以聚(ε-己内酯-b-L-丙交酯)/聚乙二醇单甲醚(P(CL-b-LLA)-b-mPEG)和聚(ε-己内酯-b-D,L-丙交酯)/聚乙二醇单甲醚(P(CL-b-DLLA)-b-mPEG)两种两亲嵌段共聚物为载体,选择了物理状态完全不同、而疏水性相近的吲哚美辛和维生素E为模型药物,研究了药物包载对高分子胶束形态的影响.发现两种药物在高分子胶束内部的增溶均会导致胶束形态发生显著改变,变化行为与胶束内核的结晶性和药物疏水性有关.另外,还研究了两种嵌段共聚物的载药性能,发现非结晶性疏水内核共聚物的药物包载率明显大于可结晶疏水内核的共聚物. 相似文献

In this paper, the controllable band width, resolution and sample loading were investigated by the injection system of free-flow electrophoresis (FFE) with gratis gravity. Two general injection methods were described herein. The first method was the one in which sample injection fluxes were variable with constant background flux, while the second was the one in which the background fluxes were flexible with stable sample flux. With methyl green and crystal violet as two viewable model compounds, a series of experiments were performed, and the experimental results revealed that (1) the sample band width could be under desiring control through the regulation of ratios between sample and background fluxes, (2) the separative resolution could be also adjusted elaborately via the regulation of flux ratios during the separation of methyl green and crystal violet with only one charge disparity, and (3) the sample loading could be conveniently controlled via the flux ratios and an approximate maximum sample loading could be selected under the condition of just completed separation of two adjoining solutes. In addition, it was observed that the flux ratio had soft influence on the separative resolution of two solutes. These results were of significance to the designs on band width, resolution and sample loading in the newly developed FFE device with gratis gravity. 相似文献

The influence of tensile stress on the changes in hyperfine parameters obtained by Mössbauer spectroscopy of the ferromagnetic amorphous NANOPERM-type Fe80Nb3Cu1B16 alloy has been investigated. The bulk changes are obtained by Mössbauer spectroscopy in a transmission geometry using γ-rays; the surface properties are studied in a scattering geometry using conversion electrons. The Mössbauer spectra are analyzed by two distributions of hyperfine inductions, which result in high-field and low-field components corresponding with a model of clusters formed by predominantly iron atoms and intermediate phase containing mainly the Nb, Cu and B atoms. The obtained results are completed by the bulk and surface magnetic measurements, with observations of surface morphology by AFM and microstructure by SEM. The investigations yield approximately linear increase of hyperfine parameters and slight deterioration of the bulk as well as surface magnetic characteristics with tensile loading. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel robust adaptive acoustic vector sensor beamformer based on shrinkage is derived. Unlike many existing methods, the proposed method is completely automatic (or so-called user parameter-free), which means, it do not need the choice of user parameters. The proposed diagonal loading algorithms use shrinkage-based covariance matrix estimates, instead of the conventional sample covariance matrix, in the standard Capon acoustic vector sensor beamforming formulation. The numerical results show that our method is robust against errors on the steering vector and small sample sizes, and meanwhile gives high output signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR). 相似文献

In China, polymer radiation processing has become one of the most important processing industries. The radiation processing source may be an electron beam accelerator or a radioactive source. Physical design of an electron beam facility applied for radiation crosslinking is introduced in this paper because of it’s much higher dose rate and efficiency. Main part of this facility is a 10 MeV travelling wave electron linac with constant impedance accelerating structure. A start to end simulation concerning the linac is reported in this paper. The codes Opera-3d, Poisson-superfish and Parmela are used to describe electromagnetic elements of the accelerator and track particle distribution from the cathode to the end of the linac. After beam dynamic optimization, wave phase velocities in the structure have been chosen to be 0.56, 0.9 and 0.999 respectively. Physical parameters about the main elements such as DC electron gun, iris-loaded periodic structure, solenoids, etc, are presented. Simulation results proves that it can satisfy the industrial requirement. The linac is under construction. Some components have been finished. Measurements proved that they are in a good agreement with the design values. 相似文献

Layer‐by‐layer (LbL) assembly was conducted on CaCO3 microparticles pre‐doped with polystyrene‐block‐poly(acrylic acid) (PS‐b‐PAA) micelles, and resulted in micelles encapsulation in the microcapsules after core removal. Distribution of the micelles in the templates and capsules was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy. The micelles inside the capsules connected with each other to form a chain and network‐like structure with a higher density near the capsule walls. The hydrophobic PS cores were then able to load small uncharged hydrophobic drugs while the negatively charged PAA corona could induce spontaneous deposition of water‐soluble positively charged drugs such as doxorubicin.

This paper addresses quasi-static loading of the shear compression specimen (SCS), that has been especially developed to investigate the shear response of
materials at various strain rates. Previous work [4, 5] addressed bi-linear hardening materials, whereas the present work
concerns parabolic hardening materials. The investigation is done numerically using three-dimensional elastoplastic finite
element simulations. The analyses show that the averaged von Mises stress (

) on a mid-section of the gauge reflect accurately the prescribed parabolic hardening model. A method for finding the parabolic
hardening coefficients and reducing the measured load, P, and displacement, d, into equivalent stress
