利用固相反应法制备了富铟含量在不同成分配比下的高质量InGaZnO陶瓷靶材,采用脉冲激光沉积法,在基片温度为20 ℃、氧压为1 Pa条件下,在石英玻璃衬底上生长了非晶InGaZnO薄膜,并对薄膜进行X射线衍射、透射吸收光谱、拉曼光谱与霍尔效应测试。通过对InGaZnO薄膜的测试表征,在较低温度条件下,铟含量较高的薄膜样品保持了非晶结构、可见光的高透明性和高电子迁移率,InGaZnO薄膜有望应用于电子器件。  相似文献

采用提拉法(CZ法),生长出质量良好的Er3+:NaY(W0.9Mo0.1O4)2晶体.通过X射线粉末衍射,红外光谱分析,并与NaY(WO4)2相比较,得到Er3+:NaY(W0.9Mo0.1O4)2晶体的结构与NYW类似,仍为四方晶系的白钨矿结构,I4(1)/α空间群.测定了晶体的实际组成,得到晶体中各元素均按理论值进行掺杂,计算了掺杂离子的分凝系数约为1.15.在光谱性质上,测试了晶体的吸收光谱,及晶体在50~1000cm-1波数范围内的拉曼光谱,并计算了各吸收峰的半峰宽及吸收系数A.  相似文献

Calcium phosphates stand among the most promising nanobiomaterials in key biomedical applications, such as bone repairment, signalling or drug/gene delivery. Their intrinsic properties as crystalline structure, composition, particle shape and size define their successful use. Among these compounds, metastable amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) is currently gaining particular attention due to its inherently high reactivity in solution, which is crucial in bone development mechanisms. However, the preparation of this highly desired (bio)material with control over its shape, size and phase purity remains as a synthetic challenge. In this work, the epoxide route was adapted for the synthesis of pure and stable ACP colloids. By using biocompatible solvents, such as ethylene glycol and/or glycerine, it was possible to avoid the natural tendency of ACP to maturate into more stable and crystalline apatites. Moreover, this procedure offers size control, ranging from small nanoparticles (60 nm) to micrometric spheroids (>500 nm). The eventual fractalization of the internal mesostructured can be tuned, by simply adjusting the composition of the ethylene glycol:glycerine solvent mixture. These findings introduce the use of green solvents as a new tool to control crystallinity and/or particle size in the synthesis of nanomaterials, avoiding the use of capping agents and preserving the natural chemical reactivity of the pristine surface.  相似文献

The high-entropy materials have raised much attention in recent years due to their extraordinary performances in mechanical, catalysis, energy storage fields. Herein, a new type of high-entropy hydroxides (e.g., NiFeCoMnAl(OH)x) that are amorphous and capable of broad solar absorption is reported. A facile one-pot co-precipitation method is employed to synthesize these amorphous high-entropy hydroxides (a-HEHOs) under ambient conditions. The a-HEHOs thus obtained display widely tunable bandgap (e.g., from 2.6 to 1.1 eV) due to their high-entropy and amorphous characteristics, enabling efficient light absorbance and photothermal conversion in the solar regime. Further solar water evaporation measurements show that the a-HEHOs delivered a considerable energy conversion efficiency of 55%, comparable to black titanium oxides that are synthesized using more complex and expensive methods.  相似文献

经过几十年的研究和发展,纳米结构金刚石和立方氮化硼已相继被成功制备,其高硬度和强韧性充分表明纳米力学增强机制是制备超强超硬材料的有效途径。目前纳米结构超硬材料的研究仍处于起步阶段,高温高压相转变的路径与机制、复杂中间相的结构与产生的条件、热力学条件对晶粒生长和微结构(孪晶和堆垛层错等)形成的作用,以及超硬材料的纳米结构对力学性能和强化机制的影响等尚未完全揭示出来。为此,文章对近年来在相关领域的研究进行综述,总结了设计与寻找超硬材料的一般策略与原则,概括了典型的纳米微结构对超硬材料力学与热稳定性的影响,归纳了纳米结构超硬材料的高温高压相变与转化机制,并对当前的研究进展和潜在应用进行了归纳与展望。  相似文献

Abstract

Solid solutions Ca1-xGdxF2+x for 3 × 10?7≤ x ≤10?1 have been studied by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and ionic thermal currents (ITC). The EPR experiments show the presence of two single-ion sites a cubic and a tetragonal Gd3+ center which co-exist with comparable abundances for intermediate impurity concentrations. The cubic center predominates at very low and high concentrations. Seven different relaxation processes have been identified from the ITC spectra and the variation of their intensity vs. x was measured. The absolute concentrations of the cubic and nn Gd3+ dipoles were calculated. The scavenging of interstitial fluorines by the neutral clusters explains both the abundance of cubic sites at high concentration and the variety of orientable clusters detected by ITC.  相似文献

For the first time, a crystalline–amorphous double‐layered NiOx film has been prepared by reactive radio frequency magnetron sputtering. This film has exhibited improved electrochemical cycling durability, whereas other electrochromic parameters have been maintained at the required level, namely, a short coloration/bleaching time (0.8 s/1.1 s) and an enhanced transmittance modulation range (62.2 %) at λ =550 nm. Additionally, the double‐layered film has shown better reversibility than that of amorphous and crystalline single‐layered films.  相似文献

A semicrystalline inorganic–organic hybrid crosslinked network containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) cores was constructed by the unusual hydrosilylation of the terminal vinyl groups of an internal acetylene‐containing silane linker by a POSS monomer. Products from the thermal treatments of this network in either argon or air at 250, 550, and 1000 °C, respectively, were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, Solid‐state 13C and 29Si magic angle spinning NMR, X‐ray diffraction and XPS analyses. The highly symmetrically functionalized POSS silica clusters, in the fluorite silica phase, in the network were found to remain unchanged on thermal treatment possibly due to the shielding of the silica core by the functionalities and a cancellation of thermal stresses on the silica core. Stabilization of the metastable α‐cristobalite phase, which is typically formed on cooling by a β‐ to α‐transition of the β‐cristobalite phase formed above 1400 °C, was observed in the amorphous regions in the network sample treated only to 1000 °C in air. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
