Due to new mechanism of action and ecofriendly characteristics,dicarboxamide insecticides have attracted more and more attentions in modern pest management.A series of 20 dual chiral N-cyano sulfilimines containing two centers(carbon and sulfur) were designed and synthesized.All title compounds were determined by ~1H NMR,high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS) and optical polarimeter.The preliminary results indicated that some of them exhibited favourable insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm(Pseudaletia separata Walker).These isomers exhibited different impact on activity following the sequence as(Sc,Ss) (Sc,Rs),and the rule of title compounds' activity against oriental armyworm was 3-CF_3≥2—CH_3—4—Cl2,3,4-trifluro in the anilide moiety.The results indicated that these groups such as 3-CF_3,2—CH_3—4—Cl or 2,3,4-trifluro were inefficient to replace heptafluoroisopropyl group for high larvicidal activity,which provided some guidance for the further modifications of sulfiliminyl dicarboxamides.  相似文献

Let R be a Noetherian ring and let C be a semidualizing R-module. In this paper, we impose various conditions on C to be dualizing. For example, as a generalization of Xu [21 Xu, J. (1995). Minimal injective and flat resolutions of modules over Gorenstein rings. J. Kuratowski’s closure-complement problem gives rise to a monoid generated by the closure and complement operations. Consideration of this monoid yielded an interesting classification of topological spaces, and subsequent decades saw further exploration using other set operations. This article is an exploration of a natural analogue in ring theory: a monoid produced by “radical” and “annihilator” maps on the set of ideals of a ring. We succeed in characterizing semiprime rings and commutative dual rings by their radical-annihilator monoids, and we determine the monoids for commutative local zero-dimensional (in the sense of Krull dimension) rings.  相似文献

We present an integrated confocal Raman microscope in a focused ion beam scanning electron microscope (FIB SEM). The integrated system enables correlative Raman and electron microscopic analysis combined with focused ion beam sample modification on the same sample location. This provides new opportunities, for example the combination of nanometer resolution with Raman advances the analysis of sub‐diffraction‐sized particles. Further direct Raman analysis of FIB engineered samples enables in situ investigation of sample changes. The Raman microscope is an add‐on module to the electron microscope. The optical objective is brought into the sample chamber, and the laser source, and spectrometer are placed in a module attached onto and outside the chamber. We demonstrate the integrated Raman FIB SEM function with several experiments. First, correlative Raman and electron microscopy is used for the investigation of (sub‐)micrometer‐sized crystals. Different crystals are identified with Raman, and in combination with SEM the spectral information is combined with structurally visible polymorphs and particle sizes. Analysis of sample changes made with the ion beam is performed on (1) structures milled in a silicon substrate and (2) after milling with the FIB on an organic polymer. We introduce a new tensor product and study the weak condition C, which is also called weak exactness, for dual operator spaces. Our definition of weak condition C is equivalent to Kirchberg's notion of weak exactness in the case of von Neumann algebras. We also study the connection of weak exact W-TROs with their linking von Neumann algebras and study the structure of exact (respectively, nuclear) W-TROs.  相似文献

We propose a new characterization of dual bases in finite fields. Let A=(α1,…,αn) be a basis of F over Fq and its dual basis B=(β1,…,βn) with the transition matrix CGLn(Fq) such that (β1,…,βn)=(α1,…,αn)C. We show that holds for all 1?k?n, where TkMn(Fq) satisfies αk(α1,…,αn)=(α1,…,αn)Tk. Conversely, suppose F=Fq(αk) and for some 1?k?n and GGLn(Fq), then B is equivalent to (α1,…,αn)G. As applications, we can construct the dual basis of a given basis A or determine whether the dual basis of A satisfies the desired conditions from Tk. This generalizes the results obtained by Liao and Sun for normal bases. Furthermore, we give a simple proof of the theorem of Gollmann, Wang and Blake for polynomial bases.  相似文献

Primer extension reaction (PEXT) is the most widely used approach to genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP). It is based on the high accuracy of nucleotide incorporation by the DNA polymerase. We propose a dual-analyte bio/chemiluminometric method for the simultaneous detection of the PEXT reaction products of the normal and mutant allele in a high sample-throughput format. PCR-amplified DNA fragments that span the SNP of interest are subjected to two PEXT reactions using normal and mutant primers in the presence of digoxigenin-dUTP and biotin-dUTP. Both primers contain a d(A)30 segment at the 5′-end but differ in the final nucleotide at the 3′-end. Under optimized conditions only the primer that is perfectly complementary with the interrogated DNA will be extended by DNA polymerase and lead to a digoxigenin- or biotin-labeled product. The products of the PEXT reactions are mixed, denatured, and captured in microtiter wells through hybridization with immobilized oligo(dT) strands. Detection is performed by adding a mixture of antidigoxigenin–alkaline phosphatase (ALP) conjugate and a streptavidin–aequorin conjugate. The flash-type bioluminescent reaction of aequorin is triggered by the addition of Ca2+. ALP is then measured by adding the appropriate chemiluminogenic substrate. The method was evaluated by genotyping two SNPs of the human mannose-binding lectin gene (MBL2) and one SNP of the cytochrome P450 gene CYP2D6. Patient genotypes showed 100% concordance with direct DNA sequencing data.  相似文献

A recently developed experimental and theoretical procedure is used in order to calculate the magnitude and anisotropy of interaction between a lanthanide and a 3d-metal ion. The general formula of the molecular compounds is [Ln(H2O)3(dmf)4(μ-CN)Fe–(CN)5] · nH2O where 1  n  1,5 and dmf = N,N′-dimethylformamide, abbreviated as [LnFe] from now on. The main parts of this procedure are (a) the evaluation of the effective g-parameters of the lanthanide ion with the help of EPR measurements. (b) The use of dual mode EPR spectroscopy to define the anisotropic exchange interactions with the help of an anisotropic Hamiltonian model. (c) Use of the same magnetic model to fit magnetization and susceptibility data in order to verify the EPR findings.It was possible to define some trends concerning the exchange components of the [DyFe] dimer according to which the antiferromagnetic isotropic exchange constant is smaller than 4 cm−1 and the anisotropic components are [DexcEexc] = [6(1), 0.0] cm−1. Also for the case of [TmFe] and [YbFe] dimers the antiferromagnetic isotropic exchange constant is smaller than 0.3 cm−1 while the anisotropic components are [DexcEexc] = [12.0, 0.0] cm−1 and [DexcEexc] = [0.4(1), 0.0] cm−1, respectively.  相似文献
