Strontium ferrite particles were firstly prepared by sol-gel method and self-propagating synthesis, and then the polyaniline/strontium ferrite/multiwalled carbon nanotubes composites were synthesized through in situ polymerization approach. Structure, morphology and properties of the composite were characterized by various instruments. XRD analysis shows that the output of PANI increases with the increase of the content of MWCNTs, due to the large surface area of MWCNTs. Because of the coating of PANI, the outer diameter of MWCNTs increases from 10 nm to 20-40 nm. The electrical conductivity of the composites increases with the amount increase of MWCNTs and reaches 7.2196 S/cm in the presence of 2 g MWCNTs. The coercive force of the composites prepared with 2 g MWCNTs is 7457.17 Oe, which is much bigger than that of SrFe12O19 particles 6145.6 Oe, however, both the saturation magnetization and the remanent magnetization of the composite become much smaller than those of SrFe12O19 particles. The electromagnetic properties of the composite are excellent in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz, which mainly depend on the dielectric loss in the range of 2-9 GHz, and mainly on the magnetic loss in the range of 9-18 GHz.  相似文献

The doctor-blade method is investigated for the preparation of Cu2ZnSnS4 films for low-cost solar cell application.Cu2ZnSnS4 precursor powder,the main raw material for the doctor-blade paste,is synthesized by a simple ball-milling process.The doctor-bladed Cu2ZnSnS4 films are annealed in N2 ambient under various conditions and characterized by X-ray diffraction,ultraviolent/vis spectrophotometry,scanning electron microscopy,and current-voltage(J-V) meansurement.Our experimental results indicate that(i) the X-ray diffraction peaks of the Cu2ZnSnS4 precursor powder each show a red shift of about 0.4°;(ii) the high-temperature annealing process can effectively improve the crystallinity of the doctor-bladed Cu 2 ZnSnS 4,whereas an overlong annealing introduces defects;(iii) the band gap value of the doctor-bladed Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 is around 1.41 eV;(iv) the short-circuit current density,the open-circuit voltage,the fill factor,and the efficiency of the best Cu2ZnSnS4 solar cell obtained with the superstrate structure of fluorine-doped tin oxide glass/TiO2/In2S3/Cu2ZnSnS4/Mo are 7.82 mA/cm2,240 mV,0.29,and 0.55%,respectively.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法和镶嵌原子势,模拟了500个Cu原子(简称Cu500) 组成的纳米颗粒的等温晶化过程.利用修正的均方位移、键对分析技术和内在结构(IS) 等方法对该过程中的结构和动力学行为进行分析研究.结果显示:与块体金属不同的是, Cu500纳米颗粒在某一温度保温时,其晶化时间并不是一个定值, 而是存在一个统计分布,并且保温温度越低其晶化时间的分布范围越广, 最长晶化时间越长.在低温晶化时, Cu500经历了一系列中间构型的转变才达到晶态, 表现出多步晶化的特征.文章作者研究了颗粒的初始构型对晶化进程的影响, 发现颗粒的初始结构特征和能量状态对其随后的晶化过程有着重要的影响, 同一温度下,颗粒初始构型的IS能量越低其晶化时间越长,这一点在低温时尤其明显.  相似文献

本文研究了Cu^2+对碱性鲁米诺阳极电致化学发光的影响,发现Cu^2+对发光峰强度有明显的抑制作用。通过对溶液pH值及离子强度、溶液中支持电解质种类、理米诺浓度和EDTA对抑制作用影响的讨论,结合Pt电极表现XPS谱图的分析结果,给出了可能的抑制机理;非常微小的Cu(OH)2分子聚体参与了电极氧化过程中双电层的形成,阻碍了电化学发光活性物质的生成和传质速率。在一定条件下,发光峰强度的减小量与Cu^  相似文献

By using first-principles calculations, we have systematically investigated the structural and electronic properties of an infinite linear monatomic Cu chain with an adsorbed CO molecule. We find that the bridge geometry is energeticabsally favored not only when the Cu–Cu bond below the molecule is unstretched, but also for a wide range of dCu–Cu up to about 4.20 Å, while the substitutional geometry is favored only in the hyperstretched situation dCu–Cu>4.80 Å. Charge density differences point out the electron transfer is from the Cu atoms to the adsorbed CO molecule. The binding mechanism of CO to Cu chain can be described by the Blyholder’s model, in terms of σ-donation of electron density from the nonbonding CO-5σ orbital into empty metal orbitals and π-backdonation from the occupied metal d orbitals to empty CO-2π orbital. The donation/backdonation process leads to the formation of bonding/antibonding pairs, 5σb/5σa and 2πb/2πa, with the 5σa lying above Ef and the 2πb below Ef.  相似文献

The content of copper in natural water is very low, and direct determination is difficult. Therefore, it is very meaningful for the combination of efficient separation-enrichment technology and highly sensitive detection. Based on the high adsorption capacity of Cu(II) onto nano-sized ZnO, a novel method by using nano-sized ZnO as adsorbent and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry as determination means was in this work. The adsorption behaviors of Cu(II) on nano-sized ZnO was studied. Effects of acidity, adsorption equilibrium time, adsorbent dosage and coexisting ions on adsorption rates were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption efficiency was above 95% in a pH range from 3.0 to 7.0. Compared with other adsorbents for trace element enrichment such as activated carbon, nano-sized TiO2 powder, the most prominent advantage is nanosized ZnO precipitate with the concentrated element can directly dissolved in HCl solution without any filtration and desorption process can directly analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry or inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Compared with colloid nano materials, nano-sized ZnO is the true solution after dissolving have small matrix effect and viscosity more suitable for graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry or inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry detection. The proposed method possesses low detection limit (0.13 mu g.L-1) and good precision (RSD=2.2%). The recoveries for the analysis of environmental samples were in a rang of 91.6%-92.6% and the analysis results of certified materials were compellent by using the proposed method.  相似文献

亚微米树脂吸附反应是一种快速反应,离线取样分析较困难。本文采用红外光谱技术原位监测亚微米树脂吸附庆大霉素反应,找到并验证了脂上吸附庆大霉素的吸收峰位置,并用偏最小二乘法建立定量模,模型的相关系数为0.979。在此基础上对不同初始浓度的吸附反应实现了原位监测。  相似文献

研制纳米级厚度的Ru薄膜电极,并运用电化学原位FTIR反射光谱研究碱性介质中CO的吸附。检测到CO以线型吸附态为主,但也存在少量桥式吸附态,分别在1960和1780cm^-1附近红出红外吸收谱峰。发现纳米Ru膜电极具有异常红外效应,即CO谱峰方向倒反,强度增强和半峰宽增加,测得在碱性溶液中吸附态CO的红外吸收被增强了33倍,其增强因子是酸性溶液中的两倍左右。  相似文献
