Homology and cohomology intersection numbers of GKZ systems

We describe the homology intersection form associated to regular holonomic GKZ systems in terms of the combinatorics of regular triangulations. Combining this result with the twisted period relation, we obtain a formula of cohomology intersection numbers in terms of a Laurent series. We show that the cohomology intersection number depends rationally on the parameters. We also prove a conjecture of F. Beukers and C. Verschoor on the signature of the monodromy invariant hermitian form.     

On Two-point Boundary Value Problems for Second-order Difference Equation

In this paper, we aim to investigate the difference equation \begin{align*} \Delta^{2}y(t-1)+|y(t)|=0, \ \ \ \ \ t\in[1,T]_{\mathbb{Z}} \end{align*} with different boundary conditions $y(0)=0$ or $\Delta y(0)=0$ and $y(T+1)=B$ or $\Delta y(T)=B$,\ where\ $T\geq 1$ is an integer and $B\in\mathbb{R}$. We will show that how the values of $T$ and $B$ influence the existence and uniqueness of the solutions to the about problem. In details, for the different problems, the $TB$-plane explicitly divided into different parts according to the number of the solutions to the above problems. These parts of $TB$-plane for the value of $T$ and $B$ guarantee the uniqueness, the existence and the nonexistence of solutions respectively.     

Complete solutions of a family of quartic Thue and index form equations

Continuing the recent work of the second author, we prove that the diophantine equation

for has exactly 12 solutions except when , when it has 16 solutions. If denotes one of the zeros of , then for we also find all with .

     

Boundary value estimates for harmonic forms

We prove a bound for the -norm of harmonic forms in terms of certain -norms of their normal and tangential components. In turn, this is used to show the -norm equivalence of the normal and tangential components of harmonic forms on manifolds.

     

Preparation and characterization of Fully stoichiometric SrCoO3 by electrochemical oxidation

A nearly stoichiometric SrCoO₃ phase had been prepared up to now only using high oxygen pressure. A new method for preparing fully stoichiometric SrCoO₃ has been proposed using electrochemical oxidation. Brownmillerite-type SrCoO_2.50 is oxidized into a completely stoichiometric perovskite at a potential of 500 mV for 180 hours at room temperature in alkaline media (1 M KOH). The oxidized phase has a cubic unit cell (a=383.5 pm). It is metallic and, at temperatures below T=280 K, it shows ferromagnetic behavior. The magnetic moment at 0 K is 2.1 μ_B. The physical properties of SrCoO_3.00 have been explained in terms of partial occupancy of a σ*e band.     

稀土与含硫有机配体配合物的研究 Ⅳ.轻稀土元素与3-苯基-5-(呋喃-2)吡唑啉二硫代甲酸固体配合物的合成及性质

吡唑啉类化合物具有杀菌特性和植物生长调节作用,3-苯基-5-(呋喃-2)吡唑啉二硫代甲酸盐能与许多过渡金属离子形成稳定的配合物。而与稀土的配合物尚未报道。为考察稀土与含硫有机配体形成配合物的条件及该配合物的性质,我们在非水体系和保护气氛     

酞菁氧钛的合成及晶型转化

酞菁氧钛以联环己烷为溶剂，以邻苯二脂及四氯化钛直接反应生成。其优点是便于分离及纯化。同时对各晶型的获得及晶型间的相互转化进行了研究，并以Ｘ－射线粉末衍射及ＦＴ－ＩＲ进行了表征，并记录了不同晶型的酞菁氧钛在室温硫化硅橡胶中的吸收光谱。     

An unusual twist conformation of 2-O-methyl-1,3,4,5-tetrakis-O-tert-butyldiphenylsilyl-myo-inositol

The ring conformation of 2-O-methyl-1,3,4,5-tetrakis-O-tert-butyldiphenylsilyl-myo-inositol was in a twist form both in solid state and in solution. This is the first observation of a stable twist conformer induced by the introduction of bulky silyl protecting groups.     

Studies on Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex by Fluorescence Anisotropy

An equation for determining the equilibrium association constant (KA) of cyclodextrin inclusion complex with fluorescence anisotropy is derived and used to determine KA of pyrene-B-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. The existing forms of cyclodextrin inclusion complex in solution, the interaction type of host with guest, and the possibility of application of B-cyclodextrin in the analysis of metal ions using naphthalene derivative as a ligand are discussed based on the equation derived along with the curve of fluorescence anisotropy versus cyclodextrin concentration of guest/cyclodextrin system.

本文分别应用Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱和ＸＰＳ（Ｘ射线光电子能谱）技术考察不同反应 条件下固体产物中的无机硫和有机硫的形态变化，结果表明；在超临界醇萃取脱硫过程中，黄铁矿硫的转化反应如下：ＦｅＳ２－ＦｅＳ＋Ｆｅ１－ｘＳ，，转化的数量和深度主要取决于反应温度。２７５℃时磁黄铁矿（Ｆｅ１－ｘＳ）形式为ＦｅＳ１．１０１，４５０℃时为ＦｅＳ１．０８５；有机硫基团中ＰｈＳＨ ，Ｐｈ２Ｓ和四氢噻吩较易脱除，Ｐｈ２Ｓ
