This paper studies the two-vibron bound states in the β- Fermi Pasta-Ulam model by means of the number conserving approximation combined with the number state method. The results indicate that on-site, adjacent-site and mixed two-vibron bound states may exist in the model. Specially, wave number has a significant effect on such bound states, which may be considered as the quantum effects of the localized states in quantum systems.  相似文献

Considering the perturbation, the results of theoretical calculation of five Rydberg series energy levels 6s2ns^2S1/2 (n = 7 - 20), 6s^2nd^2D3/2 (n = 6 - 20), 6s^2nd^2D5/2 (n = 6 - 20), 6s^2np^2P1/2^0 (n = 7- 20), and 6s^2np^2P3/2^0 (n = 7-20) for Tl I are presented using the weakest bound electron potential model (WBEPM) theory. Furthermore, the radiative lifetimes of this five series are also calculated. The calculated values of energy levels and lifetimes are in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

This article improves results of Hamada, Helleseth and Maekawa on minihypers in projective spaces and linear codes meeting the Griesmer bound.In [10,12],it was shown that any -minihyper, with , where , is the disjoint union of points, lines,..., -dimensional subspaces. For q large, we improve on this result by increasing the upper bound on non-square, to non-square, square, , and (4) for square, p prime, p<3, to . In the case q non-square, the conclusion is the same as written above; the minihyper is the disjoint union of subspaces. When q is square however, the minihyper is either the disjoint union of subspaces, or the disjoint union of subspaces and one subgeometry . For the coding-theoretical problem, our results classify the corresponding codes meeting the Griesmer bound.  相似文献

In the presence of a velocity-dependent Kisslinger potential, the partial-wave, time-independent Schr?dinger equation with real boundary conditions is written as an equation for the probability density. The changes in the bound-state energy eigenvalues due to the addition of small perturbations in the local as well as the Kisslinger potentials are determined up to second order in the perturbation. These changes are determined purely in terms of the unperturbed probability density, the perturbing local potential, as well as the Kisslinger perturbing potential and its gradient. The dependence on the gradient of the Kisslinger potential stresses the importance of a diffuse edge in nuclei. Two explicit examples are presented to examine the validity of the perturbation formulas. The first assumes each of the local and velocity-dependent parts of the potential to be a finite square well. In the second example, the velocity-dependent potential takes the form of a harmonic oscillator. In both cases the energy eigenvalues are determined exactly and then by using perturbation theory. The agreement between the exact energy eigenvalues and those obtained by perturbation theory is very satisfactory. The energies of some excited states with the total angular momentum L=0, 1 and 2. the total spin of two electrons S=0 and 1, and the even and odd parities are precisely calculated directly from the Schrödinger equation where the mass of the helium nucleus is finite. Moreover, we find that the solutions to the equation for the excited states have some more nodes, which can be used to distinguish the states with the same spectral term.  相似文献

Consider a closed Jackson type network in which each queue has a single exponential server. Assume that N customers are moving among k queues. We establish simple closed form bounds on the network throughput (both lower and upper), which are sharper than those that are currently available. We show that the covering radius R of an [n,k,d] code over Fq is bounded above by R n-n q(k, d/q). We strengthen this bound when R d and find conditions under which equality holds.As applications of this and other bounds, we show that all binary linear codes of lengths up to 15, or codimension up to 9, are normal. We also establish the normality of most codes of length 16 and many of codimension 10. These results have applications in the construction of codes that attain t[n,k,/it>], the smallest covering radius of any binary linear [n,k].We also prove some new results on the amalgamated direct sum (ADS) construction of Graham and Sloane. We find new conditions assuring normality of the ADS; covering radius 1 less than previously guaranteed for ADS of codes with even norms; good covering codes as ADS without the hypothesis of normality, from concepts p- stable and s- stable; codes with best known covering radii as ADS of two, often cyclic, codes (thus retaining structure so as to be suitable for practical applications).  相似文献

The Schrödinger equation for stationary states is studied in a central potential V(r) proportional to r in an arbitrary number of spatial dimensions. The presence of a single term in the potential makes it impossible to use previous algorithms, which only work for quasi-exactly-solvable problems. Nevertheless, the analysis of the stationary Schrödinger equation in the neighbourhood of the origin and of the point at infinity is found to provide relevant information about the desired solutions for all values of the radial coordinate. The original eigenvalue equation is mapped into a differential equation with milder singularities, and the role played by the particular case = 4 is elucidated. In general, whenever the parameter is even and larger than 4, a recursive algorithm for the evaluation of eigenfunctions is obtained. Eventually, in the particular case of two spatial dimensions, the exact form of the ground-state wave function is obtained for a potential containing a finite number of inverse powers of r, with the associated energy eigenvalue.  相似文献

We provide two families of lower bounds for theL 2-Wasserstein metric in separable Hilbert spaces which depend on the basis chosen for the space. Then we focus on one of these families and we provide a necessary and sufficient condition for the supremum in it to be attained.
