation at these growth conditions. Photoluminescence measurements as a function of varying focused ion beam irradiated hole spacing showed that the quantum dot emission intensity increased with decreasing array periodicity, consistent with increasing dot density.  相似文献

Determination of elemental composition of cement powder plays an important role in the cement and construction industries. In the present paper, Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is used for measuring the concentration of cement ingredient. Cement powder samples are pressed into pellets. Laser pulses are focused on the surface of pellets. A microplasma is formed in the front of samples. The plasma emission contains information about the elemental composition of the samples. By assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) and using several standard cement samples, a calibration curve is prepared for each element. The major and minor elements of cement such as Ca, Si, K, Mg, Al, Na, Ti, Mn and Sr are qualitatively and quantitatively determined. For verification of LTE conditions, plasma parameters such as plasma electron temperature and electron density are computed. According to the obtained results, the LIBS technique could be a suitable method for determination of elemental composition in the cement production industries.  相似文献

Nonlinear Elastic Wave Spectroscopy (NEWS) relies on the activation of defects by wave energy that propagates through the medium. In general, the response of activated defects will not scale linearly with the excitation amplitude, and the resulting nonlinear signatures can be identified and used for quality inspection. The efficiency of NEWS based inspection methods is therefore intrinsically linked to the locally deposited activation energy at the defect zone and the ability to generate nonlinear signatures that exceed the noise level of acquisition. Time Reversal techniques allow focusing of high levels of energy in small areas, and are consequently very useful for the local activation of defected zones. In this report, numerical simulations are reported showing the potential of a combination consisting of dual energy reciprocal Time Reversal and nonlinearity filtering using the Scaling Subtraction Method. The method is applied to the detection of planar near-surface defects parallel to the surface in a 2D domain. The results are evaluated for sweep excitation at different frequency ranges; for point-like receiver as well as extended transducers, and for in-plane as well as out-of-plane focusing. The observable nonlinear response at the surface is linked to an effective nonlinearity within the medium based on the defect geometry and the distribution of the local stresses.  相似文献

The thermodynamic parameters like Moelwyn-Hughes parameter (C1), reduced molar volume (V~), isochoric temperature coefficient of internal pressure (X), Huggin's parameter (F), Gruneisen parameter (Γp), isothermal microscopic Gruneisen parameter, Sharma parameter (So), fraction free volume (f) and (A?) a dimensionless thermal parameter, etc and the Beyer's nonlinearity parameter (B/A) were deduced employing the thermal expansion coefficient derived from density data for the homologues series of compounds terephthalyidene-bis-p-n-alkyl anilines, TBnA with n = 5 to 10,12,14,16 and 18. Further, it is found that the variation of molecular radius, Mr increases with the increase of alkyl chain number, with a core radius of 4.78 Å and the increment for methylene unit is 0.086 Å . The results were discussed with the body of the data available.  相似文献

To understand the molecular interactions between newly synthesized ammonium ionic liquids (ILs) and highly polar solvent dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), precise measurements such as densities (ρ), ultrasonic sound velocities (u) and viscosities (η) have been performed over the whole composition range at temperature ranging from 298.15 to 308.15 K and at atmospheric pressure. The ILs investigated in the present study included diethyl ammonium acetate ([Et2NH][CH3COO], DEAA) and triethyl ammonium acetate ([Et3NH][CH3COO], TEAA). Further, to gain some insight into the nature of molecular interactions in these mixed solvents, we predicted the excess molar volume (VE), the deviation in isentropic compressibilities (ΔKs) and deviation in viscosity (Δη) as a function of the concentration of IL using the measured properties of ρ, u and η, respectively. Redlich-Kister polynomial was used to correlate the results. The intermolecular interactions and structural effects were analyzed on the basis of the measured and the derived properties. A qualitative analysis of the results is discussed in terms of the ion-dipole, ion-pair interactions, and hydrogen bonding between ILs and DMSO molecules and their structural factors.  相似文献

Different thermodynamic parameters are estimated from volume expansion coefficient, α for a number of N-(p-n-alkoxybenzylidene)-p-n-butyloxyanilines, nO.O4 compounds in isotropic phase (at TIN + 5 °C) and in liquid crystalline phases. The variation of different thermodynamic parameters with the alkoxy chain length in nO.O4 series and their variation with the temperature in individual liquid crystal compounds are discussed. The parameters like available volume (Va), inter molecular free length (Lf) and molecular radius (Mr) are also computed from density, and refractive index for these nO.O4 compounds and the nature of molecular free length and molecular radius are analyzed and discussed.  相似文献

A series of novel wurtzite cadmium sulphide (CdS) nanowires with uniform diameter were synthesized by using a rapid and simple solvothermal route. CdS nano structures with certain morphology could be selectively produced by only varying the concentration of poly ethylene glycol (PEG) as a surfactant in the reaction system with cadmium acetate, sulphur powder and ethelynediamine (EDA). We extensively studied UV-vis absorption spectra, photoluminescence spectra after confirming CdS nanowires with diameter 24-25 nm and length ranging up to several nano meters by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Therefore we may definitely propose a new formation mechanism of CdS nanowires assisted by PEG with its illustrating optical properties.  相似文献

CdSe thin films have been grown on GaAs (0 0 1) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The effects of substrate temperature and annealing treatment on the structural properties of CdSe layers were investigated. The growth rate slightly decreases due to the accelerated desorption of Cd from CdSe surface with an increase in the temperature. The sample grown at 260 °C shows a polycrystalline structure with rough surface. As the temperature increases over 300 °C, crystalline CdSe (0 0 1) epilayers with zinc-blende structure are achieved and the structural quality is improved remarkably. The epilayer grown at 340 °C displays the narrowest full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) from (0 0 4) reflection in double-crystal X-ray rocking curve (DCXRC) and the smallest root-mean-square (RMS) roughness of 0.816 nm. Additionally, samples fabricated at 320 °C were annealed in air for 30 min to study the films’ thermal stability. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the zinc-blende structure remains unchanged when the annealing temperature is elevated to 460 °C, meaning a good thermal stability of the cubic CdSe epilayers.  相似文献
