Algebra with polynomial commutation relations for the Zeeman effect in the Coulomb-Dirac field

We consider a model of particle motion in the field of an electromagnetic monopole (in the Coulomb-Dirac field) perturbed by homogeneous and inhomogeneous electric fields. After quantum averaging, we obtain an integrable system whose Hamiltonian can be expressed in terms of the generators of an algebra with polynomial commutation relations. We construct the irreducible representations of this algebra and its hypergeometric coherent states. We use these states to represent the eigenfunctions of the original problem in terms of the solutions of the model ordinary differential equation. We also present the asymptotic approximations of the eigenvalues in the leading term of the perturbation theory, where the degeneration of the spectrum is removed completely.Translated from Teoreticheskaya i Matematicheskaya Fizika, Vol. 142, No. 1, pp. 127–147, January, 2005.     

直接键合InP-GaAs结构界面的特性研究

通过对直接键合InP-GaAs结构的红外吸收光谱分析以及断面扫描电子显微镜观察发现，样品制备过程中不均匀的外加压强导致InP-GaAs交界面局部出现了不连续过渡的空间层，实验上将熔融石蜡渗透并被填充到该空间层，利用其对3.509μm波长光的强烈吸收特性可表征 这种局部的键合不连续区域，二维扫描测试样品不同区域的吸收谱得到3.509μm波长吸收强 度等值线图，从而描绘出外加压强的不均匀分布.实验上通过改进键合装置的施压均匀性， 得到了连续过渡界面且均匀键合的InP-GaAs结构，利用这种均匀键合技术有望制备大尺寸器 件例如光学微腔等. 关键词： 晶片直接键合 界面 红外吸收光谱     

等束宽超短脉冲光束的远场特性

利用角谱法和复解析信号法推导出了等束宽超短高斯脉冲光束在远场的解析传输公式及其傅里叶谱.研究了若干个甚至一个光周期数的等束宽超短高斯脉冲光束的远场特性，并与等衍射长度超短高斯脉冲光束作了比较.研究表明，等束宽超短高斯脉冲光束在远场存在脉冲展宽、光谱变窄、离轴光谱红移、轴上光谱蓝移等特性. 关键词： 角谱法 复解析信号法 等束宽超短高斯脉冲光束

Interferometric monitoring of single-mode operation of a tunable injection laser

We propose a technique for rapid monitoring of single-mode operation of a tunable injection laser, based on analysis of the fine structure of the power-current characteristic obtained with self-heterodyning, using a Michelson interferometer. Typical Changes in Spectral Properties under Perturbations by a Rank-One Operator

We show that under perturbations by a rank-one typical operator, a fixed eigenvalue loses one Jordan block of maximal order, while the orders of the other Jordan blocks remain unchanged. We construct the first-order perturbation theory for the new eigenvalues and the zero-order approximations to the corresponding eigenvectors.
