A homology search of wheat chloroplast (ct) and mitochondrial (mt) genomes identified 54 ctDNA segments that have homology with 66 mtDNA segments. The mtDNA segments were classified according to their origin: orthologs (prokaryotic origin), xenologs (interorganellar DNA transfer origin) and paralogs (intraorganellar DNA amplification origin). The 66 mtDNA sequences with homology to ctDNA segments included 14 paralogs, 18 orthologs and 34 xenologs. Analysis of the xenologs indicated that the DNA transfer occurred unidirectionally from the ct genome to the mt genome. The evolutionary timing of each interorganellar DNA transfer that generated a xenolog was estimated. This analysis showed that 2 xenologs originated early in green plant evolution, 4 in angiosperm evolution, 3 in monocotyledon evolution, 9 during cereal diversification and 8 in the evolution of wheat. Six other xenologs showed recurrent transfer from the ct to mt genomes in more than one taxon. The two remaining xenologs were uninformative on the evolutionary timing of their transfer. The wheat mt nad9 gene was found to be chimeric, consisting of the cereal nad9 gene and its 291 bp 5'-flanking region that included a 58 bp xenolog of the ct-ndhC origin.  相似文献

In this paper, the enhancement of light-induced scattering in congruent SBN:Cr (Sr_{0.61}Ba_{0.39}Nb_2O_6:Cr) crystals in the presence of an externally applied electric field and its suppression are studied. If a coherent image is focalized in SBN:Cr crystal without applying external electric field, the output image will remain clear, because of the weak photorefractive effect in the crystal. When a field is applied properly along the crystal axis, markedly enhanced scattering from the signal beam and the output image dispersion can be observed due to the increase of the photorefractive two-beam coupling gain and the light-induced index change in SBN:Cr crystals. By introducing a coherent or incoherent beam with higher intensity the light-induced scattering can be suppressed through the erasure of scattering gratings. The difference between coherent and incoherent beam is that the former can also amplify the signal beam as the scattered light is removed, whereas the latter can only make the signal beam revert to its initial state. The results obtained under different experimental conditions are consistent with theoretical analysis.  相似文献

We study a quantum ring (QR) with four electrons in a perpendicular external magnetic field B by exact diagonalization. The low-lying spectra of the QR as a function orb are obtained. A phase diagram is presented indicating that the angular momentum and the spin of the ground state of the QR may jump when B and/or the radius of the QR vary, and a corresponding analysis is performed. By plotting the density functions of the QR, the ground-state configuration is found to be a regular quadrangle. Furthermore, the features of the ground-state persistent current are revealed.  相似文献

In a previous contribution [Kassi S, Song KF, Campargue A. High sensitivity CW-cavity ring down spectroscopy of 12CO2 near 1.35 μm (I): line positions. JQSRT 110 (2009) 1801-1814], the line positions analysis of the high sensitivity absorption spectrum of carbon dioxide has been reported in the 7123-7793 cm−1 region. In this second contribution, the spectral region investigated by CW-cavity ring down spectroscopy has been extended up to 7917 cm−1. It added about 400 lines to our previous list of about 2500 transitions. These additional lines include transitions belonging to six newly observed 12C16O2 bands for which we provide the spectroscopic parameters. Over the whole 7123-7917 cm−1 region, the accurate intensities of about 2900 lines belonging to four isotopologues (12C16O2, 13C16O2, 16O12C18O and 16O12C17O) were retrieved with an average accuracy of 3%. Intensity values range between 1.2×10−29 and 4.1×10−25 cm/mol. Compared to the present version of the carbon dioxide spectroscopic databank recently adopted for the HITRAN database, important deviations were evidenced for some weak bands of the main isotopologue. The CW-CRDS intensity data relative to a total of 46 12C16O2 bands together with selected intensity information available in the literature for nine bands have been fitted simultaneously using the effective operators approach. The ΔP=11 set of the 12C16O2 effective dipole moment parameters has been refined leading to a much better agreement with the measured intensity values. In addition, the ΔP=10 effective dipole moment parameters of the 16O12C18O minor isotopologue were determined for the first time. The obtained results will help to improve the carbon dioxide spectroscopic databank (CDSD).  相似文献

The effect of Rashba spin-orbit coupling (SOC) on electron transport in asymmetrically coupled regular polygonal quantum ring is investigated. 以单环后向Rayleigh散射式光纤转动传感器原理为基础,提出了一种三环形腔并联Rayleigh后向散射式光纤转动传感器新结构.利用三个2×2单模光纤耦合器,建立了并联三环形腔Rayleigh后向散射式光纤转动传感器的理论模型,给出了用光时域反射计(OTDR)探测到的信号强度表达式.通过计算机仿真优化了参量,选择三环的长度分别为1 500 m、1 078 m和680 m.三个2×2光纤耦合器的耦合系数分别为95.23%、94.88%和95.26%构建了测试系统,对不同转速所探测到的后向Rayleigh散射信号进行测量,得到与理论相一致的实验结果.三环的采用,增加了测试的有效数据,使其更有利于识别,提高了测量转速的准确度.  相似文献

The pseudo-spectral time-domain (PSTD) method is applied to the simulation of photonic structures. We study transmission and group delay properties of dielectric and dispersive devices. An auxiliary differential equation technique is used to model the dispersive behavior of metallic features. Comparisons with the finite-difference time-domain method show the superiority of the PSTD method in particular when extracting phase information from a photonic device. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated by investigating a ring resonator, Bragg gratings and metallic nano-particle arrangements.  相似文献

Strong chromatic sextupoles used to compensate natural chromaticities in the third generation light source storage ring usually reduce dynamic aperture drastically. Many optimization methods can be used to find solutions that provide large dynamic apertures. This paper discusses a new optimization approach of sextupole strengths with step-by-step procedure, which is applied in the SSRF storage ring, and a better solution is obtained. Investigating driving terms generated by the sextupoles in every step can analyze their convergences and guide the weight setting among different terms in object function of the single resonance approach based on the perturbation theory.  相似文献

The phase diagram of the coupled sine circle map system exhibits a variety of interesting phenomena including spreading regions with spatiotemporal intermittency, non-spreading regions with spatial intermittency, and coherent structures termed solitons. A spreading to non-spreading transition is seen in the system. A cellular automaton version of the coupled system maps the spreading to non-spreading transition to a transition from a probabilistic to a deterministic cellular automaton. The solitonic sector of the system shows spatiotemporal intermittency with soliton creation, propagation and absorption. A probabilistic cellular automaton mapping is set up for this sector which can identify each one of these phenomena.   相似文献

Real neurons can exhibit various types of firings including tonic spiking, bursting as well as silent state, which are frequently observed in neuronal electrophysiological experiments. More interestingly, it is found that neurons can demonstrate the co-existing mode of stable tonic spiking and bursting, which depends on initial conditions. In this paper, synchronization in gap-junction-coupled neurons with co-existing attractors of spiking and bursting firings is investigated as the coupling strength gets increased. Synchronization transitions can be identified by means of the bifurcation diagram and the correlation coefficient. It is illustrated that the coupled neurons can exhibit different types of synchronization transitions between spiking and bursting when the coupling strength increases. In the course of synchronization transitions, an intermittent synchronization can be observed. These results may be instructive to understand synchronization transitions in neuronal systems.  相似文献
