在Tris-NaC1*(pH=7.2)缓冲溶液中,应用循环伏安法,微分脉冲伏安法、旋转圆盘电极实验、交流阻抗法及其数据模拟等技术研究了Cu(phen)2 25(phcn=1.10-邻菲咯啉)与6-巯基嘌呤(6-MP)的相互作用.结果显示.Cu(phen)2 2MP与6-MP无论在扩散控制过程或电化学控制过程都发生了相互作用.Cu(phen)2 2及其与6-MP的作用产物于铂电极上均呈现一对氧化还原峰,但后者呈现的氧化还原峰负移.峰电流减小.交流阻抗结果显示,无论6-MP存在与否,Cu(phen)2 2在交流阻抗谱上均呈现两个清晰的电容弧,但当6-MP存在时,电化学反应电阻和电化学吸脱附电阻均增大.Cu(phen)2 2在不同转速下的阻抗拟合结果显示.随转速增大.电化学反应电阻和电化学吸脱附电阻均减小.双电层电容呈增大趋势,而吸脱附电容呈减小趋势:当6-MP存在时.仍然呈现此变化规律. 相似文献

The presence of trace metals in car fuels plays an important role in the engine maintenance. In addition, these metals contribute for the environmental contamination in big cities and their control is necessary. Square Wave Stripping Voltammetry (SWSV) is a very sensitive technique for elemental trace determination and was applied for ethanol fuel analysis. The first studies were done searching for the best conditions for copper determination in alcoholic medium, utilizing gold electrodes. During these studies, the possibility of the simultaneous determination of copper and lead in the same experiment was observed. Two procedures for the analysis of these metals were adopted: The direct quantification of metals in alcohol–water mixtures and a second way that involves the evaporation of the organic solvent and re-suspension of the ions with water+electrolyte. Good recovery values were obtained for synthetic samples spiked with known amounts of metals. The results obtained for the two methods were in good agreement. The detection limits for copper and lead in 75% ethanol–water ratio solution were calculated as 120 and 235 ng l−1, respectively, for 15-min deposition time. 相似文献

The adsorption of
-histidine on a copper electrode from H2O- and D2O-based solutions is studied by means of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. Different adsorption states of histidine are observed depending upon pH, potential, and the presence of the SO2−4 and Cl− ions. In acidic solutions of pH 1.2 the imidazole ring of the adsorbed histidine remains protonated and is not involved in the chemical coordination with the surface. The SO2−4 and Cl− ions compete with histidine for the adsorption sites. In solutions of pH 3.1 three different adsorption states of histidine are observed depending on the potential. Histidine adsorbs with the protonated imidazole ring oriented mainly perpendicularly to the surface at potentials more positive than −0.2 V. Transformation of that adsorption state occurs at more negative potentials. As this takes place, histidine adsorbs through the α-NH2 group and the neutral imidazole ring. The Cl− ions cause the protonation and detachment of the α-NH2 group from the surface and the formation of the ion pair NH+3 … Cl− can be observed. In the neutral solution of pH 7.0 histidine adsorbs through the deprotonated nitrogen atom of the imidazole ring and the α-COO− group at E ≥ −0.2 V. However, this adsorption state is transformed into the adsorption state in which the α-NH2 group and/or neutral imidazole ring participate in the anchoring of histidine to the surface, once the potential becomes more negative. In alkaline solutions of pH 11.9 histidine is adsorbed on the copper surface through the neutral imidazole ring. 相似文献

Copper(II) tetrafluoroborate hydrate is a new and extremely efficient catalyst for 1,3-dithiolane/dithiane formation from aromatic, heteroaromatic and aliphatic aldehydes and cyclic saturated ketones in 1-5 min under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. The reaction is compatible with other functionalities such as ether, ester, hydroxyl, halide, nitro and cyano groups and exhibits excellent chemoselectivity. α,β-Unsaturated aldehydes/ketones lead to selective formation of 1,3-dithiolanes instead of Michael addition products. For substrates bearing an aldehyde and a ketone carbonyl group, chemoselective dithiolane formation takes place with the aldehyde. 相似文献

CuBr2-catalyzed three-component coupling of N-benzylallylamine, ethyl glyoxalate, and terminal alkynes afforded glycinate-tethered 1,6-enynes, which were further transformed into polycyclic pyrrole-2-carboxylates via iridium-catalyzed cycloisomerization/Diels-Alder cycloaddition/dehydrogenation sequence under conventional and microwave heating conditions. The corresponding β-amino acid analogues were obtained from the Ir-catalyzed reaction of enynes prepared from lithium amides of allylamines with methyl non-2-en-4-ynoate. The synthesis of isobutanol via the Guerbet condensation between methanol and ethanol was studied by using sodium methoxide (MeONa) as soluble basic component and copper-based catalysts as heterogeneous dehydrogenating/hydrogenating metal species. The effect of the nature of the catalyst and the relative amount of its individual components with respect to the reacting alcohols as well as of temperature on productivity and selectivity of the process was investigated. The collected data indicated that the copper chromite/MeONa was more active than Cu-Raney/MeONa system. The reaction was shown to proceed with the formation only of n-propanol and isobutanol. Ethanol conversion up to 61% with selectivity to isobutanol up to 98.4% was obtained. The same catalytic systems were also employed in the reaction of the methanol/ethanol/n-propanol ternary mixture. Again copper chromite/MeONa resulted more active than the Cu-Raney/MeONa system. Finally, experiments were carried out on methanol/n-propanol mixtures in the presence of the copper chromite/MeONa catalytic system by recycling both the recovered solid copper component and the liquid reaction mixture for evidencing eventual copper leaching by MeONa. On the basis of the obtained results it was concluded that in the Guerbet reaction copper chromite works as heterogeneous catalyst. 相似文献
