钴膦簇合物的催化环丙烷化反应

本文首次利用碳基钴簇合物ＰｈＰＣｏ_３（ＣＯ）_９催化剂，在常压和－２０℃－０℃，用苯乙烯和重氮乙酸乙酯进行环丙烷化反应，合成了菊酸酯，重氮乙酸乙酯可全部转化，酯的选择性可达８５％。产物经减压分馏后，由ＩＲ和￣１ＨＮＭＲ分析，确证了产物为菊酸酯，表明了羰基钴簇合物对苯乙烯的环丙烷化反应有良好的催化性能，为四面体异核簇合物用于不对称催化反应打下了基础。     

Simultaneous determination of trace uranium(VI) and zinc(II) by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry with aluminon ligand

Uranium(VI) complexed with aluminon (3-[bis(3-carboxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl)methylene]-6-oxo-1,4-cyclohexadiene-1-carboxylic acid triammonium salt) was determined by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry (ACSV) using a hanging mercury drop electrode. Trace uranium(VI) and zinc(II) can be simultaneously determined in a single scan in the presence of aluminon and urea. Optimal conditions were found to be: accumulation time; 180–200 s, accumulation potential; 50 mV versus Ag/AgCl, scan rate; 40 mV s⁻¹, supporting electrolyte; 0.1 M sodium acetate buffer at pH 6.5–7.0, and concentration of aluminon; 1×10⁻⁶ M. The linear range of uranium(VI) and zinc(II) were observed over the concentration range 2–33 and 30–120 ng ml⁻¹, respectively. The detection limit (S/N=3) are 0.2 ng ml⁻¹ (uranium) and 30 ng ml⁻¹ (zinc). A good reproducibility shows RSDs of 2.5–4.0% (n=10). The procedure offers high selectivity, with the presence of urea masking some metal ions.     

Synthesis of Important New Pyrrolo[3,4‐c]Pyrazoles and Pyrazolyl‐Pyrrolines from Heterocyclic β‐Ketonitriles

Treatment of heterocyclic β‐ketonitriles 1a,b with hydrazine hydrate and phenylhydrazine afforded the hydrazine derivatives 2a‐d which cyclized in PPA into pyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrazoles 3a‐d. Reaction of 1a,b with cyanoacetohydrazide furnished the cyanoacetyl pyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrazoles 4a,b. The hydrazine 2c reacted with β‐diketone and β‐ketoesters to afford pyrazolyl‐pyrrolines 5‐7. Also the later hydrazine reacted with some D‐aldoses and aceteophenone to give the corresponding hydrazones 10‐12 and hydrazine carboxamide derivatives 15a,b respectively.     

Volatile constituents of flowers and leaves of Anthemis hyalina

The chemical composition of the essential oils of the flowers and leaves of Anthemis hyalina were analyzed by GC and GC-MS for the first time. The oils were found to contain seventy-two components. cis-Chrysanthenyl acetate (14.9% and 17.8%), camphor (11.6% and 1.7%), terpinen-4-ol (8.3% and 1.2%), germacrene-D (5.1% and 2.1%), β-caryophyllene (4.1% and 5.4%), myrcene (3.6% and 16.9%), bicyclogermacrene (3.5% and 0.9%), α-pinene (2.3% and 4.1%), cis-β-ocimene (2.1% and 4.3%) and isospathulenol (0.4% and 4.3%) were found to be the major constituents of the oils of flowers and leaves respectively. Application of the essential work of fracture concept to nanostructured polymer materials

The first part of the paper deals with a critical discussion of the methodical basis of essential work of fracture (EWF) concept with respect to the specimen geometry (especially the notch depth) and application to polymers. In the second part, an in situ testing device, which combines a tensile testing machine with an optical strain-field measuring system, has successfully demonstrated possibility of characterization of fracture behaviour of polystyrene-polybutadiene block copolymers and block copolymer/homopolymer blends as examples of nanostructured polymer materials. It has been shown that knowledge of the time evolution of the strain field close to the crack tips leads to a simple verification of the basic precondition for the applicability of the EWF concept, the precondition “plastic zone coalescence-before-stable crack propagation”.     

简法合成甲地孕酮

本文报道了合成甲地孕酮的简便方法,即以17α-乙酰氧基-黄体酮(3)为原料,将其烯醇醚(4)经Mannich反应,或将△~(3,5)-3,17α-二乙酰氧基-黄体酮(2)与二乙氧基甲烷反应,生成6-次甲基-17α-乙酰氧基-黄体酮(5),然后将5用钯/碳酸钙作催化剂转位得目的物甲地孕酮(6b),总收率分别为56%和50%(均以17α-羟基-黄体酮(1)为起始物)。     

有机相中α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇乙酯的酶促醇解反应

研究了有机相中脂肪酶催化α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇乙酯的醇解化反应。制备α -氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇。考察了酶、溶剂、醇、醇用量、溶剂水含量以及底物浓度等 因素对反应的影响，结果表明Novozym435脂肪酶催化活性最高，经实验确定的最佳 条件为：脱水甲苯为溶剂，正辛醇为酰基受体，正辛醇、酯的摩尔比为1.5:1，酶 量为8 mg/mL时的最佳底物浓度为108.13 mmol/L，在上述条件下反应30 h酯的转化 率 > 96%。     

A mild, highly selective and remarkably easy procedure for deprotection of aromatic acetates using ammonium acetate as a neutral catalyst in aqueous medium

Ammonium acetate was found to catalyze efficiently the selective deprotection of aromatic acetates in the presence of various sensitive functionalities in aqueous methanol under neutral conditions at room temperature to yield the corresponding phenols in excellent yields. The method has been utilized for deprotection of acetates of several naturally occurring bioactive phenolic compounds and for preparation of venkatasin, a natural coumarino-lignan, from the anticancer compound cleomiscosin A.     

A Rapid and Convenient Synthesis of Derivatives of Imidazoles under Microwave Irradiation

An efficient and a quick microwave‐assisted synthesis of benzimidazoles and trisubstituted imidazoles was developed. Three benzimidazoles were obtained as a result of the condensation of 1,2‐phenylenediamine with carboxylic acids and acetoacetic ester without catalyst. A series of trisubstituted imidazoles were synthesized by condensation of benzil, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium acetate in the presence of glacial acetic acid.
