The counterion binding behaviour of micelles of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and several bile salts in the pure state have been studied, as well as in mutually mixed states, and in a mixed state with polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate (PSML) as a nonionic surfactant. Electrochemical measurements have shown no counterion binding by the pure bile salt micelles and their mixtures with PSML; they can bind counterions when mixed with SDS, whereas the surfactant anions of SDS micelles bind counterions in the pure state and/or in mixed states with PSML. In the SDS-PSML and SDS-bile salts combinations, the counterion association is decreased by the increased proportions of the second component. The extent of counterion binding by the different systems is presented.  相似文献

Summary 4-diethylaminodiazabenzene-4′-isothiocyanate (DEABITC) was synthetized and used to obtain thiohydantoin derivatives of 15 α-amino acids (DEABTH-AMK). We report on a photoluminescence study of silicon samples subjected to different dry etching processes. Several luminescence lines, known from defects produced by high-energy irradiation, manifest damage of the crystalline material. Noble gas ion beam etching (using Ne+, Ar+, Kr+, and Xe+) with ion energies as low as 400 eV produces characteristic luminescence lines which correspond to defects within a 200–300 Å thick surface layer. Incorporation of carbon during CF4 reactive ion etching produces the familiar G-line defect. The G-line photoluminescence intensity in our samples is directly correlated with the substitutional carbon concentration, as determined by infrared absorption measurements before the etch process; we therefore suggest that a simple method to determine the substitutional carbon concentration in a crystalline silicon sample is a standard dry etching process and a comparison of the resulting G-line photoluminescence intensity to a calibrated sample. The sensitivity of this method seems to be better than 1014 carbon atoms/cm3.  相似文献

In recent years, original hybrid assemblies composed of a particle core surrounded by a lipid shell emerged as promising entities for various biotechnological applications. Their broadened bio-potentialities, ranging from model membrane systems or biomolecule screening supports, to substance delivery reservoirs or therapeutic vectors, are furthered by their versatility of composition due to the possible wide variation in the particle nature and size, as well as in the lipid formulation. The synthesis, the characteristics, and the uses of these Lipid/Particle assemblies encountered in the literature so far are reviewed, and classified according to the spherical core size in order to highlight general trends. Moreover, several criteria are particularly discussed: i) the interactions involved between the particles and the lipids, and implicitly the assembly elaboration mechanism, ii) the most suited techniques for an accurate characterization of the entities from structural and physicochemical points of view, and iii) the remarkable properties of the solid-supported lipid membrane obtained.  相似文献

针对单片机温度控制系统采用传统控制方法容易出现响应速度慢、振荡剧烈、控制精度低等问题,对单片机温度控制系统的硬件电路、控制精度、控制算法等方面进行了设计研究。基于以AT89C51单片机为核心运用DS18B20温度传感器的温度控制系统,提出了变论域模糊PID控制算法,将变论域模糊控制和PID控制相结合,结合生猪猪舍温度控制系统对传统PID控制算法以及变论域模糊PID控制进行对比分析。实验结果表明,设计的温度控制系统采用了变论域模糊PID控制算法,提高了控制精度,加快了系统的响应速度,从而增强了温度控制系统的实用性,产生了重要的实际工程意义。  相似文献

针对传统温室监测节点蓄电池剩余电量问题,提出一种改进的基于ZigBee无线通信技术的温室节点无线监测方案,设计一个经济实用的低功耗ZigBee无线监测节点;以CC2530为主控芯片,通过控制不同的传感器和电池智能管理芯片DS2438及其外围电路,实现温室环境参数和各节点蓄电池电压、电流以及剩余电量的精确测量并实时显示;测试结果表明,系统运行稳定,数据检测精度达到0.001。  相似文献

以磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠的混盐为酯化剂,干法制备高取代度木薯淀粉磷酸酯(CSP-HDS)。研究表明,取代度不同时,产物的表观粘度、糊透明度、凝沉性、冻融稳定性均不相同。与木薯淀粉相比,酯化反应后产物粘度增大,糊透明度、凝沉性及冻融稳定性得到改善。XRD分析表明酯化反应主要发生在淀粉分子的非结晶区,对结晶区破坏不明显;SEM分析显示酯化后大部分淀粉颗粒保持原来形貌,仅少数团粒受到侵蚀。  相似文献

The determination of the degree of substitution (DS) of fatty acid cellulose esters with alkyl chain lengths from C8 to C18 was performed by direct transesterification with trimethylsulphonium hydroxide (TMSH) using tert-butyl methyl ether (MTBE) as a solvent. Transesterification was demonstrated to be quantitative at 75 °C in 60 min. The quantification of the formed fatty acid methyl esters was performed by gas chromatography (GC). After the optimization of the method, long chain cellulose esters (LCCE) could be analyzed in a wide range of DS. The obtained values were compared to those given by other existing protocols. LCCE with DS-values in a range of 5 × 10−5 to 3 were analyzed with high accuracy. Reproducibility is weakened for high DS values if the sample has a compact aspect limiting the accessibility of TMSH to the ester functions. This method can also be suitable for the analysis of mixed cellulose esters.  相似文献

采用索氏提取-气相色谱-质谱法测定硅凝胶中八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)及十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)。以二氯甲烷为溶剂采用索氏提取处理样品,提取液在HP-5毛细管色谱柱上分离,质谱中选择电喷雾离子源-选择离子检测模式。D4和D5的质量浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.011,0.013 mg·L-1。平均加标回收率分别为90.3%,85.1%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为1.5%,1.6%。  相似文献
