本文应用扫描式激光成像雷达获取试验数据并实现对激光数据的三维成像处理,给出了基于目标特征的激光雷达图像与被动光学图像的数据融合方法,实现了激光图像和光学图像间的三维融合。试验结果表明,本文所提出的基于目标特征的两种不同质图像间的融合方法是可行的,融合后的图像具有丰富的光谱信息和三维立体信息。  相似文献

The effect of cooling rate on the thermal stability and soft magnetic properties of [(Fe0.5Co0.5)0.75B0.2Si0.05]100-xNbx (x = 5, 6, 7, 8 at. %) system was investigated. The alloys were produced into the form of ribbon and cylindrical rod by melt-spinning and injection casting, respectively. Their structure, thermal, mechanical and soft magnetic properties were investigated by x-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, universal testing machine and vibrating sample magnetometer, respectively. All of the alloys were identified as fully amorphous by X-ray diffraction. It turned out that the rod samples had exceptionally high saturation fields reaching 3.0 kOe, which is key properties for sensor application. Also, among these Fe,Co-based samples, the Fe35.25 Co35.25 B18.8 Si4.70 Nb6 ribbon exhibits the highest saturation magnetization with 142.1 emu/g.  相似文献

Tbx(Ni0.8Fe0.2)1-x films with x≤0.14 are fabricated and the anomalous Hall effect is studied.The intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity and the extrinsic one from the impurity and phonon induced scattering both increase with increasing x.The enhancement of the intrinsic anomalous Hall conductivity is ascribed to both the weak spin–orbit coupling enhancement and the Fermi level shift.The enhancement of the extrinsic term comes from the changes of both Fermi level and impurity distribution.In contrast,the in-plane and the out-of-plane uniaxial anisotropies in the Tb Ni Fe films change little with x.The enhancement of the Hall angle by Tb doping is helpful for practical applications of the Hall devices.  相似文献

Based on the acoustic radiation theory of a dipole source,the influence of the transducer reception pattern is studied for magnetoacoustic tomography with magnetic induction(MAT-MI).Numerical studies are conducted to simulate acoustic pressures,waveforms,and reconstructed images with unidirectional,omnidirectional,and strong directional transducers.With the analyses of equivalent and projection sources,the influences of the model dimension and the layer effect are qualitatively analyzed to evaluate the performance of MAT-MI.Three-dimensional simulation studies show that the strong directional transducer with a large radius can reduce the influences of equivalent sources,projection sources,and the layer effect effectively,resulting in enhanced pressure and improved image contrast,which is beneficial for boundary pressure extraction in conductivity reconstruction.The reconstructed conductivity contrast images present the conductivity boundaries as stripes with different contrasts and polarities,representing the values and directions of the conductivity changes of the scanned layer.The favorable results provide solid evidence for transducer selection and suggest potential practical applications of MAT-MI in biomedical imaging.  相似文献

In a laser butt joint welding process,it is required that the laser beam focus should be controlled to follow the weld joint path accurately.Small focus wandering off the weld joint may result in insufficient penetration or unacceptable welds.Recognition of joint position offset,which describes the deviation between the laser beam focus and the weld joint,is important for adjusting the laser beam focus and obtaining high quality welds.A new method based on the magneto-optical(MO)imaging is applied to measure the micro weld joint whose gap is less than 0.2 mm.The weldments are excited by an external magnetic field,and an MO sensor based on principle of Faraday magneto effect is used to capture the weld joint images.A sequence of MO images which are tested under different magnetic field intensities and different weld joint widths are acquired.By analyzing the MO image characteristics and extracting the weld joint features,the influence of magnetic field intensity and weld joint width on the MO images and detection of weld joint position is observed and summarized.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical, both important members of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) family, can cause serious oxidative damages in biological systems. In order to proclaim and prevent oxidation stress, researches on the biomolecule oxidation induced by H2O2 or OH. are in crucial need. However, due to the high reactivity of ROS, traditional methods are difficult to achieve the in situ quantitative investigations on those reactions involving ROS. In this work, using scanning electrochemical microscopy technique (SECM) in a tip generation‐substrate collection mode (TG‐SC), the controllable release and the high‐efficiency collection of electrogenerated H2O2 were achieved. Compared to ex situ fluorescence method, SECM improved the collection efficiency approximately two times larger. Based on it, SECM combined with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) was employed to in situ monitor the protein oxidation (taking Cu12+? MT as a model) induced by H2O2. OH., which was generated from the interaction between H2O2 and Cu12+? MT, can attack the peptide chain and induced the unrepairable protein oxidation damage. The whole process was quantitatively characterized by SPR, and the linear relationship between SPR dip shift and the amounts of released H2O2 was successfully built. Our work proves that the combined SECM‐SPR technique can realize the in situ quantitative determinations of the biomolecule oxidation induced by ROS, which affords an avenue for further elucidation on the mechanisms of oxidation stress in organisms.  相似文献

In our study, the dielectric behaviour of the rod-like liquid crystal (6CHBT) doped with magnetic nanoparticles of spherical shape was investigated by means of dielectric spectroscopy in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 2 MHz. A low frequency dielectric dispersion in the nematic and isotropic phases of the pure liquid crystal (LC) has been assigned to the space charge polarization. After doping the host LC with the magnetic nano particles, a nearly Debye-like relaxation process was observed with the temperature dependence obeying the Arrhenius law. Considering a possible electric double layer formation on the particle surfaces, the detected relaxation process in the doped LC can be associated with the electric double layer polarization. The experimental results point out that in the measured frequency range the space charge and interfacial effects constitute the main dielectric response. Any anchoring effects were not observed and are therefore expected to appear in higher frequencies.  相似文献

Caged xenon has great potential in overcoming sensitivity limitations for solution‐state NMR detection of dilute molecules. However, no application of such a system as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent has yet been performed with live cells. We demonstrate MRI localization of cells labeled with caged xenon in a packed‐bed bioreactor working under perfusion with hyperpolarized‐xenon‐saturated medium. Xenon hosts enable NMR/MRI experiments with switchable contrast and selectivity for cell‐associated versus unbound cages. We present MR images with 103‐fold sensitivity enhancement for cell‐internalized, dual‐mode (fluorescence/MRI) xenon hosts at low micromolar concentrations. Our results illustrate the capability of functionalized xenon to act as a highly sensitive cell tracer for MRI detection even without signal averaging. The method will bridge the challenging gap for translation to in vivo studies for the optimization of targeted biosensors and their multiplexing applications.  相似文献

The ability to quantitate and visualize microRNAs (miRNAs) in situ in single cells would greatly facilitate the elucidation of miRNA‐mediated regulatory circuits and their disease associations. A toehold‐initiated strand‐displacement process was used to initiate rolling circle amplification of specific miRNAs, an approach that achieves both stringent recognition and in situ amplification of the target miRNA. This assay, termed toehold‐initiated rolling circle amplification (TIRCA), can be utilized to identify miRNAs at physiological temperature with high specificity and to visualize individual miRNAs in situ in single cells within 3 h. TIRCA is a competitive candidate technique for in situ miRNA imaging and may help us to understand the role of miRNAs in cellular processes and human diseases in more detail.  相似文献
